We drove around all day getting quotes and I couldn’t believe how outrageous some of the quotes were, they were double or even triple what Melvin’s shop quoted! Melvin was great, very professional and extremely prompt. I brought my car in with front end damage due to hitting a deer and he worked with my insurance to get everything taken care of since they weren’t on the list my insurance wanted me to use. I wouldn’t have to call for updates or the status of my car. He was always ahead of everything and gave me step by step updates. I definitely recommend this body shop for anyone that’s looking to have work done. When I got my car back I literally broke down in tears. Had a minor mishap with my Lexus and bought it to Alfa by the recommendation of my cousin who recently had his car done but not knowing that Melvin had did my Civic years ago. Needless to say, his customer service hasnt changed and the work rendered is very professional and top quality with honesty and dedication! Price quotes are more then reasonable because quote I got elsewhere was over double. Location maybe hard to find at first because of the turn but just understand that the work that will be done by Melvin and his crew is commendable to years of experience! I hope not to have any accidents in the future but will come back if needed and also highly recommend my family and friends to Alfa!
