Need a replacement lid for my favorite drinkware and they replaced it for free with EXCELLENT customer service. next time I have an order, Grandstand is getting my business!

Pretty rude to the little guys!May return when we have a larger order and can possibly be treated right. HA! Had to hold their hand through every step of the process, from quote to delivery. There were hiccups at every step. Never got an apology and were made to feel we werent worth their time when we asked a couple simple questions. Considering were not a huge business, we probably werent/arent. BYEEEEEE!

I ordered 3 sets of glasses through e grandstand. For all the sets, I ordered the 16oz pint glass and had mass printing done. I am quite impressed by the quality of the glasses and consistency of the printing. Out of over 300 glasses, not one was defective or broken. I am amazed that nothing broke in shipping.I like that I can call and get service quickly and easily. If I ever need custom glasses in the future, I will certainly be going back to this company. Their products are professional grade and prices are competitive.

Great company to work with, Emily Orton was super easy and quick with getting art proofs back for approval. The entire process of getting a designed approved and 72 pint glasses made was about a week. I would definitely recommend Grandstand, they delivered exactly what they said they would with no hassle and on time.

I would like to extend my deepest appreciation for the outstanding service that Ashley has provided throughout the processing of our order for customized glass cans as our party favors. My fiancée (now wife) and I were worried about the turnout of the design and the overall production of the glasses, but Ashley has been quite attentive and responsive, and the overall turnaround time was beyond our expectations.There were a few hiccups, and in speaking with Ashley about them, she handled it very professionally and diligently. Despite the flaws in some the turnout of the glasses, we (Liezel and I) were very satisfied and appreciative of the turnout of the glasses and Ashleys support. Our guests raved about them-- they had nothing but good things to say about them! We would definitely order from Grandstand again for other products because of the level of service that Ashley provided.
