I went to have them check my brake fluid because my brake light came on and I just had my brakes replaced 12 months ago and I do not drive my car very much, so I figured it was the fluid. They said it was fine and pretended like they had other stuff to do while it was not even busy inside and they sent a little girl to look at my fluid. So I went to another place and they told me my fluid was at the minimum line and taught me how to look at it and informed me I needed fluid indeed. I do not recommend, go to a place where the people actually care.

This is my favorite location to find anything I need for my vehicle. The employees are incredibly helpful, they have great inventory and its an overall comfortable environment. Parking lot is easy to get in and out.

The Assistant Manager Jimney handled my situation terribly. I told him my prople and be said what do you want me to do? No apology for giving me incorrect information, no apology for having employees working that are not trained. He has poor customer service skills and I would challenge AutoZone to hire people with better customer service skills. He should be fire for trying to tell me how to speak but didnt know how to address my concern. AutoZone had an employee tell me that my battery had dead cells and needed to be replaced. They tried to sell me a battery for $189 but I took my car somewhere else to buy the battery. The company checked my old battery and told me the battery is perfectly fine. Jimney told me the guy that assisted me was a driver not an associate and he was trying to help he then said what do you want from me??Ive never dealt with such inexperienced staff at Auto Zone before until today.

I came in to the store a couple of days ago to match up a part and get some wiper blades. A fine young gentlemen named Alen matched the part for me in no time. Afterward, he gave me the wiper size I needed, guided me to the wiper section and gave me a thorough explanation on the pros and cons of each wiper blade. I grabbed a jug of the windshield wiper fluid and expected to be on my way out, but even then Mr.Alen offered to install the wipers for me. Haven’t had customer service this good in way too long!

We needed service immediately and we were able to get the part we needed here. We had called ahead and they even put the piece aside for us! A gentleman named Andreas was very helpful and even answered our questions for continued maintenance and what to expect now that we worked on the problem. He was very kind and professional. Would recommend!

Giovanni did a great job of replacing my wiper blades (in the rain)! He also took great care to research and make sure that he found the perfect blades for my car so that he could install them quickly, correctly and on the first try. Definitely recommend.

The lady lied and said the key copy machine was broken when in fact it was brand new. She just did not want to make a copy.

Stopped in because I needed a headlight. Giovanni went above and beyond making sure I first got the right kind and then installing it for me with out me even asking. He was helpful and friendly.

I went to my neighborhood autozone as soon as I heard how sluggish my car started. My husband went inside to inquire if someone would check the battery for us. The person he spoke to just kept asking insignificant questions. My husband came out and told me the gentleman told him to check the dashboard and see what it says, there wasn’t anything on the dashboard so my husband again went inside but again nothing, no help. We decided to go to our mechanic who came out, listened to the car start and noted we needed a new battery, he told us we should go to autozone and they would replace the battery. Told him about our experience and he was so surprised and supportive. We returned to autozone, I went in this time and expressed my disappointment and the findings made. I was treated differently. We purchased our battery, a wonderful young lady replaced the battery for us, she was excellent. The 3 stars are for her.

Now this is for the one in downtown lawrenceville. Not any other location. Why? My engine light along with 2other lights came on. I first went to the auto zone on duluth hwy 120. Im told we cant check that for you. I said well it reads in the window yall can. That man said no not since the virus. But said I could. Handed me the reader n I said I dont know nothing about this thing. Said hook it up. Me-where. Him-under the steering wheel. I went. Couldnt find no place it goes Long story short yall. I left that location in tears. Went to advance auto on the same street. Was told no. Left highly upset. Cause no. One Im 60yrs old. Second Im a single female. I dont know junk bout that stuff. Isnt that why us women go to these places to find out the Problem so we can figure out our next step? It is for me. Finally the 5star location I gave. Was the employee didnt hesitate to check it for me. Very kind. Extremely knowledge and gave me the print out. God bless those who care where they work while others dont give a flip as long as they see a paycheck.

When I walked in the store the manager or key holder looked right at me and didn’t great me. When I stood next in line she took the person that stepped up behind me instead of me. Very rude and when the regular associate asked her for her key for my discount she said make sure you verify the I’d as if I could be I dishonest. Terrible I’ll never come back to this location.

