Tried to charge me 3000 dollars for a 300 dollar job.. Columbia neon is doing it for 250. Unprofessional, dont call you back, only care about big dollar jobs. Rude staff, and uneducated on signs and how they work and what they should cost as well.

Great group of people that I know. They can personalize anything you want. They did a few items for me and it came out better than I thought. The service was very friendly and had my items quickly back to me. I would definitely recommend these people to anybody.

Wow I am truly surprised that this place has no reviews. Im not in Tennessee and was recommended these guys by a friend to do a couple of banners for my business. I was a bit nervous because I like to do things in person, but when I started the process I was truly surprised in the amount of attention I received. It was hard for me to explain exactly how I wanted my design made but Travis was more than patient with me. When he finished the design I was emailed couple options (which all looked great ). Once I picked my design I received it within days and it looked great. I am very happy with this place and will continue to use and recommended Smith signs to everyone I know!

Thanks to smith signs I got the most precious custom design on my tumbler for my birthday. I have had a lot of work done by them with vinyl this year and everything has been perfect! They are so easy to work with and have great customer support!
