Its the Best RB outlet in San Joaquin County. There is this wonder Customer Service name BAYA.... Deserves a raise considering her warm professional approach & going beyond the call of duty to get Customers satisfied. Keep it up. We will come again and again.

This location has the friendliest staff. Always warm and welcoming and up to speed. I love the service from this folks. Been going there for 12 yrs now. Never got a chance to complain about anything.

As far as ice cream shop goes, it doesnt get better for a BR. Staff is bright eyed and bushy tailed. Very helpful even to someone who has trouble making up their mind, like me. Inside of this store is clean and cool. Bathroom was well stocked and clean as well. (thats important) Great job guys and gals!!!

I just to came to this Basking Robin to get the regular 2 scoop sundae but today the portion was way too small, when I asked the lady why it was to small she responded we always use the kids scoop for regular 2 scoop sundae. I dont think this fair or ok as we never got this small sundae in any other Basking Robin. My me family and me will stop coming here for ice cream as we pay a lot for nothing.
Baskin robins is nothing like it used to be back in the day. Me and my husband ordered 2 layered sundae and the pic shows this yummy looking sundae the icecream was scooped where its was coming over the top of the cup. But when we got our it barley even touched the rim😖 and for 14 dollars I think it should of looked like the menu pic. Im jus saying...

Tuesday is Family day and .80 cents off for 2 scoops! Pralines & Cream and Cherries Nubiles were delicious! Service was good.

Why dont you have ice cream cakes? I asked.The response: Our freezer is broken.Yeah for five months now.Update Lathrop, CA location, just doesnt serve those Ice cream cakes anymore. That is what I was told by staff, only your regular ice cream scoop.
Actually here at 10:15 with a large group from a program because the site says it opens at 10:30. Unloading from the bus now and its CLOSED lol door sign says hours opens at 11!
