Wonder why GameStop doing bad? They closing 15 minutes before posted close time 😕 frustrating. Still before 8pm, and employees inside pointing at their watch . Stay open until posted time at least

There are so many treasures in this store! I find cool new collectables every time I come in here. Add the fact that the staff is very knowledgeable and always cool to geek out with...I love it! Five stars!

The staff at this particular branch is especially friendly and more helpful than a lot of other gamestops and thats my main recommendation. The game selection really just depends on whats been coming and going, but they could order it for you if they can and will help you find what youre looking for one way or another. Theyve got some non-game trinkets and accessories if youre looking for things like that as well.

Took way too long too check out, but customer service was amazing! The display cases and inventory were not correct but the manager was honest and upfront. Also allowed my daughter and me look at whats available and made our NYE fun. Thank you!

I was forced by unforeseen circumstances to return a collectors item Chance was extremely helpful talk to me through it beforehand to make sure I brought everything in with me that I needed it was very reasonable and understanding in getting me my refund. definitely will make this my home game stop.

Rude unhelpful staff, over the years this store has went downhill the management is terrible. Spend more then five minutes in this store and its easy to see why this company has been on the verge of collapse the last couple of years.

Gamestop service is always helpful and spot on. You want it call ahead and you will have it waiting. They are beyond knowledgeable! One of my favorite places. Oh my son plays the games not me..

This is a very clean and organized store. Seemed like they had pretty much everything well stocked. But if they didnt have it they were more than willing to help you get whatever it is you are looking for. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I got a gift card for my switch lite but tbh I want to play games again.

First of all, I got a ps3 and they only had red controllers. We went home and plugged my ps3 in, only to find out the controller didn’t work. Not to mention, the guy was rude. We took the controller back and got it figured out. After we got that figured out we discovered the game was messed up. They sold us a game that was dirty.

This is one of my favorite places to go! They sell and buy both new and used games. They give you a few days to test the game you buy and if youre unhappy with it, they will return your money back when you return the game! They usually have all the newest games and consoles, as well as the items you need to go with the consoles. But, they also usually have some of the blast from your past games as well!

They were immediately helpful, and courteous to me. Knowledgeable staff will help you out, good stock of games and other really cool stuff

We choose Gamestop versus big box competitors because of employees like Alan that helped us on our most recent visit. He is knowledgeable in the products/services including upcoming attractions and release dates. Not saying much for big box stores though because I feel like you could ask for a PS4 and they try to hand you an Switch lol.

This GameStop is very good the customer service is very good the video games are in well alphabetical order which is really nice very cheap very good prices has cells now and then usually the lines arent that long either. overall this is a very good GameStop does not have a restroom.

Lots of stuff to look thoue so keep in mind what your looking for so you dont buy 10 things you do need but are really cool.

The workers are cool and usually pretty helpful, but the location sucks, and they are a small store so they dont always have everything in stock!

This is my preferred location the management is great and the staff always goes above and beyond.

I was running around doing basic errands and time got away from me. When I went up to walk into the gamestop, not realizing theyre just closing. The door was locked obviously, Instead of a courteous wave or were closed. I was laughed at? I appreciate your guys professional attitude and your basic disrespect for human beings. Bought a Xbox one X new while on sale. Got home and it had been opened already. They tried to hide it with stickers.

My son is a frequent flyer at Game Stop, unfortunately today is his last day spending Money in this store. Last Sunday we brought 9 PS4 games in so he could get store credit to buy a Game and they offered him $20.00 for ALL 9 GAMES (He later ended up selling all 9 for $100 on FB Marketplace) Bought a $60 game that was released 2 weeks ago, of course he got the wrong game so we tried to return it still sealed and they would only give him $25 for it because their system didnt save our purchase under my phone number. The clerk even said thats weird because he sees us in their ALL the time. Needless to say I will be buying else where and selling Online.

The employees had no knowledge on release dates or reviews on top video games. Also they forgot to remove the security device from my sons socks. Then on my third visit things were hanging on wrong racks which made it impossible to get my shopping done within my budget. Not to mention most of the employees were rude, when the problems we were having were due to their negligence.

The game prices are resonable, and staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Went to do a trade in and to get a new game but instead got told i was dumb for not getting the silver membership, I told Sean (the guy helping me) that i didnt want it 4 times and he didnt give up and took up name calling. Would take a lot for me to go back after the treatment i got there from Sean
