Terrible customer service! Beware they charge a diagnosis fee. They will make you aware of it after they take your car. On top of that they will add a service fee ... I was at a loss of words, what in the world? They had a diagnostic Fee on top of the labor fee & service fee, all that to change a headlight bulb. I took my car away. When I questioned all their fees, I was told why cant a little guy make $50 here and there when the dealer charges so much more. They are dishonest. I was quoted $175 to change the high beam bulb. Dishonest and Rude customer service. The number of reviews and recommendation do not come close to the level of customer service. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family about the experience I had here.

Raj from SRK is very honest about the work done to your car. I have gotten several different things fixed at SRK including tore issues, small parts, an oil change, and my brakes replaced. Every time I go there, it is a seamless, smooth, and painless repair. They are quick, efficient, friendly, and EXTREMELY reasonable with their prices. Most importantly, they do a great job with anything they do to your car. My family and I have been going to SRK for years, and we have never been given a reason to place our business elsewhere. Very rude customer service. Referred to his customers as the African lady! Instead of properly diagnosing the car, they jump to conclusion that the car needs a new alternator. Mind you, Autozone and another mechanic said the alternator is good. When we refused to accept their diagnosis, they decided to give the car back (blessing in disguise). This appears to be the second time we have had an issue with them. Previously we took our Nissan Pathfinder to get an engine repair for $800 bc they diagnosed it as a engine misfire; but the same week the engine continued to jerk and we ended up going to the Nissan dealership to repair the misfire correctly.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!BAD DIAGNOSING!JUST NOT GOOD!Edit (response to owner):I added the photo of the vehicle that I purchased for my mother (this person he called the African lady) at his shop. I own 3 vehicles and this one was gifted to my mother and to say we don’t have money is the most disrespectful thing you can say about your customer especially considering how much people are struggling these days. Nonetheless, I’ll take the high road, you are terrible, you called to intimidate me saying you would sue me but stopped when I told you had a lawyer and you should have yours call mine! Now you are saying we don’t have money when in fact I make just over 11k a month, we can afford your little business but we won’t pay for bad service! PERIOD!

I came in to get a tuneup, oil change, and fuel injector cleanse. They were quick to discuss the issues with me and get the inspection going. Even when I thought I’d need a new air filter they checked and assured me I didn’t. That’s the transparency you want in a mechanic.It was nice to feel like they didn’t want to add unnecessary work and they were quite affordable and prompt. Good work, great price, punctuality, solid communication.They have my trust and I absolutely have a go-to mechanic now. :)

I found SRK Auto Service about 2 years ago and Im so happy I did. Any major work on my car is performed by them. I have never had a issue with the service that I have received. In fact their service is so good that I drive from South Atlanta for them to work on my car.

I was very concerned with my AC system, and was needing to have it replaced. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at an auto shop. They are all extremely nice and professional. The part that I had ordered from Amazon was apparently not compatible with my car. That did not deter the mechanic who was focused on solving my problem. After realizing it would be very difficult to find the component, he very creatively took apart my old broken door handle and the new door handle that was slightly incompatible and he installed the working component to my old door handle fixing the problem permanently. I was thrilled with their service and prioritizing execution and performance over just getting paid.

I had the Waterpump and Thermostat replaced by Raj and team on my sons BMW 328Xi.Not only they did this very professionally and punctually, they did it at an unbelievable price compared to any other quotes I got for the same work.I supplied the OEM parts and they were prompt with the service.I would definitely recommend them to any car services/repairs.

Amazing fast service at an very good price. I had my cracked Prius front bumper replaced for $150 in about an hour and 20 min. I brought the part with me which I had purchased t from amazon for $179 and used SRK through amazon “home services” for installation. Great shop, very nice honest people! It is very far drive from the city but overall it was worth it. I am sure I saved hundred of dollars as any other body shop would have charged $500-600 for the whole thing. Very happy!

