Great service, oil change in a little over 10 minutes but didnt keep me waiting

The gentleman at jiffy lube were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Oil change was completed in 10 min with no wait time.

They broke my coolant reservoir. Nuff said. One of the guys was nice enough to explain it to me. The other guys broke it and left saying it had been broken despite the vehicle being pretty much new from the dealership. Had to fix it myself. No big deal but I don’t trust the people working there. Definitely will go to a dealership for my oil change.

It took a little longer than normal but Aaron was very nice and pleasant to me and my husband that we didnt realize the wait until he apologized.

Please teach the guys there how Groupon works. I bought a oil change from Groupon instead of paying 100 the oil change I pay 65 with the Groupon. The manager light skin black guy with dreads, said no that’s not how it works. He said with the Groupon I get 65 off 115. I said sir that makes no sense why would Buy the Groupon just to get 65 off the price. They do not know how Groupon works. Because I won’t be getting a discount the way he explained it. I still will be paying full price.

Got an oil change today at Jiffy. Craig & his team were very professional took 15 minutes.Once Completed he asked if there’s anything they can do to enhance the service.I explained that I had an issue with my left turn signal a previous mechanic had broken the turn-bulb switch but was unable to remove it.Craig took the challenge after 20Min I told if he wants I can bring it another day. Being the professional he is (Craig said wait) Let me try again.Long story short Craig was able to remove the defective-broken part while the other mechanic couldn’t. 😀Finally I’m able to fix my turn signal. Would definitely recommend JiffyLube, Craig and his team.

Service with a smile and personality.. this is the go to Jiffy Lube location and worththe drive if you must... I literally drove right in, and got some of the best assistance around. From the start to finish, this service had me smiling, laughing, and feeling overall better about my day and not doing the service myself. Covid precautions were at top level, professionalism was at a maximum.. and then interactions and expectations where exactly what Id want my franchise to promote.. dont sleep on this location.. diamond in the rough.. great job to all that serviced my blue caddy.

The fluid change for the transmission took about 15 minutes. So it wasnt any problem with waiting.The problem that I had was being overcharged. I called and was quoted a price. I even asked how much it would be when I got there. I was told the same price by the same person. When I got my receipt, it was almost $35 more than the quoted price. The guy that charged me said Oh, the price changed last month. The guy that quoted me was like Nah man. You overcharged her.I did get my money credited back to me.Thank you Kelvin for your service.

Usually get a hi mileage oil change as required but since Covid I haven’t been driving (only 200 miles in a year ) was advised by ALan this oil change wasn’t needed but he topped off all my fluids and air in the tires for general purposes This was the most honest encounter I’ve experienced in many years .. Phenomenal staff, great customer service skills, great vehicle knowledge, and most importantly, they have the necessary equipment to perform any job that is advertised. Unlike the three Tire Kingdoms I went to before finding this place at random. I have never been so pleased to get an oil change, but a great staff can make any experience worthwhile!

This Jiffy Lube stripped the screw in my oil pan and did not have the proper tools to fix it. I was rushing back home for work and ended up driving back to Orlando where I took it to nearest Jiffy Lube in the area to get quotes as they requested. They gave me the run arounds for months before I finally decided to get the issue fixed myself. Initially they asked me for quotes now they wanted to see the receipts to ensure the work was done. I emailed them everything they asked for and even returned to the shop on several occasions to ensure they were processing my claim. Long story short I was never reimbursed and have not heard from the company since.

I visit Jigfy Lube to get a tune up I was over due for. I was in a set time frame. Their service was very quick, professional and I was able to use my 15$ Coupon to get a discount leaving me with extra money to get my engine filter replaced. I love extra services that’s included like the window washing, fluid top offs and vacuum services

I went to change the oil of my 2008 passat and the first attendant offered me extra services and I said thank you, but today only the oil! After the oil change another attendant came to charge and he mistakenly requested a part of the car that I didnt ask for! when i said i didnt want it he got aggressive and said i had wasted his time! I dose Im wasting my time since I didnt order this new part! he got aggressive and started talking loudly to me! I tried to argue, but rle started to threaten! I was close to calling the police! but i decided to pay and go away so as not to ruin my sunday anymore! I highly recommend don’t recommend this place never ever ! Anti professionals! disgusting and horrible experience!

