Ever nice but long wait and then to find out that they didnt have my tire. So I needed to go to another location were I was able to buy the tire but to late for them to install it. So I drove back and they installed for me. No kind of discount. Back to the end of the line again

I always enjoy shopping at Walmart, wish I had one in my area (Brooklyn,NY). But right now Im on Vacation and Walmart is my go to place. They basically have everything and at great great prices. Fresh fruits and vegetables, and I found a salad dressing(Hidden Ranch Southwest CHIPOTLE) my son been looking for in Brooklyn... found it at Walmart.

Listen, its Walmart. Whats there to say about Walmart. Its has everything at a good price. Do I want to go to Walmart? No. But will I go simply because they give a good deal? Yes. Lives are long but fairly quick and it seems as if 90% of the registers are the self service type now.

One of the worst Walmarts I have ever shopped in. No self check out. Always takes me at least 30 minutes to check out.None of the workers act like they are even getting paid they are so slow, stops and talks to friends and forget we are even there. Avoid this walmart at all cost and less you need a place to go die. Simply terrible!!

Christian store manager and nane register manager have horrible customer service skills first the register manager gave me attitude for not knowing her job then the store manager admitted to me that he doesnt know his job and then got the nerve to get mad at me because I was upset. WORST Walmart ever!! Theres a problem every time I go in there but dont worry because I WONT Go Back!!!!

With lines so long, how do you expect people not to be tempted to steal? Four lanes open, not even the 20 items or less was open. Not enough employees working the registers. This Walmart doesn’t even have a self check out section, sad.

Worst Walmart I ever been to in my life lots of expired items my ipa said canned on 2019 and exploded when I opened it 2 year old ipa Jai alai which I always buy from Publix and Walmart every week anyway I got the vaccine so I aint worried bout nothing

One of my worst experiences at Walmart. Many items not in-stock. I waited in the check out line for 28 minutes. Never will I return to this ridiculous location.

Ordered 2 shirts via app and they cancel the order. I went there after 30 minutes and the shirts were in the racks. Lazy employees. Then found a dress shirt on the clearance rack with no tags and obviously it of its packaging. Obviously a returned item. They wanted me to pay full price for a returned item on the clearance rack marked $7.00. Why should I pay twice as much being the last shirt of that color and brand that you have left when is also a returned item. No thank you. Bad customer service.

Organize and clean I found everything easy.

It used to be a good store to go to but not again and I have lived in Lauderdale lakes for 8 years. They have over 20 cashier lines but on any given day you go there they will only have 4 or 5 open. And these lines get LONGGGGG. And it’s not like they not making money.

Lines were long but CS was pleasant. KUDOS to Walmart employees. They R well trained & treat customers with respect.

I am forced to leave one star because I can’t go any lower. I’ve been coming to this Walmart from time to time for they’re mechanic services that have been great with fair prices. I did not know however, that it was store policy that if you bring tires that were not bought specifically from Walmart that the prices were different from the prices shown in store. Why do I have to go through pages of policy in order to find an answer before wasting my time in the store. If I wanted to be a lawyer I would’ve gone to school for it, it shouldn’t be my job to do extensive research, but luckily for me I found a place that did it for 72 instead of 114 for all four tires. So if you’re like me, go across the street and shop there.

So nobody works at Walmart in the electric department.. so unprofessional! Like I’m calling to inquire about a product and no picking up .

You shop quickly enough but spend way too much time in lines. 10oclock in the morning, only 2 lanes open for more than 20 items, sick! Managers should manage the store a lot better, I dont mind shipping there hate long lines!

Variety and always handy. Although the crowd isn’t the nicest. That Walmart is always hot. It seems the air conditioner doesn’t work and almost everyone that works at that location seems very unhappy. It’s sad, they work really hard. I do believe that Walmart should compensate their staff better for all the work they do. I personally love Walmart a lot. But I definitely can sense the vibe. Do something Walmart. If you have happy employees. Customer service will improve.

The store was not crowded as it use to be before the pandemic. Products were easy to find Seem like we are back full force the shelves are filled and more cashiers working. The cashier that took care of me was pleasant. Good Job Walmart..keep up the good work.

