Never again will I call this place my issue was only my concern. No empathy for patients .I was rescheduled for surgery due to Covid I was called in September to now have a date of surgery for December. I walked like a freakin extra for the walking dead. Ive gone to the ER several times each time being told its nothing they can do.I called TC I was kept on hold for 1 hour in pain crying in the ER waiting Room. I called my insurance company found a new orthopedic surgeon on 10/25 had an appointment that same day he say for and update to date MRI he gave me options and I chose surgery and 4 days later I had surgery. This office calls me and checks on me like I was family the Dr was so understanding and caring if the Dr doesnt call someone from his off dose. TC can kiss my damage cartilage!!!

I had a great experience today, all the staff was kind, Dr. Hajianpour as well. He gave me a diagnosis right away. Clean office and the whole process is very quick.

Ive seen Dr Sheikh for over 20 years for different body parts. He is wonderful with a great personality and hes very caring, and warm and his assistant is as caring as he is. The Office staff is very nice and accommodating. I love Dr Sheikh and respect his opinion a great deal.Yes, they are very busy at all their offices, but they see everyone, they will try to accommodate everyone. I will not change Dr Sheikh for another doctor. Thank you

I unfortunately didn’t see the doctor. After waiting an hour I had my co pay refunded and left. I understand doctors office is not like a fast food restaurant in and out but at the same time the workers don’t seem like they have empathy or compassion for the fact that patients are there to be seen for a health concern. I was extremely disturbed to see how not only the front desk staff but also what looked like to be one of the therapist talked to a patient the way that they did the scheduling department told her to come to the Lauderdale Lakes location to visit the doctor when in fact the doctor was actually at the Pembroke Pines location. It did seem like the lady was just not comprehending that the doctor was not there at Lakes today but she understood she was more just vocalizing her frustration with the error that was made; on top of that they’re just repeating themselves and not showing any remorse about her frustration the fact that she used her PTO time for today to make this appointment and also her gas and her scheduling in her life; doctors need to understand that patients are coming there for you to perform a service but we’re paying for that it’s not a favor and time is money just like doctors like to get paid we are missing out on money when we attend these appointments so our time should definitely be factored in. A lot of elderly patients come to this facility if you don’t have the patience and compassion to deal with patients then you should find a different job. And that’s why I got my copayment back and I love I refuse to spend my money anywhere with it I’m being treated as if they are doing me a favor.

I saw Bianca the PA I have been going to this office since June when I had my accident, I’ve seen Dr Hajianpour during my treatment but Bianca was ultimately the best doctor there in my opinion. She is thorough and listened to my concerns and provided the best treatment plan for me since the beginning. I would recommend her any day!

The service is superb. The young lady I met that provides us with paperwork before we go up to the office was very pleasant, and helpful, for me the people you meet at the front desk, the receptionist, is who forms my first opinion in any office I go to. The employees I met before seeing the doctor smiled, which I find rare in many offices. I was very impressed with the service I received. I would definitely refer friends and family to this facility.

I end up going to this place because my grandson got injured. The staff is very unprofessional the person at window one is very loud and there is no privacy what do ever everyone at the waiting room know your business. The first doctor that saw my grandson it was very difficult to understand and the medical assistant where the one that actually took care of my grandson. Today we have the 3rd appointment and I like the doctor that saw him today he was very professional and took his time to explain everything to us. But again the staff need to care a little more and be more professional and have manners.

Everyone in the office was very nice. The doctor clarified that my thumb was not broken, but sprained. I was very relieved that I did not need a cast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. From the front desk, to the care coordinators everyone seemed to engage well with the patients. Dr. Rosenberg was helpful explaining my knee ailments, and what would help get me through the pain relief & therapy process.

I have been with Dr. Sheikh for a few years. I love his punctuality in the office, his honesty with his diagnoses. Dr. Sheikh and his staff are very pleasant and courteous. Keep up the good work. see you soon.