As soon as i arrived, they approached me and asked me the reason why i was coming . Everyone was extremely helpful and very kind. It was actually my first time going to Jiffy Lube & the associate explained everything out in detailed that would take place, Best customer service I’ve ever received ! They even vacuum my car & cleaned my windows . Really fast service too, by the time i came back my car was ready for me & they even rolled out a carpet for me ! The team here works like a fine tuned machine. They are very concerned that all needs are met and they do take the time to make sure everything is covered.

My overall experience at Jiffy Lube was a pleasant one. Prices are high, but it is to expected I guess with a high mileage vehicle. They did offer coupons and a discount, which helped me save about $35. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and told me some small inexpensive task I could take care of myself.

The two times I’ve been to this location all the gentlemen were very nice, knowledgeable, and got the job done. They didn’t push me to do anything with the car I didn’t want at the time and we’re very quick on the service I needed. The coupon helped greatly and I’ll be back! Thank you to Michael

I have been coming here for my oil change for the last 2/3 years and I must say the service never fails me. The staff and managers are always funny and friendly, there’s always coffee to satisfy your morning grogginess, and the AC is always on full blast to cool your nerves while you wait. Fast, efficient, and accurate service! THUMBS UP TO JIFFY LUBE!!!

When my oil was being changed I have asked if they had checked the pressure of my tires. The attendant said he had and it was 40 all around (even though the car says 37). However, for my surprise, 2 days later my car alerted low tire pressure and they were all on upper 20s. Clearly they could not bother to check it. Also, my car has 6k miles and the sticker placed on my windshield says that my next oil change is at 79k. Of course the sticker has been misplaced also. In the end, I cant even trust that I got the correct oil type as they might have mixed it up with the other car. Very disappointed. Wish I had not tipped them.UPDATE: I was contacted by Customer Service and by the location and they were very nice! I have to change my review because their follow up was very professional and they offered to rectify the issue.

I went to this store to get a simple oil change. I was offered to replaced the air filter, and they had a hard time replacing it. After that, the car started to fail, I dont know yet if related or not but the box where the air filter is was half way opened. They didnt take the time to close it. Very disappointed!!!

I came there for a top off and left with coolant leak in which I never had before I went. They had no business tampering with my vehicle. This don’t make no sense.

This morning I called to inquire about an oil change for my car and how it would work in correlation with my groupon. Unfortunately for me I was handled by what would be identified as the manager of the store Ms.“Katlyn”.Ms. Katlyn was very rude and dismissive . I asked if someone else could better assist me and instead of allowing someone else to well represent her store she decided it would be best to be combative. For some reason she couldn’t fathom me requesting help from someone else besides the manager . Due to me not wanting to speak with her any further Ms. Katlyn decide it was best to hang up on me mid conversation instead of have another employee assist as requested . I’m very disappointed 😞 of who Jiffy Lube as chosen to represent their brand and to lead their other employees. All I wanted was an oil change but instead I received a slap in the face of attitude and disrespect. I would not recommend this location .

Although they were nice, they $410.57 for a oil change and a battery. I only got the oil change. Also tried to get tires rotated but they didn’t have the proper equipment to do so. When pulling my truck into the bay he was revving the engine to hear the sound.(I have and exhaust system). No harm of course but they shouldn’t be doing that with other people’s vehicles.

I had the greatest experience at the Lauderdale Lakes location just off 441 between 21st and 26th street. The representatives greeted my daughter and I with a smile. We were then escorted to a clean and quiet waiting area that offered water and fresh coffee. I was so sure the wait was going to be an hour at least, but I was out within 30 minutes. I came in for a routine oil change. During my wait the mechanic was helpful in informing me of other routine maintenance that needed to be done. I certainly did not feel pressured into purchasing services I did not need right away. They did my the favor of highlighting those services I could not do at the time with their pricing. They were also very kind to install windshield wipers I purchased from another store that were sitting in my car. I was so greatful.

