Very kind and helpful staff. I had no idea how to find the items I was sent here to get. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Took time to guide me around like I had my own personal shopping assistant. They even showed me some things I wasnt looking for and they got more sales out of me.

Nice to be out shopping in person for a change. Late in day so not many shoppers, all wearing masks. Good selection. Good specials. Staff very helpful as usual. They were wearing masks & shields & advising us to maintain distancing while in line.

Helpful staff. Lots of great vegan food. Meat prices were average for organic, natural grass fed beef. Milk prices were decent and had many varieties to choose from. Their supplement section is abundant and you can find anything you need.

Made a special trip to purchase items that were in the sale flyer. This is the second day of the sale, and items were sold out. The explanation was that the national chain puts out the ad so far in advance that they cannot fulfill the advertised products when the time comes. I will call before I go next time - that say they may get advertised product in. I came in from out of town for the sale. Bummed. That would not offer any substitutions, either.

Natural grocers is hands down the best place in town to buy organic produce. I love that you dont have to hunt for the organic version of your favorite fruits and veggies, as theyre ALL organic (and reasonably priced to boot)! The refreshingly friendly and knowledgeable staff is yet another bonus that keeps me coming back.

Natural grocers is too expensive for low income people,I really have no idea at all about the products or Services very much at this location. I am a low-income person but I was raised with this chain. But me myself I cant actually afford it. But as far as my family history is concerned it is a very high-quality place, and has great products and services as far as I know!

Love Natural Grocers! What a fabulous array of fresh foods, frozen items, vitamins and beauty items. I especially appreciate the huge choices of packaged grains & nuts at super low prices. Lots of tasty snacks & beverages, too. The workers are super nice and knowledgeable . Anything you could want at bargain prices.

Natural Grocers has a little bit of everything. This is the most accommodating of all the natural health food stores when it comes to vegan, paleo, and gluten free options. The beauty and vitamin sections are huge as well. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist. Check it out.

Wonderful high quality vitamin shop with plenty of allergy friendly food alternatives. They carry Hogenville sauerkraut that is the best! Also monk fruit sweetner. Its price is higher than sprouts but without having to drive across town. I wish they had self serve almond flour and sweeteners.

Good store; quality products; friendly staff. My big complaint is: excessive and huge supplement space - thats not what being healthy is about...take some of those aisles for supplements, hone them down to 2 aisles, and provide more produce variety.

The smell of essential oils hits you as soon as you enter. The store isnt that large but the shelves are full of all sorts of options. There were over twenty different types of bottled water from Iceland, Fiji, and other places. Theres a community area that you could hang out in. Im sure there are many things you cannot find elsewhere.

Its a small store, so you have to remember that going in. Youll end up finding about 80% of everything you wanted to find and will have to go next door to Dillons to grab the rest. Their produce section is pretty small.

Good products and assistance, bit pricey and do not let me that only have boxes to carry out purchases...there are recycled bags they could use for customer convenience.

My girlfriend and I love shopping at Natural Grocers because they have so many great alternative foods. Theyre really nice too.

I came into get $2.00+ off in coupons, but the cashier only took $1 off. When another cashier told him how to do it, he complained that he would have to refund the entire sale and start over. I was willing to wait. This is lousy customer service!! I wont be back, I will take my business elsewhere! I would give them no stars if the option was available!

I was actually on my way to Whole Foods when I saw the sign for this store. I prefer shopping local or at smaller chains when I can, so I stopped to take a peak. I was blown away by their selection and very reasonable pricing. No more Whole Paycheck for me (or HyVees Health Market?). Ive just moved to KC, and I will now be a regular customer.

H2O. Cheapest, cleanest agua. A few good deals on the rot rack. I go at least once a week. All food guaranteed clean. They carry my fave soap.

Well, they have one now!Overpriced, kind of a strange amalgamation of an apothecary and a bulk goods store that just happens to sell a LOT of kombucha. Theyve got some specific things that I like to run here for every once in a while, but honestly, if it werent next to Dillons Id probably never go.Dont forget to bring either reusable shopping bags or a cardboard box, as they do not provide bags.
