We went thru the drive thru and when we got to the window the girl told them what was needed for us. Usually drive thru had it ready when you get to the window. And boy was the girl who gave us our order in a bad mood. I said thank you to her and she said your welcome as she was walking away. Rude! No one else was in the drive thru line or at the counter inside either. Must of need a bad day for them there today. Anyway the ice cream is good here and this is the first time of rudeness. Usually everyone is happy and friendly.

Unbelievable. Ive been to this place twice now. The first time, they had to milk the cow to make the shake I ordered, brought it to the car (curbside pickup) after a 15 min wait, handed over the shake WITHOUT SAYING ONE WORD. Today, I ordered a Mocha Blast, and after paying, the window clerk instructed us to pu [unintelligible] t [unintelligible] curbside. Here we sit... curbside... waiting for the return from Switzerland/Brazil/Denmark with the chocolate. The delivery clerk DID apologize for the wait.Get it together guys.

I’m here now, they are out of half of the items on the menu and They are having everyone one pull up park and wait on their items. Whoever owns this business needs to clean house before you go out of business! I promise I will never come back!

Ordered a cookies and cream milkshake and it was mostly chunks of ice. Milkshakes are not made with ice they are made with icecream and supposed to be smooth! so basically paid $5 for a cup of cookie flavored ice. Very disappointed.

Enjoyed our drive through experience. Went twice.

Most of the staff here is terrible. Donuts are stale. Cant make milkshakes to save their lives (runny, takes them a few attempts to get it right - thick).

They were out of cookies and cream.I had asked for the watermelon sorbet about a week ago, but they were out.Tonight, they told me it was out-of-season. Watermelon in June? Really?The waffle cones which cost $1 each were stale.

For a place that’s supposed to be 31 flavors and they wait till you start ordering then tell you they only have vanilla cookies and cream I promise the manager will be talked to by corporate

Its good and you can get donuts and coffee in the same building
