Had a flat tire, brought it in first thing to get patched and was told it would take about an hour. It took them 7 hours and that’s only because I called a few times to check the status.

Made an appointment two days in advance. When I got there went in figuring they would take my key and bring my car in. When I walked up to counter I was asked to step back please. Now I do understand there is a pandemic but someone has to take the key right? I was then told that they could not take it in for another 45 min to an hour. This was a sit and wait appointment for an alignment not something big on my only day off. Firestone do your self and customers a favor and dont over book appointments. Took my car over to Vip instead.

Guy seemed annoyed that I decided to service my car there for the first time. Then he rudely insinuated I couldnt afford to get my car serviced and told me I should just leave and think about it. Never leave bad reviews but this was such a negative/unhelpful experience.

Great service. Front person was attentive and detail oriented, gave feedback to what was needed for the car, cant Express how happy I was with the service. Time wise it was normal time for a oil change and tire rotation, close to 45 minutes. My experience was really good I know for sure I will be back. And get all cars taken care of at this location.Thank you for the great service.

I thought the people were super nice, they did a great job. The guy who runs the place or at least was at the front desk I think his name was Jose was just as helpful as can be he couldnt do enough for me I think they were great people and they did a great job. Would absolutely go back next time I need tires

Was pleasantly surprised that they were able to service my car so quickly. Four new snow tires. Feeling a bit safer since last nights storm made it abundantly clear that I needed them. And now!!Just happened to be there at noon when they had pizza delivered. They offered it to the customers in the waiting area. How nice.

I scheduled a 2:00 PM appointment for a complete set of four new tires. I arrived at 1:30 and they took my vehicle back right away. Its currently 4:15 and the new tires still arent on my vehicle. I dont know anyone who has the time to sit and wait 3 plus hours for new tires. The bottom line is, if youre in a hurry do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go unless you have half a day to waste.

Always find it easy to set up an appointment on the phone with short notice. They always take good care of my car and inform me as to what they find and what my options are. Never pushy or pressure me to buy things I dont need to. Employees are welcoming and helpful. Will be taking my car here in the future.

Very professional team and very well priced. They offer a great warranty and also communicate very well. I you drop off your car they will have it done by the time you request. They are very good at customer service which is why they have stayed open so long.

Usually very efficient. Not ideal for higher end cars so i can only really get my tires and oil changed here. But the staff is very nice and they try to accommodate as much as possible.

I was under the impression that he was the mechanic working on my car, come to find out he is the head service manager, Again I apologize to him, and thank him for calling me back about my previous review, and discuss some of the issues that I had that day.Very sorry for the misrepresentation Jose I appreciate all your help and call back.👍

Yesterday, wife took our car there for an oil change and brake pad replacement. They told her that the front tires were bald, and kept trying to sell her new tires. I knew for a fact that they were nearing replacement, but were nowhere near bald yet. I confirmed that fact after we picked the car up.This morning, while my wife was driving to work, one of the front tires blew a mile from the shop. She took it back to the same place, where they sold her two new tires. What an incredible coincidence. When replacing the tires, they tried putting the new tires on the front of the car instead of rotating the rear tires to the front and putting the new ones on the back. The rear tires should *always* be the tires with the most tread. Always. You would think they would know this, but they argued with my wife about it when she tried telling them to put them on the rear. Firestones own website says to put them on the rear.I would keep tabs on the work that they do on your car. Needless to say, I dont think Ill be returning.

The reason that I give this one star is because the staff were very in experienced while I was there. They said my engine had a knock and I went to 2 different places 1 to have everything looked at and the 2nd my other favorite place to get an oil change and there is no such thing as a knock in my engine at all very inexperienced and lost a customer not good for business

My car was damaged while on the lift. After I got home from the shop, I noticed a dent in my rocker panel under the driver side door, and the rocket panel on the rear passenger side was popping off the body showing a significant gap. I am assuming they did not put my car on the indicated jack pads and instead just put the lift straight on my rocket panels. Also I just went there for one tries installation, no alignment, and it took them almost a hour and half just to do that. I went to Town Fair Tire before to check 4 tires installed and 4 wheel alignment and that took them a hour and a half as well. Also I requested an alignment check, and they said they would do it though when I asked for the paper work for the alignment, they told me they didnt check it saying I had to drive my car for about 10 miles to get a proper alignment reading. The staff was kind though I felt the service I received was poor and misleading. I would not recommend this shop to others.

Came in because my tire pressure gauge was on. Instead of diagnosing the issue (which a firestone in CT was able to do for $20) these guys convinced me it was because of my tires and said I needed all 4 tires but I only bought 2. Thank goodness I didn’t take all their advice but I’m so dissappointed in their misleading “professional opinions”.*Edit - the social team reached out and asked that I email them. The email did not receive a response. If I could give it a zero star rating I would.

Went to this location today and the one person there answering the phone and take care of people before me was a great multi tasked the only propblem I had really was the poor kid was busy his ass as someone was sleeping in what looked to be a office. He was a older guy and didn’t flinch it seemed as I walked by to the bathroom derectly across.

If you go for a diagnosis be careful. They will charge you for anything that they belive is bad even if it isnt. Especially if you have a check engine light. I was charged for a part I didnt even need then was told that only a dealer would be able to fix my problem. Then when I asked to speak to the manager (over the phone) the employee pretended to be the manager. Do not trust these people if I could put 0 starts I would.

My car was misdiagnosed. They claimed I needed to change my tie rods and an axle when really I had to replace my control arms. They wanted to charge me around $800 for work that did not need to be done, while ignoring the root cause of my issues. They also changed my brakes and afterwards they have screeching sound. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.

I took my vehicle to change the 4 tires and they did not ban it, I came back and they told me that it was the brakes, I took it to change and it continued the same, I took it to another place and they told me that I had to balance the tires, they did it and dance He disappeared.They made me spend unnecessary costs on the brakes as they were good.I will not visit that place again. I had a bad experience.
