This was by far my worst experience at a Publix. The bathroom was completely disgusting. When I reported it the court basically said thats just the way it is in the store. Very disappointed

Everyone here was so friendly and nice. Cant believe we dont have Publix in the north east (Connecticut). And omg, is there any place that makes a better sub than Publix. My lady says if they simply replace all the Subway subs, with Publix subs, the value and growth of Subway would sky rocket! What a wonderful and unique super market. Especially this one down by my favorite hotel Beachcomber and the beautiful A1A and pompano beach strip!

It was a good Publix grocery store. Big, easy to move around, it was a nice clean store in general! Service was attentive helpful and happy to oblige when you needed them! Inventory was big on all ends, there is a little but of everything for everyone! My only real complaint is it is a little pricey to shop here even if you are not getting much. Everything else was fine though, its just a good grocery store overall!

I moved to the area about 2 years ago and have learned to like the store and employees...However...Customer service was awful...now those employees would just stand, converse...see you standing there and walk away...keep in mind the other employee is saying arent you suppose to work here? But I must say in the last month Ive seen some new Managers around and Customer Service has improved greatly!! If thats what had to be done than great. Publix is a store of integrity...employees should be also.

Place is super clean and well stocked all the time. The bakery, sandwicherie, deli and hot food stands in here are to die for. The pharmacy is pretty good too. Love the place.

Always a pleasure and this time was no different. In fact due to injury,, being able to ride a cart while I shop was a bonus

I love 💘 🛍 at this location when I got there it was no fried chicken so one of the employees said to give him a few minutes and he will cook some more at the end alot of customer walk away happy 😊 they waited for the fried chicken 🍗 like me happy

I went 2 the pharmacy 2 pick tp diabetic supplies. Friendly staff, helpful went out of their way 2 offer me help. The stores was nice & mannelijke as well as the packer. Store was very very clean nothing was out of place shelves were stocked & i simply enjoyed my visit there

Typical Publix...well stocked shelves and cheerful employees who care. I had a minor problem with an incorrect price on an item and it was quickly taken of by the self-serve attendent. Good store!

I’ve gotten my fruit platter and party tray orders from here before and have been satisfied both times. Also like that the staff seems to be predominately from the islands so that is nice to see.

If u want a sub.... Think twice because the line is always i mean always long. Try ordering it online its so much easier and quick😊 trust me😎

Saturdays are busy, and many checkout lanes were open, and they are offering booster shots for Pfizer! Good experience

This is a pretty nice experience. I dont usually stand in line too long and the employees are really friendly. The only issue are the customers who will park along and block the fire lane, or those who feel that the area right in front of the store is their personal loading dock.

We really enjoy Subs made at Publix. This particular time we ordered online and found that they would be more than a 40 minute wait. We always order online so that by the time we get there its ready but 40 minutes was too long for an order placed at 11:30 in the morning

Publix is also one of my favorites I buy from deli order my cakes here and certain meats always great quality with food fruits veggies and more

Always out of stock. Discontinues many popular items. Woefully inadequate organic selection in produce as well as throughout the entire store.

Cus service is poor at this location. Publix is known for high prices and GREAT customer service but customer service at this location has taken a downward spiral. Im so disappointed with Publix!

This publix always get my online order wrong went back the second time got it wrong again the manager lumone was any help i waited in line for 32 minute with only one deli clerk fabio after he finished up a customer he ignore me & started doing other stuff taking his time fulling up the veggie case which was not low or empty then he went in the cooler & stayed about 5 minute that was it for me i had my husband to go find the deli mgr lumone she no help either her English is off & so is Fabio when to get the mgr at the front counter help me Publix this location needs better training & customer service i shop at commercial for now on it a little way from my house by the atmphere is better invarrary a no for me customer service line always long &the people English is terrible

Great location. Friendly courteous professional staff. Store is always well stocked and clean. Located in a plaza that has other businesses/banks that I also frequent. Deli staff always present well. Food handling & sandwich making top notch....Will always go out my way to shop at this location

Of course this is one of the many Publix stores n this one was no different clean with well stacked shelves. I think the Public brand of orange juice is the best I buy that particular item there. But of course their bakery department is one of the best. One can order cakes for any occasion there n at a reasonable price. Friendly staff n cashiers n if u cant find an item just ask one of the clerks theyre willing to help. I found the prices a little more expensive than other food stores but u always get the best so if you want to get the best items n dont mind spending an extra dollar or do for the item then Publix is the store for you. If nothing else buy their orange juice.

Overpriced overpriced overpriced. You can get the same nice quality and I now save 50.00 by shopping at Wal-Mart. Give them a try. That extra 50.0 makes a big difference on my walmart bill.

This and Deerfield beach is my favorite Publix...but all Publix are amazing. I love where the carribean isle is located and I get my Asian noodles there if I cant reach the Asian market. Gotta try the Porky stick snacks/ jackfruit/ yellow kiwi/ yellow watermelons etc. I love the fruit selections...so many exotics (For affordable prices) you can ASK/ request things you dont see if you love fruits, and different things like my family. If you see anything on social media you want to try... ASK

Am I the only one who HATES this publix? The service maybe nice, but they never have anything ready. Deli 5 people waiting for the same thing. No one says 5 more min. I took my 1 hour lunch break for 1lb of chicken tenders and it literally took my whole hour. The first 20 min no one helped me. Then when someone did she offered me to wait longer for fresh tenders...I declined and took what was there. It was the worst decision I made. The chicken was hard, there was a hair follicle fried into the breading! I went 2 days proir for babyfood/formula...none. smh... I still somehow end up back to be disappointed again!

