I could not have been happier with Auto Painting USA. In meeting with Alex I truly appreciated that he didnt try to give me a hard sales pitch. In fact I was thinking of replacing the headlamps entirely and Alex suggested he could restore them to look like new for much less. He was honest and a pleasure to work with in getting what I wanted done and at a great price. I had the entire car painted and both headlamps restored and honestly it looked brand new again. My wife and I both couldnt believe they restored our 14 year old Toyota Corolla to the youthful look of her past. I can not say enough good things about my personal experience with Auto Painting USA but I guess thats why they have been around for 45 years.

My 2016 Jetta was rear ended and brought it here to be repaired. Wasnt happy with the quality of work immediately. There were parts where the bumper wasnt joined together properly with rear diffuser (I still have to manully force it together from time to time) and there was a cracked reflector that wasnt replaced. The young lady who helped me and claimed to be the manager had to order the part only after I mentioned it to her. How can such long standing body repair shop miss this type of detail!? Not to mention the young lady who helped me, the manager, gave me a hard time and attitude as though I offended her by bringing back my car. Made it an uncomfertable enviroment everytime I was there. The paint matching was horrible and still doesnt match till this day. My cars two tone now. THANKS! It so obviously had been hit. Regret giving them my insurnace check. Hopefully this helps someone.

I just got my 2001 Mustang back from getting a full paint job. Its EXACTLY what I wanted! I hope the picture does it justice :)I went to 3 other shops before coming to Auto Paint USA. The prices were either ridiculously high or I didnt get a good vibe.Heather came outside and went over my car with me. She took the time to explain things to me. (something the others shops didnt do) We went over an itemized bill and when I picked up my car today it cost exactly what Heather told me. No surprises! Even though I know they had to put in extra work :)My car is 17 years old and had various blemishes all over. I changed the color from factory white to Pearl White. There are many different pearl whites and they gave me the look I wanted. Greg is awesome, friendly and clearly takes pride in his work. He really went the extra mile on my car and it shows!I am so grateful that I chose Auto Painting USAThank youUpdate: I just put up 3 pics to show how great it still looks after 1 year.I use good quality cleaning products and the car looks awesome.

I dont normally submit Google reviews but because I had such a positive experience I really wanted to share it! I was honestly shocked at how great the customer service was. Heather quoted and assisted me and she was so friendly and reasonable. After gathering quotes to paint my rusty 2006 Toyota Corolla, I was discouraged because other shops were charging so high with little warranty if at all (one shop said he couldnt guarantee that the rust wouldnt come back in a week). After speaking with Heather, I felt like I could trust them with my car and that I wasnt being taken advantage of financially (I usually feel jipped at car shops). After a very quick turnaround, I got my car back looking brand new. I met the gentleman who worked on it and had to shake his hand because I was so satisfied! (I included some before and after pictures of the rust)

All Staff was Professional, helpful, and courteous. Service was prompt, and timely.I was very impressed with the quality of the paint job. The car looks New.

I got my car painted a few days ago and they had great and positive customer service. Brandon had helped me and answered all questions throughout the whole process would recommend to everyone.

SCAM COMPANY. they sprayed paint over paint and they do not prep cars properly. Got my truck painted at this place and after one month paint chipped off. Took it back and received a signed receipt of paper from an employee and got the ok from the girl that works there to bring it back.. The owner refuses to fix even with the employees signature and receipt. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

I had my 2000 Mustang GT convertible repainted 3 years ago and the paint still looks very good. They were professional and addressed any issues in a positive manner. I will use them again without any hesitation.

Horrible paint application, paint had overspray, dirt and runs all over. I was convinced by staff to go with the cheaper package because i was planning to sell the car. and when i came to pickup the car paint had runs?pictures below taken in front of the shop at time of pickup. the employee does not know how to paint. when i complained one of the twin girls kept blaming it on the cheap paint i chose? i know the paint is cheap but but the problem is the application and prep, she said thats how the cheap paint comes out, and kept saying it is basically nail polish its cheap paint smh. They upsell you when you come in and do the opposite when you pickup! interior had sanding dust all over also. also they charge $100 more than advertised prices for prep fee. the denial that they did anything wrong seemed routine, like they go through it everytime. BEWARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY

This will be the second review I have written about my experience with Auto Painting USA. Let me preface this by saying this was a redo of a paint job I had gotten done by them almost 2 years ago. The clear coat was bubbling and coming off and they honored their warranty with no questions asked. So it cost me nothing.Quality of the work awesome just like the first time. The color match is not perfect but the rest of my truck has fade a bit since it was painted.What I did have issue this time is the quality of the QC for the job. When I picked it up there was still tape left on windshield and the stop light was still taped up. The customer service rep had to spend time cutting it off. Then I notice the gasket on the front of the hood was damaged, it was sticking out in the front. The service rep took a picture and said some one would get back to me. Then while driving a way I look down to door panel and notice a sanding disk in the drives side door pocket. And over all the truck was covered in sanding dust with a footprint left inside from who ever drove the truck.

