The sales guy I dealt with seemed like he was making fun of me so not ever going through them again

Would probably give zero stars, if I could. This review is for Greenlight Chevrolet Service Center, formerly Smiths. The receptionist, Felicia, acts like she knows everything about cars, but gives out incorrect information. Dropped off the cat on a Wednesday, was told by Felicia on Friday that they were putting it back together and still had to test drive it. It should be ready on Monday. Called on Monday and was told that they had not even started work on the car. Finally got the car about 10 days after dropping it off, but had to bring it back to get them to fix something that wasnt done properly. Felicia also tried to make small talk while paying for the service, but she ended up insulting me. She is very unprofessional. I actually had to ask to talk to someone else when I called about payment because she was not clear on the answer. My advice is to save time, energy, and a major headache and take your car that needs servicing somewhere else.
We was just riding around while we wait for the salesman to give us the word whether it went through or not bout a SUV I was trying to get! Done with them😉
I had great service from Smiths auto dealership as well as a very good sales representative.
The experience there was amazing They were very helpful and polite