The service is good, but the wait is too long. Everyone was kind and friendly, but I made an appointment at 1:30 and I was only seen by the doctor 2 hours later. tiring to wait for the doctor so long.

The x-ray technician was pretty awkward. Maybe it’s me, but I feel like he wasn’t that experienced. Or maybe he was annoyed, I am aware of what you should do, I’m also in the SAME FEILD. I also asked if I can follow up in the Pembroke location since that is closer to my home, and he ignored my question as well.

I was really scared to have fluid drawn from my knee, however, Dr Feanny and assistant were very caring and patient with me. My experience was great!!

Great experience from reception to up until the appointment, I mean TRANSACTION with the doctor. Upon entry though, it is clear this place exists to serve as many patients per day as opposed to providing quality care to each. Looks like a busy day at the DMV when you walk in. From the time Dr. Sheikh walked in, it was clear his priority was to get me out of the office as quickly as possible. The physician associate was not done collecting the information regarding my injury when he walked in and started the rush to get me out. No physical examination was done except for a him looking at my knee and suggesting I stop playing sports lol. Looked at the x-ray, suggested a brace and MRI. Rattled off his notes from the visit, not sure if in his recorder or for the PA to scribe. The guy is actually a joke. The check out process was as smooth as the check in, friendly staff. One of the staff members was kind enough to recommend another doctor to reverse the experience I just had. I inquired from another staff member at the check out area (not the one that was processing my paperwork) about how many patients Sheikh sees a day. At minimum 100 was the response. That explained the experience I had. I agreed to get the MRI and return for Sheikh to finish the job he started lol. However, the office was either slow to or refused to call the insurance company so that my appointment for the MRI could be approved. On the day of my MRI appointment, the service provider called to say I had to cancel Either Total Orthopedic Care or the MRI facility they recommended failed to act in time. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU CAN. If you need a TRANSACTION to receive a doctors note and youre okay with waiting around, then sure. But then again, theres Teladoc for that. Total Orthopedic Catastrophe.

The Worst Place EVER!! First off, they cancel my appointment for paperwork that was sent two weeks prior and then they found it after I waited 30 minutes. Then after waiting for almost two hours Dr. Hajianpour came in the room with his assistance saw me for 1 minute exactly and walked out the room like he was to busy to even be bothered with my knee. Dr. Feanny is a great Orthopedic Surgeon. I had a Hip replacement, I was told what the Surgery would entail and how I would feel when I woke up. Dr. Feanny came to my room the next day to make sure I was doing well. Again, Dr. Feanny is the BEST.

My 90+ Mother had a 9:30 appointment. It is now 11:12 and she still hasn’t seen the Dr. this is the worse service I’ve ever experience. The front desk staff is unprofessional and rude. One hour in the waiting room, and she’s still waiting for the dr. This is unacceptable.