They overfilled the oil in my car. I went back the second time and they broke the seal on my oil pan plug. After the third visit on the same oil change the manager was very accommodating and did offer the next oil change for free. But I would not go back. As a sidenote, they also throw the keys onto the roof in turn, Scratching the paint.

This was my first time here and I was nervous because Ive heard stories of people coming in for one thing and they leave with five more problems. As soon as I entered all the guys were professional, they answered all my questions and offered their recommendations. I didnt feel they were taking advantage of me especially being a woman. Will never go back to jiffy lune ever. You go with intenion on using a coupon and getting a great deal but always end up paying more because the workers are jacking the prices up. Never fall. What ever price you thinking you gonna get double it because that will be your final cost.

First off, I am long time Lauderhill resident, so I was super weary coming here. Ive only read horrible reviews about this company and location, but I had an oil change coupon so I couldnt turn it down.For my first time coming here let me tell you, this place kicks butt. Totally different from what I read in the reviews. Tia and Dale were phenomenal with customer service and informing on what was going on and needed for my car. The rest of the staff were extremely jovial and nice.I did not get up charged or forced to buy anything-- I stood in front of the crew and watched the entire process. I would recommend other people to do that too. You wont look like an easy gullible target.This was actually one of the few pleasant experiences Ive had with dealing with mechanics. The reviews from other users are extremely misleading and inaccurate. Dont believe me, try them out for yourself. I will forever take my car there for future maintenance.

Came in Sunday. Took about 40 mins with a small crowd. Didnt mind the wait, time went quick and the workers were very professional and knowledgeable.

I wasnt pleased with my experience..they took my car & made me wait for over an hour while they strategically come get customers & upsell them one by one. Any other Jiffy Lube I went to I drove in & stayed in my car while my oil was changed...Im sure this wait time was designed to make everyone spend a little more money. Its so clear they are going this on purpose..they arent very good actors..I wouldnt recommend going there unless u have no choice. I barely ever write reviews but since Im sitting here over an hour for a 20 min oil change I figured Id chime in! Good Luck!!

The staff in this Jiffy Lube are very attentive and helpful. Everyone from the mechanics to the General Manager gave me excellent service.

I gave them a five state review back in August, but have to take it back now. I returned today thinking that they gave me a good deal for my oil change last time and were courteous and speedy --- and found out they put the wrong type of oil in my car last time. The records clearly showed that they put high mileage conventional oil in my car instead of full synthetic last time, and I did not know my car needed full synthetic at that point because I had just bought it. Even after they pulled up the record, they did not admit that it was their mistake and did not apologize. No discount or offer to redo it this time for free. What did I get? I had to pay full price $100 for the right oil this time. I should have walked away then and there. This comes down to bad management, in my opinion. The guys working there do good work when they actually do the right thing, and they wait for their managers to tell them what to do. So if you go to this specific Jiffy Lube, make sure they are performing the right maintenance on your car. All I got was a potential mess-up to my motor because of their mistake, no apologies, and no discount/offer to fix the mistake and a high price for an oil change that I could have gotten down the street for $40 less. I will not be returning to this Jiffy Lube, or any Jiffy Lube ever because this is a clear example of how chains/franchises do not own up to their own screw-ups. Thumbs down to the managers there for leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

They are so full of BS! Every time I go .. something new is wrong with my car.. I buy a ac filter at one oil change .. by the next visit they are bringing me some dusty filter saying I need a new one.. which obviously isn’t mine! The boys are rude af if you don’t upgrade your oil change.. they even had audacity to tell me I didn’t have a choice I had to get synthetic.. will never go back! Completely over it.. I would rather drive an extra 5 miles to get to the next jiffy lube!