Wonderful experience, they were all so helpful and friendly. Definitely made me feel comfortable with leaving my car in their hands and I love the paint job! I would definitely recommend and go back, great service!

My name is Diane Martin and I have a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer. My car has been exposed to the Florida elements for the past 13 years. Never had the luxury of a garage or car port so my cars finish had surely seen better days. My roof was complete rust and there was corrosion on trunk and hood, minor dents n scratches and deep scratches on rear bumper. Mitchell gave me a great price quote and promised it would look brand new. I was a bit undecided and wanted to think it over for a while. He told me no problem and take as long as I needed to think about it. Upon my exit from the shop he made me another offer that I could not refuse! My car was there for 2 days and upon pick up my mind was blown!! It looked brand new, shiny and beautiful! It was well beyond my expectations! I am so so happy. Great paint job..but ended up with a light green type color as i had on my other car both crown vics..I wanted charcoal grey..it was not near that..its kind of funny but maco did the same color on my other crown vic..not charcoal grey. Its amazing..what is this color maco has also..i Will get it charcoal grey soon..they did a good job..but what do I need to get it charcoal grey..maco the same ...they did tell me to call or stop by..and I did but ill have to keep the color ... .went back was going get it to repainted thay gave me no help with corlor or any professional color help..going to arpco in pompano beach once you pay .. no interest in helping you...owner never reached out..they may have been here along time but have lost any customer service .will go back and spend the money for a new paint job soon as this color is not near what I wanted.i think the problem was the person that took care of me didnt listen to my concerns of wanting a dark charcoal color..a color near to black..seems if I had guys I talked to with knowledge of color things would have been ok...no offer of any for discount on new paint job...they do a great job..but some employees need to be better trained in color..as its so important..i will go back..to get it repainted but..money wasted that didnt need to be..update 10/29..was going back to get it painted full price today..the gentleman that I spoke to told me we do not have a charcoal grey color you want..i was surprised as i was going to pay full price again to have this color the guy who acted as if he could care less if I pay 800..again..said no charcoal grey at this place..left very mad at such bad customer service....going to Arpco pompano Beach..they seem to be educated in colors ..they may have been around for many years but they have lost that great customer service they said they have...its thier loss I was going to pay again to have it painted charcoal grey...look for nicer people they are out there.Just because you have been around for 43 years it does not mean you still have good customer service...its gone.love the owners response we want are customers to be satisfied what a joke.

They painted my car and it looks like melted icecream. The paint was peeling in between the cracks of the bumpers and fenders. The whole cars paint is blotchy. Worst job ever. I wish I couldve gave 0 stars because 1 is too much.As per your reply.. you guys painted and did body work on my 2012 nissan altima. Body work was done to the frame behind the the passenger rear door and was very poorly done. Holly helped me and if you want I can send you the pictures or bring the car by to refresh your memory..

I was nervous at first trying a new auto body shop. I had a small repair on my 2013 Durango R/T along with repainting the hood. They did a great job. So I let them repaint my 2014 BWM 330i. This car had old accident damage to be repaired also. The car looks great. Its not a show car repaint, but very nice for a daily driver that goes to Coral Gables evert day. Paint job was not professionally done. I got my car back extremely dirty with dust inside and out. They put the wrong paint color in a specific place then when I mentioned it to them they just spray painted it . I was warned not to go there but I took a chance. NEVER AGAIN..I dont recommend this company..I gave them 1 star cause I had no option. Oh by the way they dont wash your car.

My 2002 Dodge Dakota roof and hood were in need of a new paint job after moving back to South Florida. I went to Auto Painting USA and meet with Heather. Heather gave me very detailed estimate and explained the extra work that would be needed to complete the job. I was surprise on how reasonable the estimate was considering how bad the paint was.I took it in Tuesday and picked the truck today. I was amazed how great the truck looked! Color match perfectly on the hood and roof and the work they didi looked great!I should say that they called Wednesday morning saying it was done. But I got another call back saying Heather was not happy with some of the work so they need to redo it. What it was it was fixed and ready for today. When I got there to pick it up Heather was again looking it over and cleaning the outside. She gladly answer my care questions and mentioned the warranty and said if I had any problems to just bring it back.It is not often you get to experience great customer service and a great finished product! Thank you again for doing such a great job!

I brought my 2012 Avalanche truck for a free estimate. I had some minor body damage, door dings and major paint loss and rust above windshield which had to be removed. They have painting services and different grades of paint from $400 all the way up to $3000. Heather explained all the options. I was prepared to spend much more money but with her honesty and professionalism she did not try to oversell me. I settled for the paint and body work she recommended. For all the service and a brand new looking truck once again it was under $1300! Thank you so much and all done in 3 days!

