We went in looking for a few things. The sales woman was very helpful and helped us find what we needed. She knew a lot about the products, which helped us get just the stuff we needed. I will definitely be going back.

They carry a small scale of different lines but dont carry a full line of many products. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I do love going to Cosmo Prof . The staff is always very nice and helpful . The only complaint is, recently a consultant helped me pick out a product in a different line and she reassured me it would work just the same as toner Ithat I usually always use (was not in stock ).My color was completely taken off course with the results of using what she said would work great . I think the staff should recommend anything if this is going to happen!This person, obviously doesnt have enough knowledge in color to be giving advice, just because she favors joiceo.

The attendant was very very nice, but they cannot/will not, sell an item to you unless you have a license to practice hair stuff. Their store front looks like a place anyone can shop. Id figure my 30/40 bucks there should be the same as going to their sister store that anyone can shop at and buying the same thing. Yall should sell to the public too😁
