CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. There is always an associate waiting to serve you. Even through out the store, I can find an employee to help me. And the managers always go out of their way to help. If the item I want is not on the shelf, they always go in the back to see if they one. I appreciate that a lot.

I am giving five stars to Cynthia. She is extremely professional and sweet. Immediately when I walked up she was helpful. I’m glad she took the time to listen to my concern. I liked her friendly demeanor and can-do attitude. I’m so grateful that she was here today to assist me with an important matter. She went above and beyond to help me understand Target’s procedures and policies. In addition I can tell she is extremely savvy with the computer. Cynthia also provided me some information I would need in the future. Yes I would recommend this Target location.

I love Target & go there a lot. I was looking for a bookcase...nothing fancy & found exactly what I needed.

Very clean target. No complaints. Large checkout area. Seemed fully stocked up. Staff around every corner if you need help. Alot of clearance items ❤ great low prices. The bathroom was clean.👍 the paper dispenser didnt work but thats not a big deal. It was a touch dispenser maybe they didnt want eryone touching it and spreading germs.

I normally dont leave reviews, but my experience today was so wonderful I had to share it! This Target is my go-to for back-to- school shopping. The usually have everything I need within two hours. I picked up some makeup before I picked up my online order and the line moved so quickly. A wonderful gentleman checked me out remotely so I didnt wait long at all! Pick up is always so quick and easy and today was no exception. Jalen acknowledged me as soon as I got to the service counter and retrieved my pickup order in a flash! His genuine friendliness and positive attitude was the highlight of my experience!

The Lawrenceville Target store is well stocked and clean. The staff are helpful and courteous. I was shopping at a time that was not very busy which was nice. During that time the staff was restocking and cleaning. However, when I had a question they were very courteous and helped me.

Today I met two of the friendliest young people working at a store. The store was Target. Im not a regular shopper at this store (Walmart is where I usually shop) but no more . I stopped an employee named Shauna to ask a question this young lady was not only friendly, she was knowledgeable and extremely helpful about Targets sales and bonus and whatever other questions I had related to Targets stock At check out I was served by another friendly and helpful young man named Sean-Pierre he was so welcoming and helpful. These two people amazed me and Im not easily surprised by people. I had to let someone know what gems you have working for Target. I decided to make Target my go to store and I plan to let my friends know about my experience at Target today.

Do not come here management was following me around looking at me like I was going to steal. Kept asking me questions. If you wanna shop and feel comfortable don’t shop here. I felt like I was being watched and accused for possibly stealing I will never come back.

The workers are very helpful. Byron was very helpful, made sure I had what I was looking for.

Fast and easy shopping experience with an excelent selection. Even with back to school shoppers the check out process was a breeze and very fast.

Had to return a pair of shoes. No waiting for that and they refunded back to my card. Very pleasant professional associate handled the transaction quickly.

Customer service at Starbucks the lady Stephanie did not greet us she just stared at us and I had to say hey twice for her to say hey back. Then we order grande in venti cups with extra wip and extra wip and usually they just fill up the cup but she was trying to be funny because I made her speak to us! Then when it was the to get our drinks the lady in front of is asked where the straws were so I just gave her one of our straws cause it wasnt any sitting out, and I asked the guy for another straw and he said another one ! Like yes I gave mine away! Idk whats the attitude problem here but Cobb would never!!!

Customer service is exceptional. I called about the availability of an item and the staff member not only went to look for it, but took it to the service counter to hold it for me. I needed two of item (a book) and she could only find one. When I went to pick it up, she had later gone and found another one. What a surprise when I got to the store. To me this was going the extra mile for a customer. She happened to be at the service desk when I went to pick up. Her name is Marjora. I think she needs to be recognized. This was at the Lawrence, GA store on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd.

I had an amazing experience that I never had before coming to the target location in Lawrenceville store # 0747! Mr. Dean greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me find the right gift I needed for my son because the other toy I wanted was sold out after I asked him it was still available when I saw it online. I became so relieved because not only was he nice but he was also patient and listened to my concern! Please reward him, thank you!

Dont get me wrong I like Target but....when you search on the baby gift registry and it directs you to an aisle where the item is located, the aisles and not clearly marked. Some of the aisles have plaques for an aisle location tab but they are blank. If you cant mark all of the endcaps at least put an online map or something.

They are extremely caring and sensitive people. They help with my pets. My pets are at ease with the Dr. He is very nice with them. He is very responsible on his prices.

One of the more pleasant Targets to go to. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful. The place seems to be stocked pretty regularly and is very well-organized. I’m usually in and out within 15 minutes.The Starbucks is decent (but who really goes to Target for their coffee?... and what serious coffee drinker really goes to Starbucks?)There’s usually plenty of nearby parking too as a bonus :)

This is a conveniently located Target near my residence. They typically have a good selection and variety of items. They even have a Starbucks inside even though there is a Starbucks across the street in another shopping plaza. Due to COVID, when you first walk in they offer to wipe your carts down to be sanitized and they have a sanitizing station that also offers free masks, etc. Good customer service and well organized and stocked shelves considering with the pandemic. I will say that the bathroom had an odor and I wished they would provide toilet seat covers so we dont have to use toilet paper to protect ourselves from the toilet seat. Overall, this is a good location to do your shopping at and my children and I love Target! There are many different stores and restaurants located around this particular location and even a movie theater.

