Walmarts really going downhill. Even before Covid you could go in and buy a normally stocked item one week and it may be 2 weeks or more before it is on the shelf again.The biggest gripe is they have what 14-16 check-out lanes with only 2-3 open,even at peak times. They have self checkout that I always used but now they dont take cash so you have no choice if you wish to pay cash.Target cant get here quick enough. (I bet Walmart opens more checkouts once they come to town,but too late for this customer Wally world!)

If you are trying to protect yourself from Covid and you go to the Laurinburg Walmart, wear two masks. The ratio of people wearing masks compared to those not wearing them was about 1:10. I counted. I only went there because my mother needed something and this was the only place to buy it in the county.

Found what I wanted at this location in Laurinburg. I was in and out very quickly. I found the price reasonable for the items I purchased.

Hit or miss. Sometimes you see employees with earbuds in or listening to music on their phone out loud. Sometimes you get super nice employees that are respectful and helpful. It’s mostly clean, and things are easy to find usually. They are sometimes out of stock for items I’m looking for. Best time to go is in the morning if you don’t like a lot of fuss and nonsense dealing with the public.

That was my first time visiting this place and it was one of the cleanest places I seen in awhile. Nicely ran crew.

Nice employees. But online ordering can be rough still with this pandemic alot of stuff is out of stock. But they usually find something like it too substitute. I like my local Walmart here.

When you go in you can feel them watching you, but they are to busy to help you they turn their back like they dont see you coming.....and you can feel the 🎥 watching you too, im sure they post stuff on Tik tok, that should be illegal.......but its waloworld same stuff different day.

Cant believe they have to lock up the dove body wash. But all in all very friendly customer service with everyone I came in contact with.

The shelves are never stocked and I always feel like Im bothering the cashiers by making them do their job when I check out. Theyre rude, seem bothered for having to do their job when I check out, they arent knowledgeable about anything in the store at all. I dread having to walk in the doors there.

Not a great selection,employees seem to not care about their jobs. I have found very outdated food many times, especially in dairy sction.

Cant speak for every dept . but whoevers in charge of the light bulb section has dropped the ball. Young man in cell phone entertainment section very courteous and helpful .about 630 wed evening.

The store is always well stocked. Of course, it is a Walmart so there is no need to be in a rush at checkout.

This is one of the most cleanest, organized,fabulously stores I’ve ever been in.They have so much that my local Walmart.Things here are easy to locate too. Customer service is exceptionally great. I just can’t say enough about the store just a visit and you’ll see the difference.

Can get just about everything I need in one stop...still dont like having to shoo with a mask on, get sweaty and cant breathe. Other than that its all good. Just need enough people to ban together and boycott mask and retailers would be begging shoppers to come back without a stupid mask.

The store needs new management there were two registers open that accepted cash payments and 14 that did not. Lines 20 people long, but get this there were 12 employees up front watching two employees work registers. And when I mentioned this to one of the employees I was told that if I didnt like it that I should call 1 800 Walmart.... I will never again take my business to walmart I normally spend well over a thousand dollars a month in there, but no more. I encourage all who read this to find another company to shop at as well.

Ive been using this Wal-Mart for 7 years now.I get all my groceries from here besides my meats.But i dont understand why all of a sudden this is the only Wal-Mart that is getting really stricted on what you can buy with EBT now it want except EBT for golden kiwi,green leaf tea,certain ensures,certain seasons, and way more other items.So now im constantly digging stuff out of my bags to put up now.Its really hot in there also. Need More registers open.

They harass my wife at the door cause I was in restroom. Told her she was doing something wrong just cause we had to go to car to get our money.

The gentleman that waited on me was super nice. Hes waited on me multiple times.

Today was the second time I have used the grocery pick up service and it was once again a great experience, order was correct, associate was very nice and polite, and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be using this service from now on.

Its a given that more than likely youre going to find what you need at Wal-Mart just be sure you give yourselves plenty of time as for getting checked out whetlher it be standing in line waiting for the cashier or you use one of the self check outs. Its always busy here

Who dont love going to Wal-Mart. They have everything you need. hair salon, tire& car service, phamarcy, bakery, deli, a bank, subway and eye glasses service too.

