No “solution” for my feet.First of all I have to warn everyone that their prices are not exactly cheap and there’s a no refund policy.I went to Foot Solutions for one simple purpose, to try to find something to make it more comfortable when I walk and stand for long periods. My podiatrist says I have 2 different type of feet. My left does one thing and my right does something different.The guy that works at this store really seems to know his stuff. I even saw a couple of customers seem really happy with the product he sold them.He gives me some Brooks to try on. Not comfortable on me. He says to try them with some inserts he sells. Keep in mind that the shoes and inserts are $85 each. Still not that comfortable.I ended up buying the inserts for my existing shoes. When I returned and said they were something was bothering my left foot. He blamed it on the way I walk.Isn’t that why I paid $85 for in the first place? For a “solution”.

I was advised by my podiatrist to buy some orthopedic shoes due to my foot problem. He recommended Foot Solutions on Rampart in Las Vegas (Summerlin area). I visited the store and met Jack, the owner. He explained since I have been walking bare foot while working from home, I developed a condition called, over pronation (arch collapsed). The Foot Store is exactly what my arches needed! I was in horrible pain. Jack was patient with all the shoes I tried on. Yes, they are pricey but I needed to heal my arches with support shoes. I purchased two pairs of Oofos flip flops, Brooks Ghost Athletic shoes and a new ortho insole. Later I purchased a pair of Hallux sandals. I wore them faithfully inside and outside of my home. Within a week or so my feet were feeling much better than ever! Since then, I have purchased more shoes. Thanks to my podiatrist, Jacks knowledge and his store, my feet feel better than ever before. I encourage you to see Jack! Thank you, Jack!

Trust the process! The people who run this store are so knowledgeable and really make you feel listened to. The performance from the different machines/techniques they use to measure you and the genuine desire they have to help you is truly unmatched. I will be a forever fan of Foot Solutions Las Vegas.P.S. Ask about what you should be wearing while in the house, it will make all the difference!

The Staff at Foot Solutions are very knowledgeable, and more than willing to assist.. Jack is the owner of whom Ive known for five years and hes always willing to help out. If you need an orthotic theyre honest and tell you, not trying to sell you.Ive been wearing orthotics for 5 years, and pain and worry-free. They have everything from house slippers named Oofos, to work shoes, sandals, exercise shoes, casual shoes, a machine to scan your foot pressure, custom orthotics, and more gear for your foot health. A little patience goes a long way with this crew. If you want to fix your feet, or crave personal service this is the place to be.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this store. The service was top notch and personal. My feet felt like I was walking on cloud cushions after I tried on the recommended shoes for my feet. My feet have NEVER felt so good and FIXED! I cant wait to go back and purchase more shoes to add to my new collection of heavenly soles! I just cant say enough about this wonderful shoe shop. Have been buying shoes at this store for years. I buy my house slippers and sandals several times a year. The owner is very helpful and friendly taking care of my special orders. I have not shopped anywhere else in years. I do not need to because this store is the best for good feet health.

We chose this place thinking that they would be knowledgeable. We were very wrong. We bought a pair of walking shoes for my wife who has high arches. The gentleman sold us a pair that he said were for high arches; cost $140.00. After a week of walking, her left foot swelled up, and she could not walk for two weeks. We subsequently went to a foot doctor and he stated that these shoes were not for high arches. We tried to take them back with an explanation; no dice, he would not take them back. Called parent company twice, and left a message, no response. Very poor service.

Day one of the insoles and i’m loving them. The owner was very helpful, patient and very nice and thorough. Thought I had flat feet but he pointed out why i’m having issues and gave me 3 options. Third option was amazing def try out all the recommendations. Pricing wise I looked up the insoles I bought and I did pay a premium of 35$ but I figure he has rent to pay and he def got me exactly what I’ve been needing for years without guessing what the right option would be. 10/10 recommendBtw the oofos sandals are comfy then a mf and they have the same price as online :)

2-3 years ago, I first went there because I had a growth spurt during puberty and my legs were duck feet and my arches were flat. I couldnt run in PE without being in pain. I had to get physical therapy for 6 weeks and I needed better shoesI think the owner helped picked shoes for me for my condition, along with inserts. After getting my shoes now, Ive been in the basketball team and run for miles without pain. I highly recommend this place!

