Sally’s always has a great selection of nail and hair items until COVID came! I love Sally Beauty Supply ! I have a 4 because there’s always room for improvement!

I’m not a beauty and makeup girl. But I am overcoming a hard time in my life right now so I decided to have some fun and take my super dark hair to super blonde. And I also suffer from horrible anxiety and was overwhelmed when I went inside which probably didn’t help. When I went inside I was pretty twitchy and also straightforward about my lack of knowledge and appreciated the employee that was there saying she was going to wait to ask the other employee because she didn’t want to mess me up. I’m not trying to bash the people that work there but honestly the moment I left I knew that the woman we had waited on probably saw nothing but dollar signs when she saw how clueless I was. I spent probably $65 or $70 just on the bleach and toner...etc. Was instructed it is a process which I know but like I haven’t even bought the color for my hair yet. Just the other stuff. And the bleaching process didn’t even make it any lighter at all but instead made what little blond I already had turn actual orange and red. And I’m hoping the toner takes care of that but then have to go spend even More money for the hair color and I’m so disappointed in myself for agreeing to buy so much and not speaking up and also in Sally’s products in general cuz I did a better job and had more impressive results with a $4 box of Revlon from Walmart.

Terrible customer service. To start off I called sallys before i went up there to see if they had a product i was looking for. I waited on the phone for 7 minutes and finally hung up. So on my break I went up there when I walked in, 2 employees were laughing and talking which I didnt see an issue with but neither greeted me. Then when I went to check out both ladies were behind the register still laughing and I stood there for about 2 minutes and asked if she was going to check me out. She then just looked at me and rang up my item. I then put my debit card in and she begins talking to the other lady again and I waited another few moments and asked was she going to finish processing the transaction. She finally did and handed my me bag with out a thank you or have a good day or anything. I asked if one of them were one of the ladys I had spoke to earlier on the phone and she goes oh yeah I FORGOT YOU WERE ON THE PHONE. No apology or anything. Seriously if you dont want to do your job then stay at home. Ridiculous! I will order online from now on.

I love this Sallys. They are very knowledgeable with all things. I love their discounts and 50 % off days. I have become a frequent shopper. Keep up the great work

I went to this Sallys and I went to check out there prices I was thinking about getting a hair straightener I decided not to so I went and looked at the hair stuff picked up a bottle to read about the product decided not to get anything and walked out the door and as I was getting in my car they had pens in there hands trying to get my tag without even looking on their camras to see if I actually stole something I will never step one foot back into that place
