I had to get a panel fixed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and i was getting quotes north of $2k to fix it. I took it to Fine Care Exteriors and Carl and Carlos came right out to greet me and quoted me well under what any said theyd do it for. Not only are they friendly and fair priced, but theyre extremely quick and efficient. My vehicle was fixed in a day and they ever washed it for me. Ill be referring them business any chance I can in the future. Thank you!
I’ve been going to this business for many years until I realized that every time Carlos would fix one of my cars, something else would go wrong. I went back and forth all of 2020 and part of 2021. This business needs to be reported to the California Auto Mechanics Licensing Board.

They did the front corner on my classic Volkswagen camper van for a much better price, and in a much better timeframe than I was quoted by another shop. It looks fantastic! I will definitely be back there for all my body and paint needs.

This is one of the best hidden gems in the South Bay Area. Most local residents dont even know it exists or what services are offered. But let me confirm what others have said, its by far the best body shop in the area. And maybe in all of LA. Serious..... Not BSing either. And Ive been to them all. Trust me. My wife sucks at driving. Carlos and his son are super friendly and take care of your vehicle like it is a baby. Way better than those big collision centers. And at cheaper prices. Plus you can bring your own parts in and they dont flip out about it. If youre ever in a bind and need a good body shop, fine cars is your place.
They did a good job with reasonable price and for repairing my bumpers dent and scratches but left my car with new problem, a flake paint above the bumper. Carl quoted me $200 to fix that even though they made the damage. So Im not going there again.
I echo the other glowing reviews. Ive had multiple repairs done on my 94 Toyota Land Cruiser and my 79 Mercedes 450 SL. I was drawn in by the prices (far below those of the typical body shop), but Ive stayed for the excellent work. The fact that Carlos is always so nice to work with makes it even better.

Ive tried this body shop company three time and have always ended up very frustrated and angry. The body work that was perform the car was pleasing to the unprofessional eye but somebody who knows body work would not accept it because of misalignment and gaps between the metal exterior parts on the car including a water leaking in to the trunk of the car. Whats the most frustrating is when something goes wrong electrically on the car after the body has been performed. For example, I experienced a died battery after the untrained employee didnt know how to turn my car off using the center label position for off but using the left position that most cars today uses for the off position. After the untrained employee tried to fix the problem by applying jumpers cables to the car to start the car, the employee put the jumper cable on the battery backwards causing the alternator to burn out. After much arguing with Carlos the business owner he send me to a place to replace the alternator. The alternator lasted two months. The next time I went to the body shop for body work the main wire harness of the car was pulled out of it location, causing numerous disconnected wires to many parts on the car. The next time I had body work done the tail lights and gas gauge wasnt working when I pick up the car do to poor careless workmanship and not mention paint left on the bottom half of the front bumper. Each time I picked up the car, Carlos the owner of the business blamed every problem on to the car to an existing problem and not their bad workmanship . All these problems caused me much frustration and expense to repair the car