I really enjoyed my visit to this store. They are the only store that will get my business within reason. Associates Albert and Andreas Were top notch with professionalism and customer service. They were both knowledgeable of products and application of products. They really made my visit less stressful than I anticipated. These guys are awesome at the store on South Perry Street in Lawrenceville.

Came from OReilleys after paying nearly $50 for headlight bulbs and they sent a kid out to install them. He went inside to ask for help and they wouldnt. So returned the bulbs and came here. Not only were their prices better, but they actually price matched the bulbs I needed since it was listed in stock but wasnt. They installed BOTH bulbs no problem. Much better experience, Aladdin was courteous and professional and did a great job!

Last night, I was walking home from the hospital I was so cold! I stepped inside and ask a young man,if I could please warm up for a sec? Not all stores are alike this one as soon as you walk in everyone greets you with a smile and happy greeting and the manager Aladdin is super helpful the kind that solves problems and goes the extra mile. You wont regret shopping at this location.

The night before, a kind man flashed me and let me know my taillight was out. I went into Autozone today to get that and some other stuff taken care of. I have a 2005 Nissan Murano and for a while, the steering has been really stiff and the AC didnt work. Albert was the man that helped me put in all that stuff. When I popped open the hood for him he also informed me that I needed some break fluid as well. I wouldnt have known that because Im a fairly new driver and dont know much of anything on how to properly maintain a cars fluids and whatnot. Albert also showed me where the break, power steering, and antifreeze fluids go for future reference so I can put it in myself next time. Thank you Albert for the fantastic customer service and thank you Autozone for the good prices! 😁👍🏼

I stopped there yesterday around 5pm to have my car battery checked. Although it was raining the young man checked it and the alternator and another thing. He was efficient, courteous and quick. He replaced the battery and having purchased it there in 2016 I received a refund. The store is clean the staff friendly and professional and the music pleasant.

On Saturday, I was desperate to find a place that would help replace my brake light. I was traveling a long distance that day and didn’t notice my light was out until late Friday night. I tried going to Pep Boys, but they were so busy that they couldn’t get to my car until late in the afternoon. I drove over to the AutoZone off of 280 Perry Street where I was greeted and assisted by one of the most helpful people, the manager, Hale. He saw that replacing my brake light would not be an easy task with the way my car is designed. But, he grabbed his tools and helped anyway rather than sending me somewhere else...which is what I was expecting. Hale helped replace my light. He was very gracious. This is by far the best AutoZone experience I’ve had. Thank you so much for helping me. It’s hard working people like this gentleman that makes a business truly successful!

Im a college student, so I really appreciate the proximity of this location because it is a convenient drive if something unexpected happens. My car had broke down at the shop, and although the workers on duty are not supposed to work on cars, the integrity of the company really shined through this team of people. They were attentive to my situation, by enlightening me on cheaper alternatives to fix the problem, and even gave me a temporary fix that was highly secure enough to get me 10 mins down the road to my destination. I highly recommend this store to anyone, because throughout every visit, they havent let me down.- Raven

My only complaint (if I can have one) is that it always takes forever to check out. Even if there are 3+ on staff at the checkout, theres never a dedicated person checking out. Its great that the staff is so knowledgeable, but what about the people who know exactly what they want and are ready to buy? It takes way longer than it should every time I stop. With that said, otherwise a great location. Like I said, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

It was late at night and the store was closing within the hour. I had come from a long trip and dropped some information over my sons home and my car wouldnt start. I panicked because I had to get home to my granddaughter! I called Autozone on Perry and I believe I spoke with Raymond. My son gave me a jump and I got to Autozone with barely 30 minutes to spare. Raymond, very knowledgeable and friendly, quickly put in my new battery, was personable and sent me on my way. I got to my granddaughter in record time and all was well. Thank you Raymond!

Great help with replacing my headlight from a worker there. He also upsold me on the electric contact glue. Did not get his name, but I do remember he is from Birmingham, spent many summers in NY, and is/was a music entertainer.
