We have asked to have an issue with our truck fixed for 8 months after they had agreed to fix the heater core a week after we purchased the vehicle! The man who agreed to it and signed the papers no longer works there, so we have made 3 trips 2 hours out of our way for them to say they no longer have the paperwork. Which i believe is a lie!! We arent the first customers that they have swindled!! They are very shady and petty!! We decided to go ahead and contact a lawyer since these people continue to give us the run around on a $1500 job they agreed to fix!! And the owner during all this has yet to contact us regarding his shady situation! All they keep doing is trying to sale us another vehicle !! Why would we purchase another vehicle from a place who does business this way? Would love to speak to the owner regarding this issue since he keeps dodging us!! Appreciate you waisting peoples money and time sir!! Shady! Shady! Shady! Do not purchase from a crook like them is the best advice i can give you!

1st time there... everything went really smooth.. as a retired mechanic I am very picky how my truck is done.. a lot of things I cant do so I need a dependable mechanic.. only thing I really noticed was that the people working there especially the techs was VERY young like high school young.. We went there ready to buy a truck with a possible trade in and $15,000 - $17,00 cash in hand and the salesman wouldnt even show us anything saying that they had nothing for us in that price range. Not saying theyre a bad dealership or anything and I do understand the truck market I crazy right now, but I thought we would be able to see something. Pros: Friendly Salesperson.Cons: Outdated high pressure sales tactics. Finance department. Additional fees for everything. No service after the sale.This review is my own and reflects only my experiences.I purchased a vehicle here in September of 2019. Other than having a friendly salesperson, the experience was very subpar.The experience went downhill as soon as the sales manager interjected himself into the negotiations. He used a big green marker to write all over the normal four-square box sheet that most car dealers use. The numbers didn’t land anywhere in particular and really didn’t mean anything. They wanted me to sign the paper “as an agreement to the terms”. I had to refuse until I could get a copy that was correctly completed. Even that took more than a couple sheets of paper, the sales manager couldn’t seem to write in the numbers that the sales person and I had agreed to. I reluctantly signed the paper eventually, once the numbers were correct.Then the finance part was next. That. Was. Awful. That guy tried to pull so many crooked actions that I don’t even know where to start. Right off the bat, his numbers on my trade in, down payment, and purchase price of the new car where completely different than what I had just worked out with the sales people forty five minutes ago. He had thrown in a warranty and protections I didn’t ask for that bumped the price up. Then he tried to add an additional year to the payment terms, lower monthly payment but more money overall, so we had to fix that. Then he had my interest rate bumped up, if you’re not familiar with this trick there are plenty of places on the internet to read up on it. It was just all so “old school” for lack of a better word. I felt like I was buying a car off the lot twenty years ago, not now.As with other reviewers, I too had an issue getting the actual plates for my car. It was a complete cluster. The title had gotten misplaced somehow.All that being said. You can buy a car from here and get an okay deal. If you plan on doing so, plan to spend the whole day hanging out with them, bring a lunch and some snacks, scrutinize every number, and verify the title is on hand to be transferred. There are a couple good mechanics nearby also, so you can get that used car checked over before purchase too.

BUYERS BEWAREOn oct 5th 2021 i talked to a sales manager, Bill, and was informed that if i brought in a screen shot of what i found one of their vehicles for sale for on cargurus.com they would hornor the price. I asked Bill if there was any discrepancies about the truck i needed to know about before i made the drive from louisville. He said no, its a great truck cone on out. So i made the ride out there on my motorcycle and brought a disclosed amount of cash with me to make the purchase. Upon arriving i wemt straight through thwir lot and found the truck before making contact with anyone and found the truck was missing the rear bumoer along with the tail gate.. It looked lioe at one point it was a fleet truck which was fine but from wjere the truck had a business name and number on it at one point, this dealer ship removed the stickers and did it poorly causing the paint to blimish on the side of the bed. The rear portion of the bed on the drivers side had a dent, passanger front bumper also had a large dent, the miles on the site claimed 81,000 miles but it actually had 91,000 miles. I was confronted with a very nice sales men who helped me the best he could. After meeting with Bill he turned me down and sent me packing empty handed and did not honor the screen shot he said to bring along which was from a site they posted the truck on and claimed they never posted it that low. So i left empty hamded i dont not recommend anyone doing business with this dealership they are deceitful and very manipulative. Everything i mentioned that was wrong with the truck they had an excuse for it, he seems to know a lot about that truck after i started mentioning its issues and neglected condition. He also mentioned they just got the truck but showed me on their computers that they have actually owned it over a month.
Drove an hour and a half to look at a car that was keyed all the way around, needed tires and brakes and the sunroof was all messed up. They also listed it as a 6 speed manual on the website and it was an automatic. Wanted 13k for a 2014 with 101k miles, you guys lost a customer and I’ll let everyone know not to come here to get a car.