I saw Dr. Sheikh on 4/13/21 and I will not be returning. The office was packed (which I don’t necessarily have a problem with) but It became very clear very quickly this office was more concerned with how many “people they can see in a day” vs the quality of service. The entire staff was not pleasant and Dr Sheikh talked down/talked over me. Tried to tell me that there was no way I could have injured my knee they way I told him I did. He told me I would either need use crutches and have a cast or immobilizer for 8-12 weeks. Very happy I went elsewhere for a second opinion because Dr Sheikh’s diagnosis/treatment plan was less than proactive. The second Dr already has me walking without crutches & strengthening my knee with PT (in one weeks time). I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND DR. SHEIKH.8/18/21 -In response to the reply: I was pretty clear with what expectations were not met. Your staff was rude. Your Dr. was not only rude, but completely misdiagnosed problem, and had the worst bedside manner Ive ever experienced.I asked two other Drs about my injury and the diagnoses I was given at your practice and both Drs said how inappropriate of a diagnosis it was, especially without and MRI and further testing.I left the same review for Total Orthopedic Care & Dr. Sheikh because I was not told what DR. I would be seeing when I made an appointment with Total Orthopedic Care. I had I been given the opportunity to look him up, read all the blank five star or phony great dr reviews in comparison to people who actually talk about your dr/you practice I would have never made the appointment. and your future patients should have the right to know that this is the type of behavior your practice allows. I was given an appointment for 7:30. I arrived at 7:20 to fill all of the necessary paperwork. Had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to be informed that just to see the doctor, I had to pay an outrageous deductible; even though I have insurance. Don’t even bother bringing your kid here. I regret not seeing the rating before I called this place. I don’t mind the wait (which was a lil long) but I was there for an issue my kid has for over 2 yrs and the pediatrician sent me there. This person that saw my kid his last name is Dr. Hajianpour had issues hearing and kept interrupting while I was trying to explain the issue. He told me something the pediatrician already had told me and gave me no solutions at all. Did an x ray on my sons leg after I told him the pediatrician already did it. It was very hard to understand what he was saying and when talked to my kid, this dr rolled his eyes bc my son wasn’t understanding what he was saying! At the end of the nightmare, he started reading a paper saying medical terms with a heavy accent and I just said thanks and I walked out. The girl at the front seat where you check out was totally not happy with her job! Horrible experience as a parent!Bottom line I will not return to this place and this place should take in consideration people’s reviews. The fact this doctor is a senior doesn’t mean he has to be mean to patients!

Ive never had a problem with total f orthopedic care facilities staff my only issue is the phone answering and it is terrible in pines but way better in lauderhill I dont know why but thats the situation however I always enjoy the treatment of the staff my biggest hiccup is disorganization in pines compared to lauderhill same amount of clients just as busy however the flow in lot of here is professionally done organized well managed you get in and out youll seem quickly there is no reason for pines to be so slow I mean slow compared to a lot of him pines knees work on that area other than that I enjoy both offices just the management in pines must work on their phone answering machine they never answer they hang up more than answer you will wait for a long time and then they will click hang up the phone unprofessional and you can tell when you get in there thats what it is so they need to to do some work because if I was not 35 minutes from lauderhill I would go to lauderhill thank you Ms Sanders

I had a 12.00 noon appointment with Dr. Berkowitz to evaluate my torn rotate cuff tear, if to proceed to surgery after a month of therapy. I waited over 2 hours and then found out he was not there. Upon check in I told the office I was there to see the surgeon, but never informed me he was not there. This is the 2nd time they have done this and wasted my time. The office is unprofessional and uncaring about their customers. I have heard numerous complaints from patients while waiting. I am very angry at this situation. I have left messages for Dr. Berkowitz and Tara Lee, the administrator to call me. Lets see if they do.

This place is a joke. I’m friends with a former employee so I decided to take me dad here. What a mistake. the staff was rude, And they were much to no help at all. Dr. Michael Feanny, M.D.is an Orthopedic Surgeon with Total Orthopedic Care. He is an amazing physician and really the only reason I go there. He has an excellent bedside manner and is extremely personable. The Physical Therapy team is also pretty amazing.

Imagine being in pain waiting to be seen, and you hear the front desk receptionists gossiping about who is pregnant by whom and talking about what their going to wear to a Christmas party. When you finally get someones attention you are told to have a seat and wait to be called. After waiting 3 hours you finally decide to ask when youll be seen, only to be told your information was never put in because they forgot!! Is this a hangout spot or a job??? Definitely should have read the reviews first, not going back there again!!!