I was impressed with the service and the area. Service was great and on time. I had my 4 tires on the wheels in an hour which was great.

Yes you could find affordable items that you need at last minute due to the hours this shop is open, but as the first employer in America it could add technology like automatic cashiers to ease long lines to pay for your goods. There could be 20 cashiers and only 5 actually open for massive public ready to pay.

No self check-out. Lines are always an hour wait. None of the workers seem to have any sense of urgency or sense of pride in their work. NOBODY wants to work there.

This is a very large Walmart. I’m not sure what the focus for Walmart is here. The grocery shopping area was fairly clean and well stocked. The clothing department seemed relatively neat. I was surprised that the vitamin and supplement section was very small and lacked variety. I was surprised that there was no pick up /ship to store kiosk in the front - This very large Walmart Super-center has a large parking lot and easy access to the store.

The store was great but all staff I Encountered I repeat were not friendly I felt like I was bothering them being there

The Parking area needs some attention from supervisors. Its really difficult to keep carts being returned promptly. How about a cash Incentive PLAN announced Daily to Cart Team.The Store Interior seemed clean and Workers were on the job in several areas.Customer Service seemed Exemplary!! Every Team Member who assisted me was, helpful, efficient and friendly!!If you can improve the Parking Area, I will give you 5 Stars!!!

Very busy but laid out nicely and always stocked with almost anything you need. Very neat and clean.

Have two things to say firstly the main one is went to buy a car radio and the girls in the automotive center couldnt be bothered to help. But then I found a young man named Anthony! This person went beyond the normal to make sure I got what I needed with a happy attitude and a great smile on his face! Made my day! Then on the way out of the store I get the crazy attitude from a elderly lady asking for receipts. She was very rude and condescending to me who was nothing but happy and didnt not say anything even remotely rude or snippy. So what one person did great three others turned into a bad day. I say this is from management down! Managers need to show up! All the cashiers have to wear masks while managers and others are walking around without masks!!!

Plenty of every item we needed but the customer service/hospitality was mostly lacking. We did encounter one cashier who is very kind and friendly but the others that we encountered were not and even jeered at us at some point because my family member was in the wrong line accidently. We all make mistakes. We do feel that could have been handled more professionally but, all in all, the visit was okay. Prices were good!

I’m always in a line waiting to checkout. Store is way too warm. Just a horrible atmosphere. There’s a better Walmart on Broward if you can get over all the homeless people harassing you around the doors. The stock at this Walmart is not satisfactory; however, the one in Broward seems to be up to par. AVOID THIS WALMART AT ALL COSTS. YOU’LLSAVE TIME DRIVING ALL THE WAY TO THE BROWARD ONE BECAUSE OF THE CHECKOUT LINES. I’ve posted exposing pictures to Twitter and have had no reply from Walmart.

The location is hard to see from the road but it is otherwise known as a big Walmart the staff is super friendly and everything is easy to find that youre looking for

My experience at this particularWalmart was the worse the employee dont want to work very slow yes lines are long but do your job instead they have worst attitude this one cashier name Tess had no customer service communications skill she says to the management next to her to get mefrom speaking to her about her or service she didnt want to hear it so that got me real upset and act out of character! Sorry I wont be going back to that store, I see people who steals out of there sitting in handcuffs very sad and they dont care .they need to close that store because they never stocked ! Its just a big waste of space and employees have no respect! Along with management very disappointing!

For the most part all Walmart’s r basically the same better than others, this location is in between good n no so good, you will find general stuff but nothing special n is huge.

Shopping is ok and pleasant greeters.Never any available functional handicap riders. Store is some-what clean(bad ceiling & some light fixtures).Beware unwanted parking lot activities. Customer Service has been lack-luster for years.Suggest shop as soon as store opens & Do Not Shop at night.