I have tried getting ahold of someone for 2 weeks trying to cancel my warranty and GAP as I do not have the vehicle anymore. No one other than the receptionist will answer the phone calls. I live over an hour and a half away. My calls are 100% being dodged to avoid refunding the costs.
0 stars. We found a 2015 Honda Odyssey online, contacted dealership, and made an appointment to see it. We get there and the van was filthy and had some body damage even though it was “carfax certified” no damage.The first thing I notice is all the warning lights are lit up on the dash. The tachometer was working intermittently. I put it in gear and it clunks into drive. We go to the end of the parking lot and I notice the engine is lacking power. I was going to turn around and the van has no reverse at all. It just revved up like it was in neutral. We parked it in the street and walked back to the dealership.My wife and I both took off work and travelled 30 minutes from different locations to come see this van and it was not ready to show, although it had been listed online for over a week.I explained all that to the manager and asked him to compensate us for our time and gas coming to see a van that clearly was not ready to show. He acted like since the van was there when we got there he had fulfilled his obligation to us. It was clear that he was not going to make it right and I did not want to waste any more time at this horrible dealership.We definitely will never be back here again.
Went in for recalled part was told didnt have part but get call from chrysler daily telling me to take vehicle there. Was told they would call me when they found out when they could get part. Still have not heard from them and this was over a month ago. You cleaned house cause none of the same folks are there from last time I went in for a recall. Those folks called back so you didnt replace them with a better crew.
Worst dealership ever we called ahead of time to check on our car did not get a response. Upon arrival we were asked to sit in the showroom and wait. Is after waiting 10 minutes and not one single person approaching us we left.
Originally I had thought that this place was decent and maybe even honest, til they sold me a vehicle with a blown head gasket a bad rack and pinion and God knows what else wrong with it. The rack and pinion they knew about but idk about the other issues. Dont waste your time with this place.
They dont even deserve one. Liars and cheats. Forced us to purchase an extended warranty saying it was mandatory for 6 month term. Then refuse to fix any part of the vehicle durning that 6 months. Told us to buy new tires on a truck we just bought new tires for and refuse to fix the wheel bearings that are bad on passenger side but charging me almost 600 monthly payments for a warranty to fix anything and refusing to do so. So either they dont want to or there mechanics are uneducated and only there for show.

I bought a truck on 1/2/2021, here it is 3/9/2021 and I still have no plate, title, or registration. They drove 3.5 hrs to meet me at the sheriffs office for an inspection and turned around and drove back with the title I need to get my plate and registration. My temp tag has been expired for over a month. I’ve bought many vehicles in my life and never seen it take 3+ months to get a title. This is completely asinine. They have no business selling vehicles if they can’t do any better than that. Not to mention, everyone you talk to up there wakes up in a new world every day. Also, this is the second meeting at the sheriffs office.. the first, well, I knew it was last Friday but I called to check what time we were supposed to meet. They called back that afternoon and say that because I forgot we have to reschedule it. Reschedule it? Forgot? I didn’t forget, I wanted to verify it was at a certain time. They forgot. Not me. So.. anyway.. I could go on with my terrible experience but honestly... stay away. They are clueless on conducting proper business they and their staff would be better served working in an industry that didn’t require any accountability because I don’t see them making it in this one.

Drove an hour to look at a car that “had a clean carfax” only to find out that the car was involved in a small wreck. Advertised price “was only good” if you have a trade. I went ahead and purchased the vehicle on 1/6/21 AND STILL HAVEN’T received any paperwork from the title clerk. I’ve called numerous times and no one returns calls. Temporary tag expired on 2/6/21. Absolutely the worst customer service in the car business. Stay away from this place.