The friendly, competent staff did an excellent job fixing dents and scratches, fixed the bumper, and painted the entire car. When they were finished the car looked just like it left the showroom floor! The car, remarkably, was ready when promised. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto body needs.

My brother took his car in to repair and at the time of putting the front wheel in they broke the hub wheel and refused to even acknowledge their mess, would not recommend!

Paint looks great, but they left my SUV duty inside (footprints). Also left my luggage rack lose! I heard a loud noise when I made a turn, it was coming from the roof of my SUV. If It would have come off I could have had an accident! (Mia Gardens) plus you call leave mgs & no return call.

Took my car there to get fix, paint looks good, the car look like new, but got paint over spray on my engine, the interior of my car was disgusting, chips were on my sit, the day I drove my car off the shop, my steering wheel was shaking, I took it to a shop and when they tried to take the wheel off they couldn’t because the body shop didn’t put the lug nuts right, and when I got they got it off, my center ring was missing, that’s why my steering wheel was shaking, I had to buy a new wheel hub 50$ because the old one got screwed and 130$ for install and 7$ for my new center ring.

Completely incompetent in doing a quality job. I had them paint a primed unpainted Rear diffuser. Apparently they had a very inexperienced body shop paint technician do the initial job. Result were run lines, bumps, and a rough clear coat.When I brought back they said it was my fault due to it being a fiberglass piece - asked me why I didnt buy from BMW - took it completely personal. The manager Heather I assume is a niece or daughter of the owner is completely uneducated when it comes to a quality job and customer service.She insisted I work with Greg who said he would take care of everything - including smoothening out the most important part of the piece of which they claim was not there fault - charged me $100 more (total job $220). I went back three more times to pick up the diffuser that Greg took ownership to complete and each time there was something that he still had to fix. His response was that he took the piece out of the oven to fast and that he has to buff all of the dots that formed - of which some of them he could not - without damaging the piece.All in all horrible experience and the diffuser still isnt as quality as it could of been if the job was done right the first time.I dont no recommend using this company for any auto needs.

I cannot say my experience was good. I did a quick inspection when I picked up my 2002 Ford Focus ZX3. It looked good but upon further inspection I was thoroughly disappointed and felt as if no one did a complete inspection before releasing the vehicle to me. There was paint on the door handle inside on the drivers side and when I told Geo and simply stated Oh acetone will take it out. Really? I felt as if he should have at least offered to get the paint out. Also they had paint on my keys. There was paint on the license plate. The inside was dusty as they had taken no precaution to prevent the inside from getting dust. The wheels had red dusty looking stuff on them probably from the paint spray. The black stripping on the passenger door lower part wasnt touched. I really felt as if I should have paid more and taken my car to another reputable well known place that starts with an M. When I tried to send an email through their contact us link on the site, it didnt work. So that further frustrated me. All in all, I was extremely disappointed. I guess I should have dealt with John instead of Geo. I plan to speak to management about this fiasco.

So I got into an accident 2 weeks ago or rather, a distracted young driver plowed their car into mine. The young ladys insurance company suggested a body shop that theyre contracted with but when I checked them out, their prices seemed astronomical. Thats when I took my car to Auto Painting USA as referred by a co-worker who has gotten work done here. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The supervisor, Gio, walked me through the entire process and was very patient with the ton of questions I had for him from the very beginning, he was honest and fair. He gave me realistic expectations and ultimately convinced me to go for the intermediate paint job instead of the the basic. Gio kept me updated on the entire job without me having to harass the office with multiple calls and when I finally got the car back, it looked good as new!Definitely a great value for the cost and the guys do a great job at getting your ride back into shape.

I brought my car there for the first time and they gave me the most horrible pain job, The prep work is the worst, they got paint all over my windows they broke mine Driver view mirror and they said that they werent responsible because it broke while they were doing prep. I had to go and buy my own driver view mirror and pay out of my own pocket so they can install and paint it, they also got overspray all over my rims....Theres so much clear cote on it that I cant even take it off..😡😡 Ive told them to at least give me some kind of discount for all the mistakes and they refuse to do so..I am so disappointed on all the work that it was done to my car.. and also I had to give them $600.00 cash at the end because they said that the manager wouldnt take my debit card... I can continue but Im going to stop.... I have to put one star ..😤 Otherwise it wont let me post it.. If it was up to me they deserve no stars at all.....

Very disappointed with a $1200 plus job. Car not returned when promised and after returning once because areas of car were not repaired or painted as on original invoice, on returning home still discovered damaged and unpainted surfaces. If you dont want a shoddy job, highly suggest taking your car elsewhere.

