I highly recommend renting from these guys. And I love the security gate system they have. .My brother rented from a different company and had alot of tools stolen and was not able to recover them. The online registration was easy, just had to go in to the office to give them a copy of my drivers license which was also easy. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the units are in good condition. So we got our stuff packed up to move into the unit, and when I got there it was ready for me. But my 5x5 unit turns out to be more like 4.5x4.5, if that. So not real thrilled with the fact I lost some square footage when every inch counts (and the fact I’m paying for 60” inches not 50+). With some finagling we got our stuff to fit.

I am moving from Cincinnati & wanted to make sure I was able to store things into clean, well secured facility. Crystal was great from the moment I walked in she answered all my questions! I am renting an indoor/climate controlled unit. They treat for critters monthly (if you see any theyll handle immediately!) Unit itself very clean & ready to move in! Prices are very reasonable & location of facility is great for me!

Be careful our sons shed broken into. acted like they didnt really care.

I had a unit in Lawrenceburge, KY for about 6 years. My wife and I traveled and needed a place to store some of our house hold items.It is a nice place to store what you need to store. The staff here is great.There are a few problems, make sure you have your own renters insurance or you will be taken to the cleaners with their insurance they will tack on to the monthly rate. Also if your finished using the the unit and leave in the middle of a month you may not get any money back. Their prorated formula for leaving in the middle of the month benefits them and you may not get any money back.

Clean and not run down

Rates raised twice in less than a year and was told it was based on demand while a close friend came in right behind us for far less than we were paying after being there almost a year. After receiving a 3rd notice of a rate increase in the same year (going to $168/m for non temp controlled) we went in and closed things down. If you havent needed the things youll be storing just give, yard sale or throw it away. Itll save you a lot of money. Outdoor lighting was never on at night or never worked as well. For that kind of money, every unit should at a minimum have a light in it.

Called to just get prices. The lady that answered would not listen to what I needed. She kept asking how many bedrooms? I was trying to explain that I just wanted the price of a 10x12 unit that was climate controlled vs the price of the same size that wasnt climate controlled. I have no bedrooms to move into a storage unit, just various items from different parts of the house. All she was doing was trying to find a reason to upsell from what I requested, and wasnt even listening to me in the first place. I told her that I needed the unit for this late summer/fall time and she talked to me like I was absolutely stupid and said there is no way I can give you prices Finally I told her to nevermind that I am going to look elsewhere, because if they wont even listen to my request, and talk to me demeaningly, that I can only imagine how they would act once they had my money, furthermore, I am not going to do business with a company that wont listen to what the customer is trying to say.I would encourage anyone reading this review to go elsewhere based on my experience and the experience of others that have left reviews on here. I will be writing about this experience, and submitting it to the local papers, and this incident will also be on YouTube.

Friendly place, but rates are steadally increasing

I was supposed to be given a refund of $38. I received an email on July 3rd stating I would be receiving a refund, but I still have not received my refund.
