I wish my experience with every company was this amazing. All of the employees that I met with there were beyond outstanding, amazing to talk to and extremely helpful. They went way out of their way to help me get my table going. I’m happy I spent the extra and got the pro series. It’s a true work horse. They produce a heck of a product. Solid company.

The table is decent quality as far as materials and fit up. The instructions looked good at first but then found they were not quite right, and there were an odd number of excess hardware pieces when it was all assembled which didn’t inspire confidence. I paid extra to get the computer with the table to avoid software problems. Surprise, it can barely keep up with CAD software like fusion 360, which they recommended and cost a monthly fee. Don’t rely on them for help with setting it up with your plasma cutter if it’s anything other than a hypertherm, and if you have trouble with cad software they will start to ghost you.

STVcnc has been professional in every way, from the guys in the shop, technical support, the ladies in the office and the owner Andrei. Initially I had a poor experience with another cnc manufacture. so I was very cautious. at STV their was no pressure, they just told me what they had to offer, showed me there manufacturing facility. They told me exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take, and thats exactly what they did. I am extremely happy with my machine and how well I was taken care of.

My wife and I purchased the STV CNC SparX 505 plasma table late last year for our new company called TrueSouthCustomDesign. We are SO pleased with the table! It has exceeded our expectations. I have operated other plasma tables that cost three times the amount we paid and our STV table is just as good if not better. Thank you to all the folks at STV for the support and excellent customer service!

Amending my precious review. Half of the table was received today, the other box is still in transit. The quality so far is appearing to be very good. Hopefully the remainder of the shipment will arrive soon. If you do place an order, do yourself a favor and request that they DO NOT use XPO logistics as the carrier.

Missing parts no stickers. Horrible customer service. they scheduled class and never wrote me in. I missed work to be in this class and now lost money. Rocky acts like you should already know how the table works. I want a refunded

When I have bought Thermal Dynamic plasma Cutter, I was not much sure about the performance according to price, but it has been 7 months I am using in my work and its a great product.