Toyota dealer and other auto service companies were ridiculously high for both part and installation.Service was exceptional from initial phone contact through completion of work. I got my car serviced with these gentleman and the whole process went perfect. I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up that same day after work. The pickup time/day could very depending on your type of service obviously but I got my clutch replaced so to be able to pick up on the same day was awesome. The tech that worked on my car showed me exactly what the issue was with my old part and took the time to explain the process to me. Their prices are VERY reasonable compared to others so I highly recommend them to any one.

I recently brought in my BMW for starter replacement. Their pricing was about $150-$200 less than my local repair shop. Based on their other positive reviews decided to have them do the repair. I came across an ad on Craigs list for a Honda insight at a very good price. I set up a meeting time and both my husband and my daughter went with me to look at the car. I was worried about meeting someone with so much cash in hand. I was relieved to see it was a brick and mortar auto service, and felt very safe. The man was nice, respectful, straitforward and thorough. We bought with car with no need for price negotiation because his asking price was more than reasonable. 2 weeks later we drove the car to Florida and it ran great, still does. I bought a Toyota Camry there 2 years ago and it has been a fantastic car. It was in great mechanical shape and physical shape. I have not had any mechanical issues with this car at all. Awesome service. Got my brake rotors and pads replaced for a good price. Dropped my car off, had no wait. Came back 2 hours later and the car was ready to go. Before I dropped my car off, my tire pressure lights were on, after picking up, the light was off due to them adding air to tires without being asked. Car is running smooth now. Highly recommend.

I bought a car from RAJ when I first moved to Georgia 3 years ago. The car was an older model which I expected it to have problems here and there. RAJ sold me the car for a good price and throughout the three years I have had the car, I only needed a few minor repairs which I took it back to their shop and they fixed it an affordable price. Raj and the crew are fantastic! I called on a Friday after 2:pm and explained that my regualr mechanic stated that I needed an Alternator. I was concerned about the diagnosis so I thought I would contact a professional shop locally here in Lawrenceville. After explaining the problems I was having with my car, the Owner at SRK Auto asked me to drop by and have the technician look over the car and find out if it indeed needed an alternator. Good thing I did this. To make a long story short, SRK auto not only found the problem but fixed it before 5PM and within my budget. Thankfully the Alternator was fine. The repairs were successfully done as well as a much needed engine cleaning as suggested by the Owner. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who has been burned by a Dealership or mobile mechanic by preforming unnecessary repairs just to make a quick buck. I purchased a used car from the agency very recently. The from the test drive to the transaction these guys were a pleasure to work with will definitely keep this place in mind for future business.

I had my car serviced for a starter at the Honda dealer and when I went to pick up the vehicle I was told that I need brakes for about $450 for 4 wheel pads and front rotor cutting. My sixth sense told me to get another opinion and I was glad I did. He (Altin and Raj) put the car on the lift and in a few minutes were ready to bring it down. I asked what happened, thinking that there were special parts and or other things they could not fix. They both concurred and said to me that the brakes were good for probably another 8-10K miles. Total charges for the repair $0.00 along with a free can of soda. I highly recommend him and there arent too many shops out there that will walk away from easy money, he could have easily sold me brakes but his attitude is what makes the difference. I drove for an hour from Marietta because I had A/C trouble and SRK reviews we so positive. I called and they fit me in on a Saturday. Altin is fantastic mechanic and Raj is Great to deal with. I cannot say enough abot how honest they are. There is no bait and switch and was well worth the drive and I will be using them again.. It is hard to find an honest Repair shop and very fair priced. Do not hesitate to use them, you will not be dissapointed.

My BMW was overheating. Left the BMW dealership after they tried to sell me a 3 hour diagnostic. Saw the good reviews on SRK and took a chance. Good decision.. Just had a fan clutch assembly and thermostat replaced by SRK (all parts and labor) for $449. That final price was actually $75 less than SRKs estimate. The work was done quickly. Most importantly, the overheating problem was solved.

Referred to them to fix A/C. Replaced the compressor in my wifes car with new parts and did an EVAP cleaning for hundreds less than any competitor. Drove an hour just to get there, and they were able to do it same day, phenomenal job. Id use them for everything.

