I absolutely love Big Lots, and generally I would have nothing but glowing things to say about this location, because it’s awesome- that being said, we just left the store and the whole entire time we were in there an employee followed us around like we were being sketchy about something lol. My advice to that employee is if you’re going to follow shoppers around, at least try to make it less obvious that you’re following people. Other than that, I love the store.

We were looking for a mattress for a twin bed, the salesman was very helpful and even let us in on a better buy. Thats what I call helpful! Go see them, let them fix you up!! We did!!

You can find everything from furniture to groceries & ever since the remodel, the store is always clean & the staff is super friendly and helpful. One of my favorite stores to visit!

Great store and prices but when you get to the cash register the workers must go to car salesman mode because i spent more time answering questions than i did shopping

Poor again . Its anightmare store design no sraight aisles,so one has to weave thru the whole store just to get grocries way in the back of the store. The cbech out too is weaving back and forth. Would not reccomend this store to anyone especially for handicapped.

Big labor day furniture sale on items they dont have and cant get. Giant waste of time.

Usually very well stocked and if you need any type of assistance an associate is usually near by.I take advantage of their 20% off sales, the prices are better than most any stores in stock or online anywayI like the furniture department, brand name items at sale prices, and if you are not in a rush you can plan your purchase around sale dates and not only do you save against taxes you still get an additional 10-12%!!They now have a cooler section at our local Big Lots so you can purchase food items, tools, furniture, seasonal items and I am the one who stocks up on seasonal items during clearance sales - a 40 square foot of wrapping paper for 50 cents is a heck of a bargain!

Store is neat, clean & well organized however being it is not an overly busy location, there was a slight wait on the cashier, as she had walked away from the register, to work on another project.

Furniture manager is awesome, the managers on the floor strive to make every customer have a great shopping experience. All the floor associates are very friendly and will stop what they r doing and help u no matter what it is your needing help with. Very good crew who cares not only about their job, but more importantly, they care about every customer. Truely one of the best big lots Ive ever been in ! Keep up the good work!!

I respect a staff who knows about the products they carry, and who cares about their customers. This store has that. Always clean and tidy with a good selection of products, complete with visible pricing on everything. At some stores, you are left to feel as though you are a burden to assist when asking for prices on multiple items; here that is not to be.The restrooms could use some TLC . A plus for the Koala Care changing tables within, though.

Very customer friendly and welcoming. I love the big variety of merchandise. Place needs a few updates but all the merchandise attracts your eyes to help you over look the flaws!!!

Wish theyd enforce the mask mandate. Soooo many people with NO masks. Very disappointing.

In this place the customer is always wrong and the manager is useless would never go back

Weve spent several thousand dollars on our bedroom, and living room furniture over the past couple years here at this location and they treat us right everytime.Load you up out back,they tie it down securely for the drive home,and off you go safely.They have great prices,and we also bought decorative peices,and wall art work,and many other household items.Great prices,greatvservice,great people as well.Cant go wrong here.....
