Theres not a better shop in Laurens that will truly make sure you are taken care of. They wont let the vehicle off the lot unless it is fixed and fixed right. I cant say that about other places Ive had work done. Quality is top notch. Customer service unmatched.

Owens Body Shop is the best around!! This family owned business will take extra good care of you and your vehicle! I never have to worry about the quality of their work like you do at other shops, and since I am a woman and this shop is woman operated, I know that I am going to be treated fairly! Love this place!!

They completely butchered my car. Refunded my money and agreed to pay for the damages. When I gave them the bill for the damages and the cost of my rental car I needed for a month while my car was being fixed they refused to pay. Shady business. Do not use them.

Still aint heard back about getting my car fixed

Will not go back!! I hit a deer & busted my radiator in January, after almost 2 months, finally got my car back. Within a month of the repairs, my car started over heating, called them, they came, they fixed it, but within 2 weeks, i was stuck again, same problem. I called them to let them know it was still having same issue. They offered to tow me, & $100 refund. I didnt trust them towing it because the issue was supposed to be fixed... here we are, 1 month later, no car, NO REFUND. Ive sent someone to get my money, they claimed they didnt have it on them.... ive texted 3-5 times, no response other than saying they wasnt there. I thought so highly of this shop until now!

They charged me for a fuel pump and the pump required for an infinity is plastic. They tried to cook up a good storyline, be careful they will Jack u for ur money.

This is the place you want to call... reasonable rates, friendly people, and timely service... This family business will treat you like family... broke my timing belt on interstate... called another tow company and was left sitting all night in the rain and cold... called Owens Body Shop 20 miles from where i was and within 30 mins truck was there and car was loaded... driver was curtious and friendly, tow truck was clean and comfortable...