Was so happy to hear that I can order my parts from amazon and have a place local in my area install it .....to good to be true .....ordered the part from amazon and to my surprise I can pay extra to have it put on.... SRK Auto was the repair guys and I was so excited bragging about how amazon has it going on and that Im getting my repairs done all through them...Well I was charged $125.00 through amazon it has the listing of the part thats getting installed for my vehicle well when I spoke to Raj he told me different he said thats wrong they go by car size? This is 2018 so what is listed in detail wasnt detail enough on SRKs part ...the $125 is for a smaller car he said and my mini van would be $175????? bait and switch not honorable at all ...Ive read all the reviews saying how great they had it here I guess it didnt last ....I will let people know of this for they are amazons go to through the website Dont bother with them online the price isnt what they say it is and Raj for your information a mini van has the same setup as a car wheel size and all that is why they were priced the same ..its not an SUV sir ...Even the Amazon people questioned that you were wrong. And you can list a higher price because if I add a second wheel bearing the price increases ..see for yourself...and I see the names of people that got good service....guess I dont qualify

Super honest & my new car mechanic Go-To!!! Firestone in Lawrenceville wanted us to pay over $800 for a camshaft sensor literally after running several diagnostic test and even giving me a print out. I decided to stop in AutoZone and they recommended a couple reliable car repair mechanic shops. I called and they were able to see me immediately. I drove to SRK Auto Services and within ten minutes of looking under the hood they asked me to step into the shop to take a look and showed me the sensor had been unplugged. Wow. Absolutely unbelievable! These guys could have given me a run for my money and fed me a bunch of B.S. but instead they were super honest and helped us out tremendously! You DO NOT find this very often nowadays... Autozone referred them and we looked up and saw they had a 5 star review with over 70 reviews in total! I see why they have such great ratings and I will be definitely bringing my car to SRK Auto Service from here on. I suggest you do too!THANK YOU SRK!!!! :))

Buyer BEWARE!!!! I purchased a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer from the owner Ray at SRK Auto Service. He claims to be a mechanic and to work on cars and sells them as an auto broker. He said this about the Trailblazer: Powerful Strong Running Engine, Mechanically Sound, Clean Exterior, Clean Interior, All essential mechanical systems are in solid working order leaving you with years between any required maintenance. WHAT A JOKE! I have only had this vehicle for 3 weeks! I dont even have the tags yet! My three kids and I went on vacation over the weekend. Sidebar: this was our first vacation since my husband passed away last year. We had to stop TWICE because the vehicle was overheating. The second time it overheating and making engine noises and I had to leave it at the mechanic. Got the call the next day . . . BLOWN HEAD GASKET! UNBELIEVABLE! Do not trust Ray or his fraudulent SRK Autoservice! I contacted him and he has offered no help whatsoever! I am now in the process of contacting an attorney! For the sake of your safety and your finances, STAY AWAY FROM RAY AND SRK AUTOSERVICE!!!!

My first experience with SRK exceeded my expectations. I took my car there to have my AC recharged. I thought I may have had a leak, as my air conditioner hasnt worked in years. As it turned out, I didnt need anything! It is now blowing ice cold! Raj let me know about my serpentine belt getting ready to break! He took care of that and replaced all my lights in the same visit! I will be sure to use his services again in the future!

Purchased used car from business owner and been having nothing but trouble out of car the car first my alternator went out in first week then there is a blown head gasket that he did not mentioned at all so I have to put oil in car every other week then on top of that there is a bug infestation up under the seats, I tried bombing car but there are still here I googled the bugs and they are called carpet beatles and they are eating my carpet up in the back seat I didn’t notice none of the bugs when I first bought car because he had it cleaned as if there was no problems, I brought it to his attention and all he tells me is that it is a used car and there’s nothing he can do about it . Was very disrespectful to me and my wife don’t recommend no one doing business with this guy he a scammer and con artist
