Experience was very unprofessional with this dealership. After inquiring about a MINI Cooper I drove two hours to go and see it. To my surprise, I show up to the lot and the car is not there! I was told by the salesman that the car was not on the lot because the check engine light had come on and it had to be serviced. I was told to check back tomorrow. Then I was told to check back Tuesday. Then Wednesday. Finally after a week I gave up trying to follow-up and eventually found my car elsewhere. I finally came to the conclusion that the guy running this place was not being straightforward about what was REALLY going on with the car he was trying to sell. He didnt give any clear answers about what truly going on.The only reason I dont give this one star is because he picked up his phone each time I called. Otherwise, this guy was not straightforward and never called back. I cant speak to the quality of the car, but buy at your own risk from this place.

Great deals. Great customer service. Always something new and nice when I go in to pay car note.
