New store but there appears to be no air conditioner on in the store as it is hot. Theres no one to help you on the sales floor and the music is loud and always explicit. Friendly cashier.

Bad service I bought some bad quality hair that even the owner knew it was bad she wouldnt let me refund or exchange..they run their prices higher than other stores. They are very selfish..I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

I visited this store on 7.23.18 to purchase a Kiss Product(root touch up spray) I asked the representative which claimed that she was the manager and owner if she could test out the spray being that I have had experiences with the product not spraying out the dye just spraying out clear aeresol. She clearly seen that the product was not performing as expected but insistes that it needed to be “shaken up” even more. I advised to the representative that I purchase this product quite frequently and even in my local area which is Raleigh,NC that I have the same issue. I was not trying to combat with the representative but only let her know that this should be brought to someonea attention and she stated that I was being disrespectful. She totally disregarded me as a customer and the product failure and stated simply” i did not have to buy it and that is all they have on the shelf” i told her that I had no choice but to purchase it however she was being dismissive. Moving forward, I will make sure not to purchase anything at that store while I am in town visiting again. Thank you.
