Dont go here unless an absolute necessity. I should get an employee discount if Im checking out my own purchases or a W-2 at the end of the year. Never more than 2 live cashiers working, with a line a mile long, ridiculous.

Traveling and had to pick up a prescription forwarded from our home pharmacy. No problems.

The store has everything you want if not in stock sit back and order it. Youll get it best of all if dont like it dont keep it no matter what. When you find a place that will do all that to please you, why go anywhere else. Dont forget theyll charge you less than any one else. Lately I dont even have to go there. Free shipping and free return I just sit home and order saves gas...

As far as cleanliness, they are alot better off than Simpsonville. If self checkout had a cash option it would be great. If you have 3 items and paying in cash you may have to wait 10 mins. Or so to check out. Overall one of the better walmarts in the area.

Horrible as always..1 register open and on the 3rd of the month!!Come on now!!Our choices in this little town are Food Lion and Wally World unless you want to do your shopping outta town.. Thats what were stuck with..And the associates {some}are mean as well.. And whatever you do, dont try and stop an associate thats walking by you 2 ask them a quick question.. Good LAWD youd think you just cursed them out or something

Bought a ceiling fan from Walmart, had put it all up and was missing an important part. I called the service desk, very rude woman, didn’t care, told me I had to disassemble everything and bring it back up there. They need to fire everyone in that store and start from scratch. The service desk should be the politest people, not the rudest.

It’s Walmart. You go there when you absolutely have to.This particular visit was annoying.Used the self checkout like they’ve practically forced everyone to. But when you buy alcohol, they have to approve it. The guy that was supposed to be there to approve it decided to ring up another person with many items who wanted to pay with cash, Instead of sending them to the one regular check out that was open. Waited patiently with my red light above the scanner flashing for about 5 minutes while he finished ringing them up. Even after he was done, he still didn’t notice my flashing red light until I called him.

I went to Walmart looking for a microwave and found the shelves clean. A whole isle of display models only. That makes no sense to me.

Let me just say Shyhyme Johnson. The stocker is one of the best workers there!! Y’all better keep him, he is a good one!!

Had everything I needed except shorts; had switched over to fall clothing; Im from Florida otherwise great !!!

Just had the best highlight job here! He actually listened to what I wanted, was efficient, and friendly. I am visiting from Philadelphia and he did a better job than most from Philly. And prices are great. Why would you go anywhere else?!

Shop here weekly. Well stocked usually with friendly associates. Not enough registers open at any one time. Prepare to wait. Difficult to find an associate in a particular area. Especially when needing to renew fishing licenses. Three days of trying and still no one. Even after having them paged.

I know where everything is so it makes shopping so much easier, just wish they would open up more registers so the line doesnt back up

This our local Walmart. It has a very decent selection of items. However in the grocery section its hit or miss. Especially in the evening. In other words its best to shop there early in the day.

This Walmart is not a favorite of mine, if you shoping for flowers/plants. You definitely well be disappointed.

Stood in the only open attended check out line for about 6 minutes and was then told by cashier that the line was closed and the person in front of me was her last. The light was on when I got in the line, but the person in front of me had the lane closed sign which she pulled out from UNDER the items she had after the cashier said something. No other cashier lane was open. Walmart has a pattern of placing slower people and only one cashier on a lane. Ive observed it several times. I left the items I planned to buy. I will not be back for awhile.

We get our prescriptions filled at the Pharmacy in Laurens Walmart . Most of the Pharmacy staff are really great and friendly . There was only once that I had a problem, but since then they have improved . I hope they keep up the good work . We also get some of our groceries there . Being on a fixed income, we have to watch how we spend our money .

In and out super fast. Self check out was really clean and I was super happy about that. The older lady at the front door is always so nice to us. I cant remember her name though.

So many of their shelves are empty they dont stop and I know theyre going to say its because of the cover theyre not getting shipments in but this was even going on before covid the one in Simpsonville is the worst one about that. The staff there is friendly and helpful

A little hard to find help at times. Good inventory. Can find what I am shopping for. Lawn mower battery I bought for $119 was only $65 at Advanced Auto. I should take it back for a refund. Also, they do not give a military discount.

Went to get cakes needed them for Sunday they said they could have them for me on Monday so I had to go to KJ market thats where I will go for now on

This is a worst experience I have ever had we ordered and waited and hour for our food and when we got it We were missing the gravy for our meal We went in to get the gravy and they told us they didnt have any and they would have to make some more. Thats absolutely ridiculous.

Never have shelves stocked but they have enough people to place at the doors to request your receipt. Sometimes, like during my visit there, several people standing at the doors awaiting people to exit to harass them. They say its their policy to ask, fine, but stick them shelves before harassing custimers

Always love my walmart. Just HATE having to use self check outside. I dont work there and I especially dont work there for FREE. And if we got to check and bag for ourselves, we DESERVE A discount.

Its Walmart, what can I say? I come here every couple of weeks for my shopping work out. The place is the size of a football field and can be a bit bewildering. The staff was very polite and helpful on my last visit; either taking me to where the product was or giving me the right direction.