Walmart doesnt offer military discounts. They say that they are saving jobs but you have to bag your own groceries. So how can that be saving jobs?

A little bit of everything...like any WalMart so long as you dont want Jumbo size eggs. This location doesnt carry them. Also the selection of fruit was terribly unappealing, but I dont know how much of that is within their control.Checkout was fast.Ive been here before and I will go again, but there was nothing stellar about todays trip.

Love the curbside Pharmacy pickup! I have used it several times. Had to wait a little once but Today it was really fast! Only downside for me is people park in pickup parking places and you cant see phone number to call for curbside delivery!!!

What really upsets me about this wal mart and some others. They have people standing there watching you do self check out, then when you are walking out door have the odaseity to ask to see your receipt. Im 60 years old, do they really think I want to go to jail over a case of water? And they only target middle aged to older people. They are scared to death to ask young people for their receipts. This is why food lion gets most of my business now

Was at Walmart last week waiting on my groceries and my daughter was inside.... Sat there almost a hour and these 2 boys stood there for that whole hour and was on their phones... If I can get paid for doing this I want a job like this too..... WALMART EMPLOYEES MEED TO DO BETTER ... SMH

This is a horrible Walmart! It’s very dated and congested. The customers are very rude. There was a man cursing out a door greeter just the other day. This door greeter is a senior citizen. These poor employees should not have to put up with this type of abuse. How embarrassing for Walmart! Walmart has turned into a stench of a company. It’s simply not worth the grief of shopping there for the employees and paying customers!

We go to this Walmart alot and I have to say they are really organized and clean. They practice wearing your mask and have sanitizing stations set up

Used curbside pickup today. Ordered a mini fridge thru Wal-Mart app yesterday evening. Let them know I was on the way (as requested), showed up at my reserved time (9am), checked in upon arrival (as requested) and an associate was on his way within 5 minutes. Trunk wasnt quite large enough. So the associate went back in to try and find a way to secure it. Returned a couple minutes later with painters tape, let me know it would peel right off. He then secured my trunk as best as possible with four long strips. He was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Drove home, trunk didnt even bounce. Went I got home, tape peeled right off. Easy peasy. Didnt have to go anywhere near other patrons. No covid19 risk☺. Thanks Wal-Mart. This was my first time using this service, but Im sure it wont be the last. I wish I had gotten the young mans name so I could give him a shout out particularly.

I like coming here because its less busy than Aberdeen NC Walmart. But If you have a service Animal stay away from the Salon!!! Very Very Rude!! I stopped by to get a trim and this lady said sure you can get a hair cut but he (my service dog) cant be in here! I ask why? Its no place for a dog. Learn the laws. B! Ill never give them a chance even if leaving him at home. Will never buy products or anything there.

I went here to get an oil change, but there was nowhere to sit. My back was killing me! Im 53 years old and retired from law enforcement. I messed my back up really bad, and I couldnt believe they didnt have any chair out for people like us. That was some of the worst pain Ive felt. Where are all the chairs you used to have in your store? You have to walk a long way just to get what you need, but you cant stop and rest a bit. You all need to make some changes. That there isnt right.

It was a wonderful experience today at the Laurinburg Walmart Pharmacy. I was attended to in a courteous way, my wait was less than 2 minutes. I got my Covid-19 vaccine. The Pharmacist made sure the bandaid didnt have latex, being that Im allergic. He also explained about the vaccine, the possible soreness in the area I received it. They had me wait 15 minutes after it was administered, and came to let me know when the 15 minutes were up. They are great. 👍👍👍

They always seem to be out of something I need. For instance, ive been 4 times in two weeks, in all 4 visits ive never been able to purchase a 2 liter diet coke frome this store. I know that may be menial to most, but it turns a one stop shop in to a two or three stop.

Last week I got something that the box had 4.00 dollars on it an when I checked out it rang up as 11.95. The girl said some one must have forgot to take the 4.00 dollar price off the box. If I had known that I wouldve got one instead of three. I needed it but I want get no more from there .

Never any real personal service,long waits in lines and always, always turning customers away 15-20min before closing as if you cant run in and get a few items and out in 7min.If they have such little faith in there staff at checking people out or maybe closing too many registers so all employees are cleared out before end of shift so no one stays an extra min.I Dont Know