The staff is nice, and Chelsea, the assistant, was the only person who seemed to genuinely care about the patient. Dr. Haijanpour really needs to retire or take a refresher course in bedside manner. I felt Ignored when I was trying to tell him about my pain and he was dismissive in every way. He just shuffled around and basically said my pain was fear....I’m afraid of a lot but not of getting medical assistance when I KNOW something is wrong. Halfway through his “diagnosis” which was all over the place, I just shook my head and knew I had to find a more capable orthopedist. He wasn’t LISTENING to what I was saying and It was as I was just another body, a part of his job. I cancelled my follow up appointment and I would elaborate more but it’s not worth it. I’ve never reviewed a doctor period but if I had checked, I would have seen their other reviews before even heading over there. Waste of time and I’m in worse pain than I was when I started, with zero explanation. Waste of a copay

Doctor was sarcastic zero compassion minimum examination barely touched me. He told me he didnt need to send me for a MRI he could tell there was nothing wrong with me by touch like what is he a magician. If you reed reviews please take the time to check a few and notice that this place needs A LOT to improve. I dont like to say the worst place ever, but I can say that the doctor that I had the appointment with couldnt communicate well in english. His assistant was interpreting his thoughts so I could understand what the diagnosis was about. I was devastated when he said that my neck pain was due to my lack of rest ( I just recently had a baby) because I WASNT ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF MY HUSBAND. Subsequently, my husband was jealous of my baby and that circle was creating lots of stress in my life?????. While listening to this nonsense I said to myself how someone in America is given the opportunity to practice medicine and peoples health been in this gentleman hands. This is really crazy! Turned out to be when I went to another practice that I have spine sclerosis from the top down and other complications. So, save yourself the time and find another provider.

This doctor should be sanctioned for the way he talk to his patients. He need to learn how to respect the feelings of his patients. Telling a patient he or she dont need knee replacement, but need to lose 150/250 lbs. is not the way to address a patients problem, especially when he never checked my knees or even asked how long Ive been using a walker. I was to the point of going off in a rage on this so called Dr. Sorry, but I would never recommend anyone to this Dr.

I was there Sept 20 the Dr told me I needed some pads for my shoes and that they will do them there that they will take no more than 3 weeks if I pay that same day. I did. And 3 weeks later I called and they just bounced me from one extension to another until last one just hung up on me. As of today I still do not have them and they don’t answer. I feel as if they stole my money. Very bad service and place. It’s a ripoff.

I went there with my parents over a year ago. The staff and doctor are rude! My dad’s primary sent a referral there and I kindly canceled. Even with canceling, the stupid girl is rude. Why would I ever send my parents there or refer anyone to impolite staff?!!

They cant get their story right. I was told multiple different things by different people. Also gave me a hard time obtaining xray cd. Which I never got in the end. Your not a person here just a customer, you can expected to be treated better at a cheap Chinese restaurant.

Went to this place the Dr. Fenney, he was out of town I had to see another doctor which didn’t listen to a word I had to say. Asked if I wanted a cortisone shot? I said sure! Within 2 seconds he administered the shot and out the door I went to physical therapy next door to set up an appointment so I came in the next day for physical therapy and they looked over my arm and said that I had bursitis of my arm I did an intake and I did some physical therapy I had a pulled something on my arm so I’m doing three times a week of therapy on my shoulder that doctor of physical therapy said there was something wrong with my shoulder the other doctor in the other office had no sympathy for my shoulder!

The staff is very friendly and the Drs are very knowledgeable. They make sure you understand every procedure. I wish they can run things a bit faster since the waiting line is long.

This doctors office may have been the most unprofessional office I’ve been too. The PA was taking a personal call while in the room with us. Then doctor Hajianpour came in, which I didn’t even know his name until I saw the Diagnosis form. He spent maybe a minute tops in the room with us and had an attitude the entire time. They were trying to get my brother to relax his muscles on the table then the doctor insulted him. I was shocked at the unprofessionalism. I’ve never been to a doctors office like this one, not in a good way.

What an amazing team of physical therapists ! Each one is so well - trained and considerate of personal limitations when first starting out . They keep great records of your progress and share the information with you. In just six sessions, my increased mobility was noticeable. The front staff is friendly and flexible with scheduling. Call them if you need to change your appointment - and always be on time . Otherwise, the therapists won’t have adequate time for their other patients.

