Definitely stick to the Valley location for my hot chocolate it just tasted funny I think it was the cup. Other than that excellent service, clean and quick.

The service is awful. Every time I go in there’s an issue with my order. One time it took them my while 30 minutes of lunch to make my sandwich all because they forgot about it. I go in for one simple item, took them 15 minutes, because they didn’t get the sticker but someone orders a sandwich and gets it before my croissant.

My orders keep getting worse and worse. Order bagel extra toasted, get a bagel not toasted .. order iced caramel coffee with no sugar, get loads of sugar sitting at the bottom, today was the last straw when I ordered egg and cheese sandwich with peppers and onion.. my sandwich had raw onions with red hot pepper flakes. I give up, the staff doesnt take that place serious and I feel bad for the owner because it would be a great cafe if there was better service.

Warning... do not go to this store.Took me half an hour to find a parking spot I walked five blocks in the rain. After placing my order I attempted to pay with my cherished heavenly donuts gift card given to me for my birthday just to have Francisco tell me theyre not accepting gift cards at this store because the system is not set up yet.I paid with cash . So when I went back one month later I was not surprised that the system still is not accepting my card.Francisco should be fired.

Dont order for delivery ever! We called and ordered a bakers dozen and got 12 donuts and they gave us the cheapest donuts they had and we ordered muffins and didnt get what we picked and they were the smallest Ive ever seen. We ordered Danish and it was also smaller than anything weve ever ordered. If you order see if you can send them to Methuen if you live in Methuen. I keep trying with ordering cause I dont have a car and they send the drivers to Lawrence and Lawrence isnt a good place to get food from anywhere that we ordered and the food isnt hot by the time it gets to you. Its not what you asked for either. I dont even want to give a 2 cause its horrible!! Dont do it! Itll cost either the same for a taxi or less and youll get everything you want. Its not the drivers, its the place you order from online and they need to have ppl get their food where they live instead of across the next city. It doesnt make any sense how they run this.. we feel bad for the drivers cause its not their fault at all.

A fixture now of downtown Lawrence. We stopped in for a coffee and the guys had doughnuts and cuban sandwiches. Delish! The owners, the Paulinos, are generous, great hearted people. Great way to represent the City!

Beautiful place. Messed up my coffee AND my sandwich. Surprised and a bit let down.
