Goodwill was found in 1902 by Boston Minister, Reverend Edgar J. Helms. He took donations from wealthy Bostonians and hired people who were poor and who could fix the items. The items were then given to the people who worked on them or were resold. Goodwills philosophy is a hand up, not a hand out. Today Goodwill has become a $5 billion nonprofit organization that provides job training, employment, and community programs for people who have disabilities that might prevent them from getting a job on their own.I came to this plaza to check out Think Thrift but they have closed the store that used to be located here. I did however find a Goodwill I had not been in before. The plaza this store is in is old and dated. When you walk in they take your temperature which I appreciate. Everything was organized neatly. They had the usual racks of clothing, toys, small electronics, and household goods. There was a selection mismatched interesting pieces of clothing that could be used to make Halloween costumes. Lately I have noticed that Goodwill is making a push towards offering brand new items and they had a selection of new costume pieces too. It was strike out for me today but it is always fun to look.

Excellent place for shopping very well organized and clean. First time here and will come back too, the best part were the prices, very good prices affordable items and in very good condition.

I dont stop here much because I shop for furniture and they rarely have any a lot of clothes and knickknacks

Really fun store to shop... The best day is Wednesdays because everything is half price... You never know what youll find when you get amazing deals on everything!

The bric brac display has 50% less since the pandemic,but life goes on..

They have upgraded the safety/cleanliness standards due to covid-19. Temperature checks at the door & no trying on clothes in store, only at home, if it does fit, u can return it for store credit& they disinfectant clothes b4 they go back on the rack. Good Buys are ALWAYS there tho!

Always on the look for something I can repurpose...goodwill always is a good place to find it.

I really enjoy shopping there. Its my favorite thrift store.

They have a large selection of clothing for the entire family (especially womens attire), shoes picture frames, lamps, books, etc.

Higher prices. More than what I expected. You can just about get brand new clothes at Walmart 4 $3 more. Remember the clothes at Walmart or brand new.