Very rude staff and sooo unprofessional on the phone or in person at the office. Both locations Pembroke pines and Lauderdale.Although dr hajinpour is good but I will not go to the office again because of the terrible staff!!!Also no one will answer the office phone number ever.

I took my mom here in good faith the doctor would take of her. However, the doctor said she needed to do physical therapy then if it didnt improve, knee surgery. He based his opinion on an x-ray and took 2-3 months to approve of a MRI. He was very hesitant to give orders on the MRI and then said no insurance covers MRI scans lol.... After he still said she needed a full knee surgery. We then saw another doctor for a second opinion and all she needed was a cortisone shot. Everyone has different experiences with everything in life but just be very careful when walking into these offices. They only cared about what insurance we had. My mom is walking perfectly fine currently and feels no pain.

Excellent therapists here! Dr. McGrath took his time to listen to my concerns and did a thorough job of analyzing my needs. The atmosphere is very friendly and all the therapists that have taken care of me have been the best. Sabrina at the front desk is fantastic. They all have improved my mobility so much. Thank you.

My son injured his hand over the week. After he was seen by his pediatrician, she referred him to see Dr. Sheikh. We were able to get an appointment on the same day. X-ray completed. Cast put on! And i was out in no time. Great experience!!

I have been coming to Total Orthopedic Care to see Dr. Sheikh for a few months now. I must admit hes GREAT!!! What I like about him he ask you questions and listen to your concerns, best of all he keep it real with you about you health issues. Since the first day, I get there at 7 am and out of the office no later than 7:45 am. The office staff and assistants are very nice and friendly.

Dr Feanny and his staff are excellent. He is worth waiting for, so be ready for a possible long wait in the waiting room. You will feel his high level of competency while he is examining you.

This place has no respect with people, I had it yesterday with my two daughters, and I was waiting for two hours to be attended to, and when I asked the doctor and her assistants that we had been waiting for two hours and i said that this is very disrespectful to the patient, i had an appointment. And the doctor just said we have several appointments and if you do not want to wait another 30 minutes you come back another day. I was frustrated because it was my first time in this place. So i told the assistant can cancel my daughters visit, because we will not wait any longer here. She said okay, bye. I do not recommend this place before the consultation already has this service imagine the physician practice.

This is the second time I have been to total orthopedic for therapy. I have found all the staff both friendly and supportive on all of my visits. That the problems I have had were resolved through excellent therapy and advice is definitely a bonus. Thank you to everyone for your skill, support and making my time here as enjoyable as possible.

Service was fast and efficient and everyone was nice . I was pleased with everything. When i walked in it seem to be very busy and i thought it was going to be an all day affair. They proved me very wrong. I had an appt for 3pm and I was out by 430 not to mention I was a new patient also.

Worst office ive EVER been too. Dr. Hajianpour told me to loose my attitude and came at me and my mom when we started asking some questions, and told me id never get better with my attitude. He dismissed my scoliosis, saying it had nothing to do with the intense back pain i have constantly. Also he told me and my mom that maybe if we listened wed understand or we need to find a new doctor. He has no sympathy as i sat there crying my eyes out in front of him. horrible doctor. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I brought my 9 year son to see Dr. Hajianpour for a fracture. The front desk staff was very helpful and efficient. The doctor was so kind. He explained everything in detail. I was very satisfied with my appointment and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality Orthopaedic care.

Love the therapy I have received, so sad to finish it this week because my therapist Alain is the best! He has made sure I get stronger and is very patient in teaching me the exercises. Everyone there are happy and friendly a pleasure place to be!

He was rude has no compassion

This is my second time in a year, and Im as thrilled with their service as I was the first time. Talented and knowledgable staff, that know how to get to the heart of the problem. I moved heaven and earth to make sure I got my therapy with them, and it has made all the difference in the world to me. Thank you Kirsten, Sandra, Alain, Angela, Lorena and Sara, for the extraordinary care.

My referral was not complete, and the secretaries kept calling until I had everything. Great job. Dr. Markowitz was great, efficient but answered all my questions.