I brought my Chevy Tahoe there with major roof damage due to another body shops failed attempt at repairing my leaking roof. Wade was professional and helpful. My roof looks brand new thanks to Auto Painting USA. They even straightened my bumper. I highly recommend them.

1st time ever taken my car to the company I met a gentleman by the name of Matt he was the service writer gave me a great deal on the paint work I had a few estimates from other people he bet them I agreed to the price. Everything was great till a young lady come over by the name Heather I believe...she treaded me as if I was a broke pece of trash and was making it seen as if I was doing something wrong for changing the color of my car and just very rude at that point Matt looks over at me with a very displeasing face he put me in a uber paid for it an I left The day the car was done I call and again she answered the phone I thought things were fine maybe she was having a better day but not at all it was worse than before.I dont think that company will see me or any of my business as long as shes 100 miles close to it.....If anyone go there ask for Matt ....RUN FROM HER

Thank you to Junior. He handled our 1991 Acura Integra with ease. He and his team gave us good advice, and the cost to outcome was brilliant. If that wasnt enough, I brought in my Honda Civic and they repainted by scraped bumper. Both cars look great. My husband and I worked for rent a car companies for years and both dealt with body shops. Again, the price for composition is a great value and the staff was excellent.

WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!!!!I took my car their to get the front bumper painted and i specifically asked Gio not to wash my car once it was done in order to avoid scratches from a used rag and dirty water.I dropped my car on a Tuesday and picked it up the same day, the bumper was satisfactory .I put my car in the garage for several days since i was home, sick with a cold .Its now Friday and its sunny out and im seeing all THESE SCRATCHES ON MY WINDSHIELD! ON THE SILVER TRIMMING! ONE BIG ONE ON THE ROOF! AND SOME ON MY BLACK RIMS!This is is almost MALICIOUS!!!!!!I purchased my car brand new (2016 HONDA ACCORD SPORT) its not a PORCHE but i work very hard for my money and it has never been washed by anyone but me.I called the shop the same friday and asked Gio why my car was washed.He stated i didnt washed your car, i just wiped it all down with a shameeGIO IS A COMPLETE CLASS A MORON!!!!SO now all the dirt and particles that were not washed off were used to scratch my car!!!! EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TRYING TO AVOID WHEN I ASKED THEM NOT TO WASH MY CAR.This is even WORSE since the dirt was not even washed off before it was wiped down!!!THIS IS BODY SHOP CAR CARE 101!!!!!UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!Anyone with common sense would of understood that if you wipe down a dirty car even with a new rag or shamee, all the dirt and particles on it will now act as abrasive materials and scratch the car!!!!!AGAIN UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!Would never go back!!!!WOULDNT LET THESE CLOWNS PAINT A BICYCLECOMON SENSE IS HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!!!!GIO IS A MORON AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RESPECT CUSTOMERS WISHES!!!!AGAIN FLORIDA WORK ETHICS!!!!

I went in for the tv special of $299...I spoke with tom who claimed to be owner...he priced me for $600 which was double..which left me confused cause my car has no dents and im painting it the same color...then before I could even ask question he then try to upsale me to the next level paint for $50 more...smh. I told him I will think about it to be nice....he became very nasty and said its an one time offer...lol all I wanted was An $300-400 paint job . Tom if your the owner you suck!BadBusiness

Today was a real sad day for me with USA PAINTING BODY SHOP in fort Lauderdale off 31st Lauderdale lakes I sold my car to suprise my mom that is sick with multiple myeloma witch is a bone cancer I got the for cheap but it had little front end damage that was very fixable I took the car up there to get fix I took my own parts witch was a finder and the bumper had a little damage but was fixable I told them I got the car for my mom but didnt go into detail about her health issues the car was inspected and I was told that overall it looks ok everything should be perfect because the car frame and everything else was good and looking good and wasnt damage that was last week so I go pick up car today and nothing is in place instead of them telling me well look u have a little more damage with the car then what we seen the car was just put together terrible nothing lines up the hood the finder the bumper the lights nothing lines up so when I told the guy about it he told me its nothing the car looks good to him and did some touch up painting from where the door and finder is rubbing I was so piss off but I kept my cool and left thinking how do I suprise my sick mom with a car like this on the way back at 30mph the air hitting the gaps in the hood u can hear the car whistling I so defeated and SAD I have nothing left the 450 I paid for the mess up job was my last and I hope they see how the job they did me was more just for my money and not for me being a neighborhood custom that lives in the same area I am SAD on 6-14-17

At estimate they tell you how the job will be done, but in reality they just paint the car as is, they dont remove old paint that make your car paint very bad, anything touch the car, mess up the paint, you can even damage the paint with your fingers, horrible job.
