They were great! im a first time customer with them and i saw they had good reviews so i brought them my Ford Escape that had some fuel supply issues. They were very responsive, friendly and professional and got it all wrapped up within a couple days. The cost was very appropriate and very well documented so i had no concerns. they are pretty busy over there but didnt overlook anything. they also preformed a quick check on some other components i asked about and found several things that need to be addressed, but were professional enough to tell me it doesnt need to happen now, just keep an eye on it. i will definitely take it back there when its ready for another replacement. all i have to say is Thanks Fellas!

I have always been visiting Auto Maintenance experts for all my BMW X5 repairs and maintenance.I have never had to bring my vehicle back for the same problem. it is always fixed right the first time. that is important to me. As usual, the work is done timely and efficient. done right the first time every time and I was worried about the repairs cost but was very cheap .I would recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.

I am truly happy and amazed of how wonderful car services, I received for my Mercedes Benz, in Auto Maintenance Experts with El and his staff.I took my car before to Mercedes Benz in Pompano Beach, after my car automatically stopped due to a mechanical brake down they charged me so much for a mechanical breakdown then the next day my car had another issue which they failed to even advised me the day prior in Mercedes Benz in Pompano Beach. I personally spoke to there manager in Mercedes Benz in Pompano Beach all she did was apologized. I decided to no longer take my Mercedes to Mercedes Benz in Pompano Beach one of the reason is due misinformation, two cost price for repair is extremely high and third there sales associates/advisors are not friendly.A friend of mine recommended Auto Maintenance Experts, for my Mercedes Benz and they were so right!When I went to Auto Maintenance Experts. I met El the owner he has been super nice and very helpful explaining in details what my car maintenance needed to fix my car problem solved for my car to ride smooth!! 😃I have recommended all my family and friends to El from Auto Maintenance Experts and I have to say thank God. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! This shop has no clue to what quality, value and professionalism is. They will have you spend unnecessary money on parts and labor claiming its required to fix your vehicle. The shop manager El Hassan gives you a friendly character at first but dont be fooled by this fake charm, it is simply a business tactic to lure customers in. Most of the time he isnt even at the shop but watches your every move on the cameras at the shop... Punctuality is non existent as I was told my car would be ready on several occasions only to find more issues and pieces of it missing. I will be reporting this shop to the BBB and will follow up with further action to the FTC. Customers should not be lied to nor be taken advantage of. Be warned! Take your car somewhere else.

El was very thorough with the job, I was quoted by my old mechanic work for more than $2500 and paid half the price. I was told that my air compressor, dryer, and rack-in-pinon, but it was the control module...honestly my work would have been one-third the price but had him do a few other things. Overall I had an amazing experience, on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate the service a 20.

On the phone he quoted me a certain price to change my battery. When I actually showed up, they had to do a bit more work than expected because my battery had been terribly corroded. They were very kind, and stuck to the price the quoted me! I will definitely go back if I need any other help with my car.

Last year, I have them my Jeep Cherokee to repair a failure trembling engine, black smoke and too much gas consume. They change a lot of things that costed me almost $1000 and the failure was still there. Later this issue was resolved by a friend of mine who is an aficionado. This year I have them my Toyota Corolla and they left the cover of the coolant deposit opened and the electric fan disconnected. My car almost got overheat. NOT RECOMMENDED

I cant give less this business was paid 2800 for timing and exhaust and cam gears got car back 2weeks later vehicle constantly turned off while driving tried taking it back el was very unprofessional vehicle was later diagnosed by another mechanic it was discovered that his mechanic had broken tabs to several sensors one of the broken tab grounded out on the frame shorten my injector computer his job later cost me an additional 950 plus 700 for a new injector computer avoid this business he knows nothing about working on lexus vehicle a complaint was filed and photos were shown to Broward county consumer protection also thay broke an o2 sensor and welded to the exhaust and didnt tighten the engine motor mount he refused to even look at the vehicle when it was brought to his attention

I first went into this shop because it was close to my home and I need it to put 2 tires on my Mercedes and they were able to provide me with high quality tires for a very reasonable price. Next they put the car on the machine and noticed that there were several other problems that needed to be addressed to make the car run like new again which included but not limited to the motor mounts the valve cover seals and a few other things but it only cost $1,300 to have more than $1,300 worth of work repaired they were pretty prompt I was surprised that I got my car back the next day my daughter was happy she said the car works like new again and so Im happy and the manager there and the staff were also very nice people and you dont find that very often and I will recommend them to anyone looking to have a professional car service.