There are always lines.......long lines. Out of 24 checkouts only 8 will be open, and this is every time, no matterI what time of the day, I visit which is usually about twice weekly. The isles are cluttered and usually clogged up with the walmart employees either stocking or filling the online shopping orders. The employees are rude, and seldomly can you find one to assist you, provided they even speak english. This is not the case with the other locations I visit. Unfortunately I dont always wish to drive an additional 5 to 10 miles to go to a better location. But actually when I do the math and consider the long check out process Id probably save time and have a much more pleasant shopping experience. Here of late I have just opted to go to Publix, even though the prices are higher.....I guess its true when they say you get what you pay for.

Shopped for personal things, socks, undies, bras, t-shirts, sandals, and moisturizer for my skin. Found 3/4 of what I was looking for. Had to go to another store to complete my shopping. Check lines were long, as usual. Will be visiting north Lauderdale location from now on.

I’m going on 2 years in 2 months and I love my job. I walked out once and they wanted me back. Now I am contemplating quitting permanently. The only problem I got is employees always plug the shelves aka put things where they dont belong. Management needs to step up and do something about it. I’m currently looking for another job and Im giving them a month to make changes or I’m leaving.

Loved the selection of products, been looking for big mirrors and this location was the only one with a decent variety. Appreciated the help from the sales associate and cashier in the garden section for allowing me to check out with only 3 items

On August 21, 2021, my wife and I went to Walmart on 441 and aokland Blvd to buy two tires after spending 45 minutes waiting in line at the auto department, when it came up to one hour waiting. We decided to take the tires and pay to the cash register. When we went there, cashier told us to go to customer services. By there, they said they do not have the code in order to pay, we had to go get the code from the auto department. We went back Bradley the auto department manager was and we told him that we were there in line just to buy two tires. He replied with a nasty attitude and said you guys skipped the line and he would not be able to help us. We left the tires in the shopping cart and left the store. My question for Mr. Bradley as a manger how he became a manger and why have managers hired ...to solve problems or to create problems? No good customer service Thank you.

I go to this Walmart, because it is my local Walmart. Its convenient. I love Walmart in general. But the slowness at the lines.. OMG!!!!!! Its beyond ridiculous. If I worked there, I swear Id be the fastest employee! Its a shame.

I had a hard time picking up items I went to the pickup department and stood there for about 10 minutes waiting and finally I was told that theyre now picking things up way in the back of the store by the drop off I dont know why they dont tell customers this with a sign or something. You could wait forever and not know to go to the back of the store

Lines are too long and the shelves are not stocked, lots of empty space on the shelves while too many associates are standing around leaning on their shovels (sic). There is also a pronounced language barrier due to the abundance of repatriated associates still learning English as an extra language but it was manageable. Best of luck to those souls. Huge store. The pharmacy was packed. Highlight was Nadine who helped my elderly mother get the right pen needle tips for her insulin. She was awesome. Need more people like her.

Went to buy a bike that on the Walmart website showed more than 6 available. Didn’t see any adult bikes available, so I requested help at the desk. Waited 10 minutes, employees kept passing by, no one stopped to help. Finally someone clocking in said she’d find someone to assist me. A manager came (she was out of uniform) and advised that she didn’t have one style available but would check for the other one in the back. After waiting for 20 minutes, I decided to leave. I then found her talking to other employees, never went to search in the back. The worst customer service at any Walmart I’ve been to.

I prefer to only go in the week never on the weekends Ive gotten quite used to wear most items are so I tend to help myself however recently I made a purchase and I was not happy however I plan to return any of the customer service is pretty well easy going as long as you have the receipt

Money Center employee was unwilling to assist me properly. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if thats her demeanor. Immediately dismissive with what I needed with unnecessary, expressive head shakes even though I explained the information I was sharing came directly from Walmarts website. She was impatient and abruptly insisted the site was wrong rather than verifying anything or asking further questions for clarification. I decided to ignore the ignorance and was able to help myself through the site and other means. 🤷🏽‍♀️👎🏽

If you want to see the Hood, there it is. Good side is that there is plenty of choice of items sold out in other areas bcs nobody buys them there. But be ready for people walking around ready to cuss you out for a parking spot and not wearing their masks once inside

Not a fan of robots working the cashiers instead of humans because theres a huge loss of jobs. Fort Lauderdale is a big place. They need to have humans that are in need to work.
