Really nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful when we were trying to find the right shoe size for our 4 and 2 year old.The shoes really are good quality and the majority of our sneakers are new balance.We have always gone into this store during the week in the middle of the day so I am not sure how busy they get on the weekend but the store is pretty empty when I go which is alway nice to to have to deal with a crowed.

My daughter needs leg braces for a while, and we had to get a wider shoe. This store was suggested to us by the doctor. The staff were so kind and joked with my daughter about her leg braces. She went from being embarrassed to being proud to wear her braces. The staff was stellar with her needs and her feelings. I wasnt a New Balance fan before this trip, but with the staffs kindness and patience you have a new customer beyond just for this short time. Thank you, and I appreciate your kindness.

This is a place which I visited several times. This time I went to get some sneakers. The parking lot is across the street from the store. This is not readily noticed. The store is readily visible and it is quite large in size with many divers items above and beyond sneakers for purchase.The customer service up front is very good but there are relapses The further away you get from the front.The choice of items is large. The cost is reasonable. The check out is done very well. The layout is very attractive and very well done.I would certainly recommend it as a place to buy athletic clothing and related items.

They have a huge selection of first-run New Balance products. All if the inventory is out on the floor, so you can quickly try things on yourself.On the flip side, this means its designed for self service. Other full service retail places will offer a gait analysis and such, but you wont find much of that here. Do your Google research first.Parking is across a busy street and the spaces are small.

Most items were 30% off or buy 1 get half off the 2nd pair. Be careful in the parking lot, fairly close spaces. Can be somewhat cramped. Otherwise great experience.

They have all the sizes and wide widths. They are not the current styles but they are very cute sneakers. They are mens and womens clothes too.

For more than a decade I lived a couple of blocks away from the New Balance Factory Store and Headquarters, so for the longest time that was the place I went to for running shoes. Even after I moved, I’d still go back when they had their big yearly sales. That was until I found out that there’s a Factory Store in Lawrence, much closer to me. The size of the store seems to be the same as the one I used to go to and, even on a Black Friday, the store was organized and there were plenty of associates to help everyone. I like how everything is displayed in the store and easy to find. I found my new favorite store.

This company goes way back in history,its been here since the end of the 1800s. Also a few years back I remember when George Bush senior came here to visit the city and he wanted to see the historic New Balance that we have here, anyways great store and great prices!

This is an adventure. The people are all so very welcoming. Their is a large variety to choose from for sneakers. There are walkiing, running, support sneakers and so much more to choose from. Sandal, socks, clothing and much more. The inventory to choose from. Clean, and invíting. Obviously a hidden treasure for all. The sneakers are so comfortable. My accounts are not merging together. Im a fan of New Balance apparel and going straight to the source is a cool experience. They have a bunch of shoes Ive never seen in other outlets and the prices are really good, too! This place is highly recommended. I tried to edit where the pin is on maps because it would bring me to the store but the parking lot is across the street. So I moved the pin to the parking lot instead of the building. I hope it helps.

Their best outlet with ALL the products they make and sell. Lots of staff on the floor with PPE on to help. The only knock on the place would be that the parking lot is across the street, and crossing can be a challenge at times.

I love this local asset -- the staff is very helpful and the inventory is plentiful. Prices are friendly, but I wait to shop until they offer extra discounts on the entire purchase. Otherwise, better activewear pricing is usually available on the interwebs if youre not picky on brands. Someone always have their stuff on sale. I like NB when its on sale.

Great selection of new balance products. Good prices. Lots of styles of sneakers available that were very affordable. Parking can be confusing, the lot is across the street from the store. Able to get shoes for the 4 of us for $100.

Store is clean and staff was nice, but I would expect good deals for single pairs of sneakers. They did have buy 2 get one free, but if I was to buy a pair, it would range on average about $100/pair. I cant see how/why the outlet would be this pricey. Short answer, if youre shopping for more than one pair it will be worth it if you happen to find two pairs you like.

Shoes made in the US. Frequently has good sales. Factory outlet has discontinued models on great sales. New Balance its great for me, I have wide feet and they actually have wide shoes in stock (for men AND women). Love this store. Ironically I rarely go because shoes I buy here last for years.

NEW BALANCE Factory Outlet Store is a Fantastic place to get Athletic Shoes and Clothing at a deep discount. Theres a wide selection. Modern store in an old mill, with a very helpful staff.Im sad, however, that their Clearance Prices have gone up. Thats where I got lots of the best deals.

I recommend buy what fits most comfortably and do not look at the price. some models have 2E and 4E widths so do not be afraid to ask a sales person to show you which models have the wide widths...not all do.if you are new to buying shoes. stand up on flt floor and see how yours toes spread. they should do that inside the shoe, and you should not measure by your toes near the end for length. toes should never touch the end or even be close, that is incorrect. where the shoes tie is where you check...over the top with the heel in place.very helpful sale people!4 stars since not all shoes have wide widths....

Tons of great sneakers and clothing here at a more affordable price point than the branch store in Boston. I get a lot of socks and accessories at this store. No one really approaches me when Im in this store but I like the casual shopping experience. Id recommend it to anyone who needs fitness gear or running stuff.

The prices are good and some of the employees are incredible (like the ones when you first walk in and radio for someone to help you because you know exactly what you want). Others are subpar and leave you waiting for quite a while; when you find them in the store helping someone else you think maybe they were deterred...nope they just forgot about you.

I went there a long time ago and it definitely isnt how I remember. The store is so organized and clean and all up to date clothes and sneakers. Very fashionable but comfortable sneakers. They have a lot of sport clothes and socks and sandals as well. I would go back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This trip they had a good sale going on. I managed to get the shoes I wanted. It was not busy on Monday and they had a lot of help.

The factory store has a large selection of running, walking and lifestyle shoes for men, women and kids. The do have a large clearance area for shoes and offer discounts throughout the store on shoes, socks and apparel. Some of the shoes are seconds, but many are simply last years model and you can save a fair amount of money. Theyre not defective, but simply have a new version online and in the regular stores, which could cost $30-40 more because theyre new. There is a lot of clothing to choose from in addition to shoes. There are always staff members walking throughout the store. If you dont see your size shoe or clothing Ask! They often have additional items out back. Parking is free and they arent that far off of 495. Ive been there several times, and never had a bad experience.

Its a great store, with a large selection, low prices and a wonderful sales staff.

I go twice a year and drop 200$. I walk away with six shoes that fit me perfectly and look cool too. I b-line it for the clearance section. I have large, 12 wide womans, shoe size so Im lucky (🤔) in that respect.Their apparel is also awesome and at a great price. The staff is nice and sometimes the cashiers take a bit of time chatting with coworkers or other customers so be patient. Its worth it! (Pretend youre on vacation in the South)

If you wear new balance shoes, this is a REAL FACTORY OUTLET. Knowledgeable sales people, and most every style...some common, some uncommon. Prices are good, but can get to great with certain specials that are semi regular.

Over the top customer service. Doors held open even for us while my 2 year old climbed the stairs. They went looking for and found my sons shoe we lost. My son was screaming and yelling at check out and one of the employees came over and calmed him down. Thank you for being awesome!
