I should give one star but I do have some heart. Do not buy anything from this company. They are bait and switch experts. You get in the store with your measurements they give you a price the guy comes out and measures to make sure you get a phone call saying hey I can save you a couple of bucks if you do this then all of a sudden the price jumps $1,000 because of a miss figuring. Go to Hades you people are pathetic

Worste place to work. They under pay you and over work you. And refuse to give you raises. They will do anything to drag you down to make them selves feel better

I came at my appt time,got door right away and then they finish me loading after 40 min. And also you can get coffee, very nice people.

Horrible place for drivers. I was over loaded went back three times and they still couldn’t get it right. The fourth time I had to go back they were already closed and I had to wait until the next day missing my delivery. A Load that should have taken one day to deliver took two thanks to the guys in shipping.

I was with a friend and after 3 trips for flooring and cabinets he wasnt to happy a few thousand dollars and a repete customer is looking elsewhere. Not a very good way of doing business.

Only in Lawrenceburg could an obvious and insanely overly-priced and incredibly BASIC supply chain for kitchen cabinetry exist. First of all, the cabinetry is prefab. The materials are cheap, including the laminate panelling covering the pressed wood comprising the majority of the pieces themselves. Additionally, the center in Lawrenceburg is a care center for complaints. A CARE CENTER. For Kitchens. I think these people are totally arrogant. Caring about the stuff? Arent they supposed to make money? Bankruptcy ahead.

Quality cabinets and flooring at a reasonable price. Friendly people. Clearance sales once a month.

They were so helpful. I took in a drawing of my future kitchen, picked out the style of cabinets I wanted, and had a quote complete with computer generated pictures within an hour. And the prices were amazing.

Amazing choices of cabinets, countertops and flooring. Best prices, lifetime warranty and dont forget the great selection of hardware and faucets and sinks. I liked the Shaker style cabinets but the raised panels looked awesome too.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DAY ONE!!First after placing our order of over 700Sqft of flooring and paying for it........then after a week passed without it even being shipped or any other information regarding our order.......Tonya then emailed us and said that even tho we had paid for the shipping fee their website calculated......Tonya then said we owed a additional 61$ for shipping!!STRIKE 1 AND 2Then we go to call Tonya to go ahead and pay the additional shipping fee and Guess What.....now she is on vacation for a week!!So now we wait for the 2nd week and then she comes back off vacation and we pay the shipping and Tonya says.....it will be shipped asap possibly the next day! Yeah right I still had to keep calling for 2 more weeks asking where is my flooring, why has it not shipped!?So now Ive been waiting for a month at this point for my flooring and 1 transition.....even tho Ive been on a time limit from day one with my homeowners insurance company to get my house fixed and back to a livable house again........THEN my flooring gets here and GUESS WHAT......NO DAMN TRANSITION!!Immediately we call and tell them......(told the actual store manager Madison) .....and she apologized for their mistake and insured us that it would be sent out the very next day!!Well here I am now, another month later and after being told 3 times by 3 different people in a month that theyre so sorry and it will be sent out tomorrowI STILL DONT HAVE MY TRANSITION, SO I CAN FINISH MY HOME AND HAVE IT INSPECTED!!It seems to me that nobody there in Lawrenceburg or at the corporate office has a clue about what is going on and apparently just make up lies after lies, instead of telling you the truth about whats going on or to keep you informed and nor do they care about your situation or what theyre causing for you!!I WILL NEVER USE CABINETS TO GO EVER AGAIN.....I WILL PAY FULL PRICE FOR WHATEVER I NEED, BEFORE I EVER THINK OF USING THEM AGAIN!!P.S. BTW ALMOST HALF OF MY FLOORING WAS DAMAGED IN THE SHIPPING PROCESS, THROUGH THE BOXES, AND HAD TO PIECE ALOT TOGETHER CAUSE OF IT!!

Arrived about an hour early for a 6 PM appointment to get loaded. Still not done at 11 PM. Be prepared to sit and watch your clock run out.

Prices seemed okay what had prices listed but we went in and no one asked to help us or offered any type of assistance and we came from out of town and drove over an hour to get there..:(

If you picup load you need 10 straps, or they sale you each one for 25$.
