I bought this baby bag from the store in March or April of this year, I havent needed to use it yet because my baby isnt due until a later date. I noticed the leather on it was peeling, I called the company first who makes the bag thinking maybe they could send me a replacement. The women who I talked to at the company asked what company I bought it from, looked up when they ordered the bag. Come to find out they havent placed an order with this company since 2010 and the type of bag I have they stopped making in 2009, so since they no longer make the bag I cant get a replacement. The women from the company tells me to contact the company that I bought the bag from (blue dandelion) so I did and the owner Kris calls me back 4 hours later with an attitude and says I hear your having a problem with the bag I sold to you for a discounted price. I said Yes, how long have you had that bag Kris says along time thats why I sold it to you for a very low discounted price. then a very long pause so are you going to bring the bag back? I said Yes then hung up.Prior to me buying the bag I went in and asked if I could buy the bag on their website Kris told me No let me see if I can sell it to you for a lower price, so she gets on her computer and looks and says Yes I can sell it to you for $40 cash. I said Ok let me talk to my husband about it and see what he says.So the point Im trying to make is she would of sold it to me or any other customer at full price if I wouldnt have asked about getting it online. Do not go to this store she is very over priced and has horrible customer service skills.
