An acquaintance told me about the terrific work Maaco (Lawrence, Mass) did on his car, so I went there. Jason was awesome, very professional, super informative. The paint job was fabulous. I bought a used car from a friend who owns a dealership and he sold me a gem, the guys at Maaco did an outstanding job. I’m getting the interior detailed next. Let me start out saying THANK YOU! I have been to other places near by my own home town & Maaco was by far the Best!! Not only are they reasonable on your wallet, but very warm & friendly. Times have changed in where places use to chat, have a laugh & treat you like a real customer. Every one is just too busy to do just that. Well, not here! They treat you like you are a real live person! Barry is GREAT!! He made me laugh & i truly enjoyed doing business with their branch! I would definitely recommend them!! My SUV was done very quickly & the job was FANTASTIC!!

I Recently had a car painted at Maaco Lawrence and I couldn’t be happier with the results.I had bought a Mercedes recently that looked ok but nothing special. The hood was faded and the clearcoat was peeling on the bumpers.I met Sara who was very knowledgeable, and she walked me through all the paint issues and gave me what was a very fair price. She made it a point to set my expectations that with the prior paint the results wouldnt be perfect.I got the car back Tuesday and it looks Awesome!My son commented it looks new. They removed all the flaking clearcoat and the paint looks great everywhere.I would have no reservations whatsoever in bringing other cars to Sara and will likely bring My sons in for a paint job as well based on this experience

Owner jumped my friend’s car incorrectly, destroyed the alternator and blamed it on my friend’s bmw being old- despite the car driving to there and the employees being able to drive it between the lot and the shop.Instead of just paying for the price of a used, remanufactured alternator, literally around $76, he offered a maaco credit for half the cost.Worse part is he threw a temper tantrum and said he needed to “cool off,” closed the lot gate and ditched his mechanic with all of us to basically take the remaining heat from the situation.Before he ran inside to get a box of tissues the owner said he would reach out the next day, April 9th, and we have yet to hear back.

They did an amazing job on my mustang

Great paint work the colors match perfectly. The down side they couldn’t care to remove all the sticky stuff from the tape on all the edges. Also they didn’t even bother to put my side view mirror trim back on the right way. And finally if you dirty the inside why not clean what mess you made, I had prints on both front door panels interior it takes 30 seconds to wipe down. If I use them again Il be sure to give it a better inspection next time before I even pay.

I brought my 2010 300C Mercedes-Benz sport they change the color to baby blue not a notary baby blue I did not think that they could do it but they did it I was so grateful for the work that they have done to my vehicle the customer service was open-minded they gave me a free estimate treated me with respect and gave me what I wanted I felt the price was real cheap did not think it was going to come out the way I wanted it but yes indeed it did thank you mako if ever Ill be back real talk

So these guys did an amazing job on my 2002 mustang GT. They fixed the dents rust and blemishes and it looks like it just rolled off the Barret Jackson show stage. Good quality and very professional. Only problem is they did get a little bit of paint on my rims. Fortunately they were my winter rims so I cant complain considering they gave me an awesome deal. Nothing compares to their awesome work for the price.

My white Chevy Cruze needed a mirror replaced, I shopped around and most shops refused the work because they were “too busy”. Maaco was busy too but the man Jason was eager to help me and saved me from going through my insurance company and charged me a fraction of what the insurance estimate was. This Shop was great about getting my car painted and taken care of. I was expecting to wait about three days and got the call 36 hours after I dropped it off telling me it is ready. If you want a fast turn around this is the place to be. great prices for great services.

UPDATE: 2 years later the pain has peeled off almost the whole trunk....very disappointing. I definitely expected it to last a minimum of 5 years.They did an absolutely amazing paint job!! The wait for the car was very reasonable, only a few days. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in deciding which package to choose. Her warming smile and personality made it an absolute joy to do business!!! Highly recommend this location!!! Would give her 10 stars as far as professionalism goes. Will definitely go here again if I need any type of body/paint work and so should everyone else!!!

No non sense professional shop that targets a goal of full service auto body repairs. Maaco is a wonderful shop to work with and takes care of all the hassle of working with the insurance company. Sarah is fantastic and makes sure that she handles everything for you to assure you get the highest level of service without compromising quality, integrity and will strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied as a customer. I’ve used her several times and wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the Merrimack Valley!

Decided to have our sons car thoroughly reconditioned to transport to him at his Army base in Georgia. A black car is not really the best for the southern weather. Sara was more than helpful when we had questions pertaining to a color change. From the beginning she guided us as to what color would be the best for him and dealing with that southern heat. She was extremely helpful and professional and we would recommend this Maaco to anyone in need of this type of service!

