I don’t even know where to start. Let’s start by saying WOW. I met Rick by a quick Google search last Sunday afternoon looking for a trustworthy honest reliable reputable and on time mechanic. Rick was quick to come up with a solution with the problem, and offered all of that and so much more. The 24 hours it took him to revive my smashed car, he did it perfectly. Spot on. My jaw dropped when he told me it would be ready in 24 hours. He saved me a weeks worth of stress wondering how I will get to work, and if I came to the right guy. Rest assured, This man and his business will take care of you and your vehicle. With precision in a timely manner for an incredible price. I searched for 6 days all over Atlanta a quote that could top ricks, could not produce one and I doubt you will either. Rick is a star mechanic. Much respect.

Rick is a friendly salesman. I brought a 08 Civic in for driver side front end repair, & to repaint the roof & driver rear quarter panel. The job was done faster than expected, & at first glance, looked pretty good. He polished the passenger headlight to try & match the new driver side one, & even replaced the hood hinges at no extra cost. But, there are some flaws in the craftsmanship. Minor overspray (pictured) on the top windshield seal, inner wheel skirt, & lower grill insert that suggest they painted the parts in place rather than before installation. Also found a few paint imperfections (pictured) on the new hood, new fender, and the repainted drivers rear quarter panel. There was rubbing compound is spots around the car. Paint drops on a couple wheels, & wet sanding residue on areas around the car & wheels as well. Ultimately the car looks better than it did, but its not perfect, but I guess it will do.

Great customer service. The owner Rick came in on a Sunday to replace and exhaust system on my car even though they are generally closed on Sundays. Will definitely be returning for future work!

Cant stress enough how impressed I am with service here. My car was totaled last Friday and we were told that there was nothing more that could be done for my car. The people at Quality Care Auto were able to fix my car for $2,000 dollars less than the damage that had been done to it. My car looks new now, and runs perfectly. The service was extremely kind and helpful, and went to great lengths to make sure my car could be repaired. I will never be able to thank you enough for helping me out.

I came in to get a tuneup, oil change, and fuel injector cleanse. They were quick to discuss the issues with me and get the inspection going. Even when I thought I’d need a new air filter they checked and assured me I didn’t.

This is what true quality service means! We brought Rick our vehicle which for the value was totaled. But given that this car was our daughters only means of transportation he took the job on for a reasonable price. For that I only expected that Rick and his team would get the car road driveable again. But he truly went above and beyond and the car looks now even better than it did before the crash. After going through several paint and body shops with no luck ..my husband found out about this place through a basic search to get his car repainted and fix his front bumper. He told the owner (Rick) his concerns and what other shops recommended .. he (the owner) was very courteous and knowledgeable about his craft and also he was honest about what my husbands expectations should be regarding the work that would be performed... when he picked up his car he was very pleased with the quality of work done. His car looked BETTER than hes ever seen it look.. The only minor issue is that I would like better communication from the owner regarding the process and also letting customers know if he will be out of the office so that customers arent sitting outside of the establishment for long periods of time waiting to pick up their vehicles... But we would definitely come back to this business again.. and recommend all of my friends to this place as well....

I was recommended by a friend to Quality Care Auto by a friend a few weeks ago to do some body repair and mechanical work done on my Mercedes-Benz ML350.Went and get a quote.which was much lest than the 4 other places that Ive been to. I was told by the owner this should take about week. 4 Days later I was called that my vehicle was ready.. Went I went to get my SUV I couldnt believe my eyes,my truck looks spanking new.,all the repairs were done, my truck drives so nice. The staff was very nice and courteous,on that note right now they working on my 745 IL BMW which has some engine problems. BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE!!! I took my car to Rick Cole for body work due to an accident; he was referred by a coworker. He did a horrible job and lied about putting new or refurbished parts on my car. He painted my car and a day or 2 later white compound started coming through the paint, not to mention over spray all over my car. I took my car to him 3 times and each time it seemed worst. He is very dishonest and did not have the decent to make it right. I have reached out to him on several occasions and he failed to settle this issue. I took my car to three other body shops that confirmed he did a terrible job as a business owner. SO PLEASE This is a warning, please do not take your car to him He is very dishonest and did a disservice to me. I only put 1 star because it wouldnt allow me to post it, but he deserves no stars. My plans is to report him to the BBB, expose this on Social Media with pictures and sue him for damages. I feel like you took advantage of me because I am a woman and I will make sure that this does not happen to anyone else.See below pictures of Mr Cole Terrible work !!!! He claimed he bought a new fender which clearly shows he didnt, He use bondo that has cracked in less than a month according to the new body shop that is currently redoing my car. The cloudiness you see in the photos are the bondo coming through the paint, so they are going to have to fix that as well as removing all the over spray from the paint off my car.

I took my car to get an estimate and spoke to Rick... He was very friendly, understanding, and professional. I was apprehensive being a female not wanting anyone to or overcharged me... But I left feeling like he was a brother or a male cousin ... I felt safe in Ricks hands. He gave me an affordable reasonable estimate, unlike the others I went to. I definitely plan on bringing my car to be serviced by him! I will keep you posted on the outcome.... .UPDATE:: AFTER GETTING MY CAR BACK FROM RICK, I REALIZED SOME OF MY PARTS WERE SWAPPED OUT/STOLEN. HE STOLE MY BATTERY (WHICH WAS BRAND NEW. I HAVE A NEW CAR) WITH AN OLD JUNK YARD BATTERY. THE BATTERY WASNT BIG ENOUGH TO POWER MY CAR LEAVING ME AND MY KIDS STRANDED ON THE SIDE IF THE ROAD IN THE COLD. WHEN CONFRONTED, HE LIED AND LATER CAME CLEAN BUT STILL DID NOT REPLACE MY BATTERY. I HAD TO SPEND $230 ON A NEW ONE. HE DID A HALF JOB ON MY HOOD. INSTEAD OF ORDERING A NEW ONE LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD, HE REMOLDED AND REPAINTED THE DAMAGED ONE. YOU CAN STILL SEE THE DRIED UP PAINT AND MY HOOD DOESNT CLOSE ALL THE WAY. HE DIDNT RECONNECT MY HORN TO MY CAR...I AM UNABLE TO USE IT AT ALL! WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE HE SWAPPED THAT I AM UNAWARE OF. I AM SO HURT BECAUSE I TRUSTED HIM AND HE TOOK COMPLETE ADVANTAGE OF ME!! I WAS GOING TO GO WITH A CORPORATE COMPANY INITIALLY BUT DECIDED TO GIVE HIM A CHANCE BEING THST HES A SMALL LOCAL BUSINESS JUST TRYING TO SURVIVE BUT I DEELLY REGRER THAT SYMPATHY LOOKING BACK!! I SPENT OVER $2000 FOR HIM TO FIX MY VEHICLE. **PENDING LAWSUIT** TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE OR MAKE SURE YOU WATCH HIM LIKE A HAWK WITH YOUR CAR. HE IS A LIAR AND CANT BE TRUSTED

This shop was a God send for me and my daughter. My daughter (17yo) has a 2004 Saturn Ion that was in excellent condition that I had only paid $2000 for. Like all teenagers, she made a bad turn and was T-boned on the passenger side rear door. The car was technically totaled even though it was still driveable. I didnt want to take the time or spend a whole lot of money trying to find another car when the damage was not that significant. We called and visited numerous shops in the Lawrenceville area and they all wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to repair. I reached out to a friend and was given the contact info for this shop. I was very pleased with the timely response, the workmanship, and the overall treatment that I received. I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking for an honest and fair mechanic in the Gwinnett area.