If I could rate my salesman, Kenny, individually I would give him 5 stars. He was wonderful. I would absolutely buy a vehicle from Kenny again providing he sold cars elsewhere.After scheduling a 2 o’clock appointment, we finally agreed to purchase a vehicle by 3:30 (there was a wait to get pricing— they were busy, negotiating only took about 20 minutes.) Kenny did tell us there would be a wait for finance, which was fine... but we did not know just how long we would be waiting. We were not seen in finance until 7:30. 5.5 hours!! If you value your time, go elsewhere. If you don’t value your time, OR just want the chance to work with Kenny-because again he is absolutely wonderful, make sure to pack drinks, lunch, and dinner because you will leave insanely frustrated, thirsty, and hangry. (There is a soda machine you can purchase drinks from if you enjoy soda, but not a bottle of water available in the whole building—I asked.)I am leaving a 3 star review because I don’t want this review to negatively effect Kenny, but will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again regardless of price.5/5 stars for Kenny, 0/5 stars for Chrysler of Lawrenceburg
TERRIBLE! ONLY CARE TO GET THE SALE! NO SERVICE! PLEASE READ!I do not leave reviews often but this dealer deserves it. Pricing includes a finance bonus, which isnt abnormal. Promised a rate in the low 2s. Claimed my credit score wasnt were i thought it was. Gave a rate of over 6%, but you have to take it or pay $1000 more. Get score information in the mail later on to see that my mid score was 804. So, the finance guy inflated the rate to try and make extra money. They will tell you that you can pay it off as soon as 6 months. That is BS. You can pay it off when ever. If you pay it off before 6 months the finance guy doesnt get his money. On top of that I that I took delivery of the vehicle and everything seemed to be in working order (they delivered to me). A few hours later I noticed windshield washer fluid all over the garage. It have froze on the way to me. Brian, the manager, told me to bring it to a deal and that we would work it out. Also noticed the next day that the engine block heater in my diesel was not working. I specifically asked the salesman Derrick about this and it said the truck had the block heater and it worked. So I made Brian aware of this situation as well. He asked that I bring the vehicle to a Ram dealer and that we would work it out. Ram dealer fixed the block heater and said the hose for the windshield washer fluid pushed off, so the reattached at no charge. Bill was about $600. I have called Brian, the manager, 7 times now and left 3 voicemails. Not one return call! I was hoping they would stand behind the truck they sold. I do understand it was a used truck with no warranty, but I was told the block heater worked! Derrick, the salesman, followed up after the sale. He said he would call me from the managers office. That never happened either! I am about 2 months after trading in my truck to them and taking delivery of the new truck and I still have no registration information!!! The temp plate they gave me expired. I will be going to the better business bureau to at least share my store in hopes that maybe someone higher up at the deal will realized what is going on. In looking at other recent reviews, my review does not seem abnormal! Buyer beware! Also, they salesman called me to see if I would call a potential buyer about the truck I traded in. I happily said yes and obliged. I followed up after the sale, the manager wont even return a call!!!!
Not impressed! Called first to check on a vehicle to make sure it was available (I live in Richmond so its a bit of a drive). Was told that it was by a salesman. Drove to the dealership for a 3:30 pm appointment 11-14-20 got there waited patiently for my salesman and was then informed that the vehicle had issues and was in service. He could have had the decency to call and inform me (he had my number) Will not be driving there again!

Waste of 2 hour drive. Got to dealership to find out vehicle I can to see was gone 4 hours ago; this is after messaging 25 minutes before arriving and getting reply that it was there. Tried to sell me another vehicle then tell me it was extra $1000 if I paid cash!
Tire went flat two days after delivery, oil light came on two weeks after delivery, multiple other mechanical problems, miscalculated sales tax and a 2K odometer discrepancy. If you’re out of state don’t even think about shopping here. If you do, get something in writing that says they pay for any any mistakes with the paperwork and assume 1 to 2K for post purchase repairs. Or better yet just go to place that gives you a 30 day warranty.
Just bought a Tacoma from this place and they bent over backwards to make me feel happy about my purchase. The salesman Thomas listened to all my needs and really did his best to make a deal happen, I highly recommend him. It doesn’t stop there though, Stephanie in finance was a breath of fresh air and really made all the paper work and numbers a breeze. Lastly, Greg did a great job at helping us understand and really helped with the process as well. Overall great experience at this dealership, would recommend to anyone.

I saw a truck on line and the price was $30995.00I was charged 33000.00 put 5k down and they basically stole my trade in .Charged me another 5 thousand in bogus chargesIt was my fault but they did fast talk, smooth talk and I left feeling ok, but when I looked and done some figuring, I will never ever buy anything here again nor will I advise anyone else too.I was told they were going to detail and fill the truck up with gas, when they brought it back they had done neither.Dont ever buy here!!!!!

Browsed their selection online prior to coming by for a test drive, so I had several choices in mind before interacting with the staff.Thomas in the sales office was able to quickly show me the particular vehicles I was interested in, and gave me the opportunity to check them out to my satisfaction.He and the other staff worked with me to get a payment plan within my budget, and we finalized the deal same evening.On the whole, a very satisfactory experience.

Melanie was pretty quick and worked good with us. Cars are priced fairly for the shape their in on some of them. Hits or misses, but that’s with any used car. Ended up getting a car they haven’t had very long and it needs a alignment and if they did a alignment the price of the car would’ve went up. I think they should the car at the price it’s advertised for with it being ready too drive if the buyer finds a issue. Melanie tho, she’s a champ.

I got to work with Derrick Miller, and I cannot begin to say how grateful I am for this guy and his team at Chrysler. I really thought I was not going to be able to get another vehicle ever because of my situation with my Chapter 13 bankruptcy - but let me tell you - these guys do the work and its worth it. Im not going to say that they will be able to help everyone with a situation like mine because BK is a complicated thing in itself, however, they go to work for you and definitely know the right people. Between the smooth process, the pristine car, free car washes when I come to visit, and the first oil change being free - I dont even know the last time people have showed me the kindness this dealer has and the last time Ive EVER been this happy.