I had my car painted there 2 times after 2 accidents I was in. I was completely satisfied with my service. I have recommended Maaco to friends n family. My mother had her car done shortly after mine for minor cosmetic (wear n tear) and she too was happy with the results. If ever i need a paint job or body work done...I’ll be going back 🙂

If I could give zero stars I would.I made an appointment for 9:15 . I arrived at 9, the office area was unattended. After 20 minutes somebody came in, I told them I was here for my estimate. They said come back at 10. I said what about my appointment, he replied ...leave your number.I am now back in the lobby...10 amNobody in sight. Its been 20 plus minutes and the same gentleman just came out and tells me shes almost here!Well, to make a long story short, Im thinking that this place is poorly run and not a place I want to do business with.I am outta here! Thanks for wasing my time!

Avoid this place! I went in to get an estimate, and basically the woman at the counter would not give me one unless I agreed to have the work done there. She actually said Whats in it for the shop? Very suspicious outfit. Do yourself a favor and do not bother even visiting this place.Also it seems that the vast majority of positive reviews on this place come from users who have only done 1 review ever. Seems like friends of the owner, or paid reviews.

Sarah at MAACO was amazing, was in my first accident and she walked me through all the steps I needed to take, and even helped me deal with my claim handler. My car was done and fixed in a week and I couldnt be more happy with the service. If you dont go to MAACO in Lawrence, MA...youre crazy!

The MAACO in south union st, in Lawrence mass is the worse shop I ever gone to in my life. The manager SARA her customer service it’s horrible, she is rude to people she doesn’t know how to speak to people professionally, she gave me a wrong estimate of went to pick up the car and when she called me to go pick up my car that was ready they left the front of my car a piece behind the bumper broken they thought that I was in going to notice so I had to leave my car for another day there also let me not forget to mention that my whole car was dirty and trash they left a generator it behind my car And also my APPLEWATCH WAS STOLEN. She refused to give me someone superior to her their number. People PLEASE DONT GO THEIR SHES HORRIBLE.

The new owners of this shop are Really nice! I had my roof and trunk painted and it came out Excellent!!! Unfortunately, I tried touching up a few spots on my car myself, (Mistake) and when they took the tape off the car, some of the paint and clearcoat I applied came Off. Very dissapointing but apparently, my faulf. Id recommend this Macco, they did a great job on the areas I had painted. Unfortunately, now I have to resand, paint and clearcoat the other areas 🙄. Oh well!

Our Subaru Impreza was damaged on front passenger side. Macco did a great job, the car looks like “new”.Sara interfaced with our insurance company. All we had to do is drop it off and pick it up after it was repaired

The team at the Macco in Lawrence did a great job painting and restoring my 1964 Studebaker Wagonaire. They did an amazing job straightening the frame, color changing the car to an amazing metallic gold all while paying attention to the details like door jambs and under the rocker panels. I highly recommend them, the price is right and job gets done right. Additionally Sara is great to work with and very helpful.

Couldnt ask for better service. I took my 2014 BMW there, I was referred to them by a neighbor who had work done there a couple of months earlier. Needless to say, I thank my neighbor and wave and smile everytime I pull out of my driveway. We thought my car was going to get totalled, you cant even tell it was in an accident. Sarah helped us through the entire process, she provided us with a rental car evwn when we couldnt get one through our own insurance company. We couldnt have asked for a smoother more pleasant experience.

Went to them to replace fenders and a paint job 2 years ago. The new fender is starting to rust. Dont waste your time or $ with them and go to a real body paint shop.

Ive been to Maaco Lawrence a couple of times and my experience hasnt been pleasant. (to put it mildly)They had worked on my collision and replaced the radiator parts. Next day I had a gurgling sound under the dashboard and went to the place to show it. they said it would take a day to fix. I waited for a day with no response from them. Called them the next day to enquire and was told it was due to inadequate air coolant and theyve fixed it. They could have atleast called me to confirm the job would be delayed (when you promise 1 day). Guess what, I still have the issue unresolved and contemplating visiting another place to find resolution. The body work on my car bumper too wasnt top notch.One word frustrating.Think twice before you visit this place.

This people suck I brought my TL to the shop and pay for front bumper to get fix and they just painted on top of the paint and painted part of my headlight since my car was crashed on the side they left pieces loose which felt right when it got in the highway wont recommend this people not even to my worst enemy this place is baaaaaaad.
