Great customer service. Such personal service cannot be found in large chain stores. Very satisfied.

Quality knowledge of paint and chemicals. Costs more than going to the big box store, but the service is better and you get out faster. They dont carry non popular products in store. You can get them here, but they would need a couple of days to get it in. Worth going here before you head to a big box store

Paint cost too high. $75 a gallon. Could not get a straight answer for paint costs. Went to Home Depot instead, 1 coat paint for half price.

The staff there is wonderful very patient and helpful. I have been there five times in the last three days buying assorted color paints, each time they were very helpful. Today Peter was exceptional as he had to try to find two matching paints and I had no names for them. He did it perfectly, very patient even though there was a lot of people in the store. The 40% off sale is great incentive to go to Sherwin-Williams in addition to the great staff

Brought my color formula and they made it. No problems. Needed advice on patching a big hole in my wall. They were very helpful advice and the materials happen to be on sale. The Sales guy also gave me a tip on getting $10 off my purchase (over $50) with a text