At the recommendation of a podiatrist, I went to Foot Solutions and had the excellent experience of working with Patricia. I explained the problems I was having and some of the solutions I tried and Patricia listened attentively. She asked pertinent questions and she was polite and professional. In the end, Patricia recommended a solution. As soon as I put them into my shoes and stood up, I could tell that this was going to be a life-changing experience for me; in other words, hope for no more foot pain. I got fitted for new orthotics, relieved my back pain and improved my posture, immediate positive effect! The staff was friendly and helpful, excellent service and care.

My uncle told me to take my husband in, we went in today and my husband walked out happy! Jack is absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable and kind! Prices are reasonable for the quality of the product and they offer custom orthotics. I will definitely come back.

Waste of money! Spent $1000 here on shoes. I had bought wide tennis shoes, they gave me mediums in the wide box and gave them to me so when I got to my vacation destination, I could not hiking without pain. The Finn Comfort sandals I bought snapped something in my foot while just walk through the airport and Im an athletic 30yr old! I had to get a wheelchair to get through the rest of the airport and went to the foot doctor the next day. The doctor says I need an MRI to see whats going on but because the swelling went down and I was able to walk again the next day I didnt want an MRI cause of the cost so I have to take steroids for the next few days. Foot Solutions manager Jack, that sold them to me would not take the sandals back because they were worn! This product hurt my foot by simply walking and the manager wont even stand by his own product or even call the manufacturer for this defective shoe. So disappointed, I really needed some support. Pun intended.

Ive been having back pain for years. Going to a chiropractor for almost four years. After being told about orthodics I gave it a shot. My back has never been better. The staff were super helpful. Got a nice pair of shoes and I plan on going back when Ill need another pair. Thank you for all the help

Great service! So knowledgeable! I went in the store on crutches because putting weight on my foot was painful. They fit me with some insoles for my shoes and some therapeutic sandals. I walked out in the sandals without my crutches. I actually forgot I had crutches. So thankful to walk without pain again. FYI, I have plantar fasciitis and tarsal tunnel syndrome in my left foot. They examined my feet and the way I stand and knew exactly what I needed. Great place!!!

I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service and attention. When I went in they were very busy ; yet they were very attentive. The knowledge and recommendations were right on target as well !

Horrible experience at this location. The black female employee was unprofessional. She didnt understand my need and explained a different solution and just stopped looking at me and talking to me when I told her that wasnt what I was asking. Should have gone to The Good Feet instead.

I was blown away with excellent customer service and great enthusiasm. It was refreshing to see the associates very passionate about feet.I was trying on some orthotic sandals and the store owner/manager personally customized the sandal to mold to the contour of my very narrow feet for no extra charge.Im very impressed.The staff is very knowledgable about feet. They helped me understand better than my foot doctor.

We were visiting Las Vegas, and my expectant wife was having severe foot pain. In minutes, the store associate was able to tell exactly what the problem was, explained it clearly, and gave us a product that was an immediate relief. He could have easily sold us an expensive product, but was honest and sold us an inexpensive sandal and shoe insert that have made all the difference in the world. His knowledge of feet and shoes was obvious, if you are having foot troubles, this is the place to go!

Great service! I went looking for some daily wear sandals that wont aggravate my foot issues, and they looked at my feet, listened to what I wanted, and helped me find just what I needed. They have a decent selection of ladies shoes in the good brands, like Allegria, Vionic, Naot, and they introduced me to a recovery shoes brand called Oofos. They also have athletic shoes, but that wasnt my main focus this visit. They also have socks and various inserts and soft braces if you need that kind of thing. Im very happy to have found this store.

Went in for a pair of insterts for myself, walked out with a pair of shoes for my wife as well. Had great help and advice from Jack and plan to come back for future Foot Solution needs.