Twice in the last month on a Saturday evening I have been in Wal-Mart when the only registers open were self check out. I dont work at Wal-Mart so I should never have to ring up my own purchases. It is always so hot you can barely breathe and most of the workers are rude. The check cashing service is closed more often than not and one of the girls who works it acts like she would rather be anywhere else but there. As much money as walmart rakes in they can definitely do better. There are plenty of people who are willing to work and work hard but walmart would rather hire people who either dont show up or who dont want to do the job they were hired to do.

Need stock on grocery side it was empty on shelves but all in together cashier was nice

Clean store and a large variety of items. However since the pandemic started a lot of things are constantly out of stock. You might get lucky and get a few specific things one day but you wont get everything you need if you have a family to shop for. The prices keep gradually rising but the amount of employees has decreased. Be prepared to check out yourself on one of the self check lines and when you encounter an item and cant find a price sticker, and trust me you will, be advised youre better off pulling out your phone and scanning it yourself than finding a nearby employee or price scanner.

Walmart was packed and the self check out would only takes debit or credit cards. Then on top of that, only two registers were open. I waited in line for 45 mins with just a few items. That was crazy. I guess there going broke with there millions. I hate shopping at this place.

The prices are good the service is not the shelves are not stocked you can’t even go in and find sugar on the shelves anymore you go in and the frozen food section is not stocked you can’t find anything in there what is happening to the Laurens Walmart is pathetic it is completely fallen apart you go in there and you have to leave and go somewhere else to buy your groceries I’m sick of it it’s been going on for a weeks now there’s no excuse for this

Walmart Grocery is a huge plus for me. I shop online during the week, schedule a pickup time then just drive up and get my items loaded.Easy peasy.

Theyre never stocked well, theres never any help at the paint counter, the merchandise is often times priced wrong (its so frequent I think its deliberate. Others agree...), and there needs to be some price scanners in the store.

The lines were ridiculously long. They didnt have a lot of registers open for the amount of people there. Some of the workers were helpful.

They do not honor wrong prices. I spoke to the manager Maleka who refused to sell me the item at the price on the shelf. As you can clearly see from my photos, there were multiple of the same product with only this price showing. The price tag did not have a product name. The product did not have a price on it. Luckily I noticed the difference before I left.. otherwise, I would have paid much more for something I didnt want to pay that much for. I hope nobody else has this issue, and I will not be shopping here anymore.

Not enough registers open, long lines, items arent stocked for months at a time. Needs improvements big time! 8:28 am and only one register is open. Always check the expiration date on the groceries. Im finding more and more products beyond the expiring date. Clearly bad management, especially when three managers are gathered together in a group talking, while lines are overflowing with waiting customers. Needs a complete upgrade/overhaul starting with personnel.

Always out of stock of organic items. They no longer carry organic apples (every other Walmart does) organic eggs are always out and grocery is very poorly stocked in general. Better off going to greenwood or the neighborhood market on 14 in Simpsonville.

Probably one of the better stocked and cleaner Wal-Marts Ive been shopped in a long time. Not great for clearance shopping but for everyday items a pleasant experience for a change.

I really enjoy visiting this location. Very diverse and family friendly. They have a wonder garden selection. They also have a large variety of toys and electronics. Busy location. Self check out is available but the cashiers lines aren’t terrible. Quieter location before 5pm.

The store was okay they had to half of what I was looking for but the thing is you cant pay for your merchandise unless you cash out yourself but you cant pay cash they dont take cash you have to pay with the card of course they have maybe one or two cash registers available for the 50 people trying to pay cash and leave so therefore people are begging for Walmart to please take their money and yet Walmart has no open registers what business doesnt want to take the money I just dont understand if it was my business I would have somebody lined up to take the money

Walmart has what ever you want or need such as lawn equipment limb trimmers step ladders,clothes for the whole family shoes, gifts as seen on tv.plants grills and a nice place to work.

You can barely shop for stockers and boxes everywhere, and yet nothing is ever in-stock!

I feel like I should get an employee discount. You have to clean your cart because no employee does..then you have to stand in 1 of 2 lines because there is only 1 cashier and self check out. Next, you wait in the self check out line before you can check yourself out. Customer service is supposed to be an expectation, however there is none. Pathetic, that we as a people accept less than we should for the prices we have to pay!

Bought 2 necklaces and 1 ring from a nice young Caucasian lady. Asked the African American lady to see a ring. I already knew I couldnt try it on. She was over talking me and wouldnt let me see it, so I told her to just keep it and walked off. She was very rude! Lost a good paying customer!

The new round of staff is friendly. However, the different departments seem to run themselves because there is never a staff available. Yet, cant complain because we have no other department stores to compare with in the area🤦🏾‍♀️

They really need to work on opening more registers!!!They also need 10 items or less self checkout!I cant tell you how many times Ive had two or three items and had to wait behind several buggies FULL of stuff, especially at the first of the month. Ill usually put my items down and walk away out of frustration.

They are trying to cut out cashiers and use self scan. Thats not the way sam walton would want it. He tried to help people. And there jobs. Self scan line is aggregating. Lines are long and ppl dont like to use them