Give this shop a try. The owner and his staff are very trustworthy. After getting an estimate from my local dealership, I discussed the estimate with the owner and he refuted the Unnecessary charges from the dealership and ending up saving me hundreds of dollars. It’s so hard to find a competent and trustworthy mechanic shop nowadays so please take my word For it and try him you’ll be pleased. He believes in integrity and he’s not greedy. Also, he will not fix something that’s not broken and that will save you a lot of $$$$ from those crooked dealership and mechanics.

My Aunt recently took her 2016 BMW to this shop. She has been taking her vehicle to this location and the actual BMW Dealership. She was charged for a sensor replacement and was told hoses on her vehicle will soon go bad. She paid and left the mechanic shop just for her car to start acting up the next day. When you open the hood you see zip ties around the air intake hose. The “sensor” Hassan claimed to have changed still looks dirty and filled with dust. I called him to find out what he did, he said he “changed” the sensor also ADMITTED to putting the zip ties on there to “help” her with the problem. I told him we need a refund and he laughed saying he isn’t refunding nothing because Someone else put the zip ties there and the sensor was changed. This is negligence to the max and unprofessional. Do not take your vehicle there unless you just have money to waste. Nothing but dishonesty

They are efficient, accurate and professional. I take any issue that I have with my cars to them. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Their customer service and affordability make them a model auto repair center.

I took my 2012 BMW 740i to this shop and when I say he was very professional. He did over 10,000 in work on it and if I would of took it to BMW it would of cost even more. But I was able to cut that price in half when I tell you he was god sent. I’m so thankful for all his work and if you have a foreign car take it to this shop. I promise you want regret it!

I should have relied on these few negative reviews more than the overall score which is highly questionable( probably his friends and family), I wouldnt had been dealing with the biggest con artist in the area, the owner dude that had lured me in with a hard to beat, low cost quote for a repair/service given over the phone, charged agreed money for agreed service, that his mechanic actually didnt do, when confronted with my objections I received naive explanation from him, then an earful of curses, insults, threats and finally money back at the end, also never seen this guy in person cause he manages his business and his latin mechanic guy who barely speaks English, remotely, but he watches you on cameras, like he claimed, most likely he wants to avoid any direct contact responsibility. Save yourself time, headache and trouble, skip this hassle and this joint

I have never been to such an amazing auto shop in my life. Im a young female and I hate to say it but normally I get ripped off by other car companies everywhere I go. I took it to a different company that was not Auto Maintenance Experts first and they wanted to charge me an incredible amount and it took them 3 days to even get me a quote. I then refused their service and brought my car to Auto Maintenance Experts after a friends recommendation. They had a quote for me within hours even though incredibly busy. My car is german and they ordered in the parts for me and literally had the entire brake system replaced in one day and they did it at an extremely low price. SO long story short.. I have never had a company be so kind to me and so thorough. They really are great people just looking to help. My car runs like a dream, Mike the mechanic was incredible and genuine, and it was done extremely quick. Seriously, if I could give a higher rating I would.

I was recommended from a good friend of mines to EL. My Nissan Murano kept shutting off while driving or at a stand still and I kept noticing a cliche in the transmission when taking off as well. EL and his employees are good people there very honest and know what there doing. Truth be told honestly I thought I would have to get another brand new transmission put in that would of cost me about 1,700 and with labor included would of run me 3,000 and they couldnt tell me why my car was shutting off from a previous mechanic that did a diagnostic test on my car last month. Now my car is running excellent no shutting off nor cliche in the transmission neither thanks to EL&Auto Maintenance Experts Team!

My boyfriend was in a lawsuit with this place and they recently changed their name to avoid being sued (probably from more then just us) this business is NOT who they are making you think they are. It’s more like a junkyard and that’s where your car will be going if you allow them to touch your vehicle. “El” seems friendly maybe it isn’t his fault but you should not try to repair and charge customers with out being able to fix their vehicle !!! At least give them their money and vehicle back to take somewhere else qualified !
