We called ahead, but was greeted once we were inside. We were able to view 2 homes. Very clean and nice.

We purchased our home last year of 2020 in like September, and still waiting for it to be set up. We just keep getting the run around about everything. Waiting on an appointment for reclosure due to change of address, every time we call they say they will get in touch with their manager and call us back and we won’t hear from them in about 3-4 days, so when I call back I get told the same thing. It’s been an annoying process. We were going through Bobby Terry, somehow ended up with Stephen. Once we get our home, if we ever do, I highly do NOT recommend this Clayton Homes.

Will never do business with again. Took over half my deposit. Not to mention we have been waiting on our trailer to be set u for over 6 months. The FIRST staff was very rude and did not do there jobs at all. I almost lost my land because of them slacking off. WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO AGAIN...We have an investigation going on now with them and they are worse than the sales people. Lets not mention we ordered black applicances and they put white in. Then put the trailer on our land without switching them out .. yall say 1 thing and do another. Do not give ur business as I am a prime example of there great customer service...

Was just in here trying to look at the inventory. Was told that someone was somewhere with the keys to the homesHad to find said person. They said we would have to wait so they could accompany us through each home. Why is that? Why cant a customer be able to walk through the homes without a sales person badgering the heck out of them?!!!! Do you want to sell homes or just bother people while they try to look at your inventory. Bad idea guys!!!. We were ready to buy too!!!

Clayton homes was so great my friend Stephen help me out so much and made sure that I alright and comfortable with everything and today I’m leaving with a home thank you so much Stephen
