Some very smart person who projected their docks put very small area for entrance and the rest (also open area) is with curbs. Good luck parking (semi truck) and not destroying your tires and suspension when there is more then 1 truck around your spot. Also, been waiting for 6 hours here on the street to be received when I’ve got only 4 pallets even tho they’ve had only few trucks in the meantime to offload. Ridiculous receiver! They unload pretty fast tho when they give you doors, which is why they get one star (not because I can’t give less). Serem im se u usta!

Wish I could go lower than zero called at 340 - 4 times no one answers and prompts do not direct you to any live interaction and the prompts say that the store is closed and to call back when the website states they close at 4pm. Unprofessional and in no danger of customer retention

I been going on 2 weeks now. Trying to get them to set up a account..I call and email and no one returns my calls or emails. So I gave up, Im going somewhere else.After reading some of his reviews, I think its the best think that could of happen

I am actually not surprised at their rating. I called and asked very specific questions about using their facility as a cold storage depot for my business. I was told by the woman answering the phones that I would receive the very needed and common service depot letter to give the health department after I sent up an account. Drove all the way there and a very rude man started barking his way he does business which is the exact opposite of what I was told when calling. As a holding service through the health department you have to provide documentation of the agreement for obvious reasons. So I took my business elsewhere and am glad I did after researching the company. Extremely unprofessional and ill informed!

Needed to order ice for our business due to problems with ice machines. Was a customer for years until now. We have always kept their ice in bags by the pallet in a freezer for emergency use. Called and asked for delivery and they put us off for 4 days. Finally we got a straight answer from them that they didnt want our business. Could have just said that in the first place. Would not recommend them for anything. Terrible company. I would give them no stars but the website wont allow you to post unless you give them at least one.

The girls at the office were very helpful and friendly. We needed a small amount of ice that didn’t meet their minimum for delivery and suggested we pick up.

Carriers should avoid this place at all costs. Never in the 30 plus years in the transportation industry have we experienced such a horrible place!! They do not answer their phones or emails.. rude to drivers!!

Called the local Vegas number but all calls get routed to Dallas corp office, the girl that answered didnt know prices or the minim order amount or how long the ice last. Then she said that I have to fill out an event form for any of my questions to be answered-- -not helpful, not user friendly, will not be using Ready Ice

Horrible customer service!! Called three times, twice I was hung up on. The third time the person that answered didnt know prices?!

We ordered $500 worth ice, 2 days later I decided to call them, but they told me my order was canceled cause they gave the ice to someone that has account with them, but what happened to about calling us to tell us.

They refuse service

This is the only company,who will never tell you the estimated time of delivery even a time slot..Worst thing is, delivery is anytime during the day, even it could be after the event.Customer service sucks.