I just dont understand how no one is saying anything about the overwhelming smell of old frying grease that smacks you the moment you walk in and floods your nostrils until you leave, and stays on your clothes when you get home. Something is definitely wrong at that location

Publix was crowded as usual but also as usual, I was able to find what I came for and to get out speedily.. THUMBS UP.

This publix is 2 minutes from my house and I refuse to shop there. It stinks of fried chicken. You go in for two second and your clothes reek of fried food. I mentioned to the store manager, that they need more vents and she just laughed it off. I rather drive further away and not smell like I was frying chicken all day and night.

I wanted to take the time to write down my sincere appreciations. In a time of stress and uncertainty I found comfort in the most unusual place. The publix on Oakland park Blvd in Lauderhill. Out of work in my field, and no telling when I may work again I looked for other career paths. I applied online for a position at Publix supermarkets, and to my surprise days later I got a call for an interview. This is when I met Sal and the team at store 1109. He gave me a few options for positions in the store. I was hired as a stock clerk and within days I was working. I felt so welcomed from the start i could not wait to start my first shift. I was under the direct supervision of Jeff (stock clerk manager), Joey (assistant manager) and Tanner who trained me. I can not emphasize enough in words the leadership that these individuals possess. I take pride in my work, and work hard only looking for my own self satisfaction. Not expecting or looking for a pat on the back I received many compliments from my managers. Daily when I was about my work they always took the time to tell me how much they enjoyed having me there, and the asset I was to the company. Not only did I receive words of encouragement, but they did the same work I did in the isles stocking, and greeting customers. They too worked hard. I could also see the store manager Sal working in the isles and departments along side his employees as well. These gestures to me where very genuine, and only come from truly talented people. They were very, very flexible in scheduling me as I was still looking for work in my field. Which saddened me. I did not want to work anywhere else. The empathy and patience of these individuals is the epitome of what it takes to be great leaders. I looked forward to every day I worked and couldn’t wait to get in for the days work. Thank you truly from the bottom of my heart for welcoming me to the team, and showing me that amongst the toughest of times there is hope. Very slow moving, unattentive, employees at this Publix. Went to deli to get a couple tenders to munch on. There was a Publix employee at the hot food case, being ignored for at least 10 minutes, in front of me. 3 people waiting on one cu. One guy seemed to be walking around in a daze doing nothing so I went up to cust serv and abandoned the tender idea. At cs, waited at least 15 minutes behind two customers. When I saw a mgr walk by, I should have grabbed him. Totally neg experience at a Publix! Whod a thunk?

I went there to send an emergency transfer from western union and the cashier was unable to make the transaction. I have to drive farther to make the transaction.

Slow, ..problem is i just dont like publix. They are an oligopoly and few alternatves. Prices are 10-20% greater than comprable places. I try not to shop there unless it is to get my meds.

I enjoy this local Publix.it hasnt always been like this. But it has improved.

The Publix staff are always helpful!The State Trooper posted there on 10/31/2020 however, was extremely rude and short with me as I was trying to help an elderly person get into my car. Admittedly I was blocking the crosswalk. The Trooper had no understanding, dare I say compassion, towards the gentleman that I was helping out who had trouble walking and was on a scooter that Publix provides.The Trooper told me to back up from the ramp, where it was easier for him to get into my car, to a point on the sidewalk in front of Publix where he would have the step down in order to get into my car.I briefly tried to explain to him that the gentleman has trouble walking; he would hear nothing of this yelling at me BACKUP! BACK YOUR CAR UP! YOU CANT BLOCK THE CROSSWALK!

Deli needs improvement or younger staff.if you make a online order a hour before pick up, they still manage to make you wait another 30 mins till sub is ready. Slowest Publix deli, even on a day with no customers they will still find a way to move slow

This location is laid out very nicely. Most of the refrigerated items are now all enclosed. Very friendly and nice staff work here as well.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK!!! At 3:52pm with 3 useless people standing behind the counter and one detangling her cheap weave ..... 6 to 10 customers waited onLine. One of them even closed herLine and went on break. I wont be back to this location. We stood there as lottery tickets purchases jumped to the front of the line

The deli staff is rude especially the assistant manager, she shooed me away after I simply told her that an instacart order for a sub wasn’t in the pickup section and rolled her eyes, should definitely lose her job.

Customer Service is the worst; They always slow and have an attitude.

Like all Publix grocery stores, this location is neat and friendly. It is on the smaller side though and does not have as much variety as some of the other stores. Very small produce section with very little organic options. Lines can be long and the customer service counter is always crowded.

This publix is always clean and everyone is nice and cautious. However, everytime I get chicken wings it aways have feathers. I understand that it comes in a bag prepared to cook but still no one wants to eat chicken feather.

Everyone is pretty friendly, everything is always stocked and I really have no problems.. this is a preferred location when in Lauderhill area.
