A good place many things decently with atleast trying

Please heed this warning, and stir clear if you need a pool inspection. Likely, pool services too but I cannot speak to that.The inspector did not take pictures or provide a formal inspection report (this should have tipped me off, but I was a first-time homeowner/pool owner). The number of things in his opinion that were not a problem have cost us significantly: chlorinator not functional, filter is visibly leaking & needs replaced, vinyl liner had tears, vinyl liner pulled apart from the edge.We were past the 10-day window to request repairs when we by chance (needed pool measurements for fence), noticed the liner pulled away from the side. His response, “That? Oh, it has been that way for 4 years. I didn’t mention it because I don’t find it major.” Okay, that might be fair, but as with any inspection (albeit it, home, car, pests, etc.) you are to note all minor and major findings. It is up to the buyer and seller to decide the next steps from there.I might as well have had the 12-year-old down the street inspect the pool. Probably would have done the same job for a fraction of the cost.

They have always been very nice and friendly when I have gone in to buy pool supplies. I didnt know anything about maintaining a pool and they have been very helpful in guiding me through the process. My pool water is sparkling clear.

Andrea and Rod provided excellent guidance to me when I was a novice pool owner and continued to do so when I was a not-as-novice pool owner who still had lots of questions. More importantly, theyve demonstrated integrity by giving honest advice that has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years, such as by dissuading me from buying chemicals or supplies I thought I needed and by telling me how to do something I otherwise could have hired them to do. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who owns a pool or spa.

I used to use Waterfront to open and close my pool. Rod and Andrea are helpful....WHEN they finally answer the phone if you dont have time to drive to the store. Prices were reasonable, but it became frustrating whenever Id call to ask questions or ask for help with something, I always had to make multiple calls before I was put on the schedule. I called them again today to ask for some help and big surprise....it went to voice mail, like it did about 95% of the time in the past. It would be nice to see them respond to some of the less than 5 star reviews. It could improve how people perceive them and their business.

They had the filter parts I needed in stock. I would recommend them. They are highly experienced.

As much as I would love to recommend this business, I cannot. I bought a hot tub from them in 2009. Ever since then Ive had difficulty getting things fixed in a timely manner, even getting them to return a phone call is very difficult. If something is important to you, you can bet that thats not going to be important to them.

We have been very pleased with their prompt response when needed - they are friendly and help keep our pool up and running for 3 years now.

Rude nasty people - try getting service after your purchase and they will say well we are busy working opening pools and have not time to service your hot tub,. They are not professional by any means. Ask around you will find out the truth. AVOID AT ALL COST.... DONT EVEN BUY FILTERS FROM THEM!!

This store is a joke. Unbelievable that they are even in business. I always try to avoid writing bad reviews, but just could not help myself on this one. I purchased a hot tub from these guys about five years ago, but have gotten very little customer service for repair issues and other things. They rarely answer their phone, and when they do, they say they will call you back, but never do. Seem friendly on the phone, but have never followed up on a return call. If you are looking for a hot tub, look somewhere else. Almost guaranteed you will be disappointed in the customer service. Sundance Corporation should really look at pulling their brand from these jokers, they are doing the company no favors. Ill never touch a Sundance spa ever again because of these guys. If I could give it zero stars I would, but that is not an option.

Friendly and helpful service.

They do not understand salt water pools. Hired to come 3 days a week to test/treat & vacuum, but they dont show up that often; no call to notify when not coming. They dont answer their phone, or its full of messages, & if you get to leave one, they dont call back. Hire them if you like your pool to be green & dirty most of the time. If you dont want that you have to learn how to chemically balance your pool yourself & test every day, adding chemicals as needed. You have to go to their store to get them. They hyperchlorinate so they dont have to come back as often as hired for, so then the level is above what County Health Dept allows. You have to fix the problem then. Whenever there are problems, which is often, they dont keep an eye on it while supposedly treating it, & next thing you know you have a pool full of pea soup.
