What a fabulously fun and easy way to buy a car! I had a great time working with Dottie Eberhardt. Every time we talked we ended up laughing. I told her the exact car I wanted including the color. Hands down the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I loathe car salesman. I would prefer to walk to work uphill both ways than to step foot onto a car lot and get lied to. Misty was my sales representative and I told her what I wanted and my budget and she found it for me. The vehicle was even delivered to my house. I purchased a vehicle utilizing this service in June(the latter part) and on the day it was delivered to me by the time that I returned home one of the key fobs wasnt operational. I contacted Dottie with this information immediately, but no resolution was reached on my behalf. I was told by her and Hennessy Honda to basically handle this issue on my own. I felt as though they had received their compensation, so they didnt care. I will never ever use their services again. I had to pay out of my pocket(58.71), put miles on my car and my gas and havent made my first payment.

I got a car and the same day i took it home the car was jumping up like a kangaroo i called him he said nothing is wrong with the car. Come to find out it was the torque converter . I know hes a rip off he takes advantage of women thinking we dont know anything. The vehicle i bought frof him was at a dealer i called the dealer and they tell methe vehicle was much cheaper he jacked the price up . He told me one price over the phone and when i git there it was $300.00 higher he said its not his vehicle i ask him if hecan call the car company he said no i had to take that money from my rent. Am from another country the vehicle was under $10.000 he told me he have to get my ss to report to the IRS never heard that before..Tywone told me i have to sign a paper stating an not a terrorist all because i have an accent. I should of walk out his office but being a single parent i was desperate. This man claims he go to church God dont like ugly. Ill pray for you.
