Owners were lovely. We stopped in to do some work while we were passing through and loved every minute of this shop. Came for the wifi but was not disappointed by the beautiful art and delicious hot cocoa.

The Coffee Roost is my favorite! Miss Peggy is the sweetest and will always greet you with a smile when you walk in. Their London Fog drink is to die for, especially on chilly mornings, and I always enjoy getting to walk around and look at the art while I wait for my drink. Its an absolute must if youre near the square!

The Coffee Roost is such a welcoming place, it is very cozy, and the art pieces there are wonderful and unique. They make you feel right at home and the baristas there are very friendly. The drinks are excellent, and the whole area is homely. There are a variety of art pieces for sale, from jewelry to paintings. My experience was wonderful, and I believe everyone who ordered something was very satisfied and pleased with their order. I would definitely recommend if you want to hang out with friends in your own little nook on a weekend, or if you want inspiration from the art there. All in all, a great and genuine place to be.

The coffees and teas are delicious! Staff are certainly friendly. Knows what theyre doing and not afraid to suggest something different to try.

We keep going by trying to support and get a coffee, but we always hit it when it is closed. Nice people.

The Coffee Roost will always be my favorite coffee place. Mrs Peg is such a sweet lady and she made sure to be super nice to everyone. She even made my hot Coco special with marshmallows and she added gold to my friends. I will definitely be coming back soon. ❤️

Better than Starbucks. By far. And it was quiet and friendly we had a couple good laughs from the cashier. He told us a story he said that the trash can lid would some times just fall off when no one was around. French toast frappe was delicious me and the wife went there as something new to try instead of going all the way to Asheville NC

So friendly and welcoming to me and my boyfriend. We traveled from Philly to SC a few times and go back every time! They are happy to make your drink as you want it and always strike up a nice conversation while doing it.

Beats the striped socks off of Starbucks! This place is the best coffee shop in SC. Ray was the person who made my cubano. He was very social and friendly while making my coffee. I recently heard he was moving on in his career in computers and he will be missed!This is a small business worthy of checking out!

Beautiful atmosphere and even more beautiful spirits! We are new to town and they made us feel so at home already! Super rich and delicious espresso both of my beverages were brewed fresh before my very eyes. Can not brag enough about this place!!

Very delicious coffee, nice and helpful staff, and awesome art located up front! My o my complaint was that the internet would not connect to my laptop or phone, BUT I would still go back any day and just plan to not use the Internet. An awesome place to go get coffee!!