Out dated manuel hand towel dispenser WITHOUT any towels are u kidding me and can they get an automated sensor faucet during this pandemic

Watch out when buying fruits from here. We found a tiny screw in a banana from here. We got lucky the way we feed our daughter is tooscrape the banana with a spoon otherwise we would have blended it up and maybe not have seen it. BEWARE!!!!

I live very close to this location so I frequent it quite often. I love coming to this store it’s always clean and organized. Today I had a very difficult return and Broderick was amazing he was very understanding and patient with me even though it was at the end of his shift. Thank you Broderick for being a superstar employee !

So my mother and me went to buy a few cleaning products for a cheaper price since we had a coupon app. Well, it turns out that these employees do not want to help us. When we needed help in the self check out line, they were sooooo rude. The two ladies even started talking trash about us right behind our back. This young man was the only one who was polite and helpful. Target needs to step up their game and teach their employees to be nice to the people who pay their bills.

Always clean and well staffed, never have to wait in line long to checkout. If the lines build up there management just opens more lanes. I’ve been helped by one of the department managers before about a vacuum, even though it wasn’t her department she talked to my partner and I about it for a while. Her radio kept going off with them asking for her and she still kept her attention to us. Great customer service!

This Target is ok. I’ve been to this one a lot of times and when I’m still in the store shopping and going to the checkouts, some of the employees get in my business about me still being in the store until I leave for when my ride comes, like Nawrin is especially in my business and asking goofy questions about me in the store too long along with some other employees. Overall and all I prefer Walmart because nobody gets in my business about me being there too long

Just another Target.. No Shirts No pants No socks, No Anything for BIG AND TALL MENThe Halloween selection was borderline pitiful.We also ran into one of the worse Employee attitude weve ever experienced when we tried talking to her with questions about the different Amazon Fire Sticks and also simple questions concerning Cameras.

The associate that brought me my order was very nice, masked, kept a great distance, and told me to have a wonderful day. I was very impressed with how courteous she was as well as how quickly she retrieved my items.

They have a great selection of things for your home and family. Great sales, and a large selection of brands so you have a range of prices and quality. Even the low end brands are of good quality.

Tried to buy a toy for my son that is sold at Walmart and has been for the last 3 weeks. Try to check out was denied at the self checkout the girl came over and said dont worry well sell it to you anyways. Did then only have another manager come over and snatch it out of my bags telling me no we cant sell you this even though it was on the Shelf with a price tag, embarrassing me and my five-year-old son in front of everybody

Convenient, good store hours, ample, parking, they will open lines when it gets busy and they have unique things at great prices. No warm and fuzzy from the employees though. I always feel like I am bothering them by shopping there. They need to work on that.

Cashier took my 20% off coupon and said it had been applied. After checking my receipt I noticed that it hadn’t & asked her to just return my coupon so I could use it in the future... she wanted to debate that it had already been applied and I could just go to customer service. And when I asked her to show me the discount on the receipt, she said it wasn’t there... DUH because you didn’t apply it. Train your employees so they can properly do their EASY job and stop getting attitudes with people because they’re incompetent.

Manager Tammy is the single best, most helpful customer service Ive experienced at ANY establishment in retail! They better take good care of this lady, or I may steal her! :) JK - BUT A++ all the way! Thank you Tammy!

Price was totally different at register even when I told register and manager had to back get a picture to prove was price was telling them. Other stores would have changed price.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best Target stores I have ever been to and Im glad I went. Being new in the area I had no knowledge of where anything was in the store. I walked in and Bam huge!But there was an employee who walked up to me and said can I help you find something? and I told her the different things I had on my list - I had 5 things. Her name was Alexis. she was so helpful!! she walked me to where I needed to find things. I found everything on my list! And I was only there 25 minutes.I had expected to be at least an hour trying to find stuff and I was so pleased! The manager must be a very good leader to have such good staff being so helpful. I saw other Target staff helping people find what they needed to find being very pleasant and I was delighted it was a great shopping experience. And I usually hate to shop because I dont like the way I get treated ( lots of places treat you really badly if youre not just in your twenties) today (9/23/18) was wonderful!Thanks to the nice young woman who helped me who was so pleasant, looked in my eyes and spoke to me with a smile she was wonderful. And thanks to the leadership that make them feel valued as employees.

So I went in today before work, and I was super impressed, the store was immaculate, and there was alot of disinfecting going on, and very courteous. I wish I could buy all my goods from here. Bring back some super targets. But your store rocks.

I have placed and picked up several on line orders through my neighborhood Target. The process has ALWAYS gone smoothly and the personnel have ALWAYS been polite and friendly. I can recommend on line purchasing from Target to any and everyone.

This was one of the best Target stores I have ever been to. From mine and my wife’s purchase at the inside Starbucks to the shopping in the store everyone was just so very nice. We had 5 (we started to count) Target reps ask us “how we were doing and if we needed anything” and each one had on a smile and genuine look like they cared.

The employees were super helpful but when I arrived home I found one of the items I purchased had been retaped with far less contents than what I had paid for...It is difficult for me to travel as a partially crippled person so I just considered it a lesson learned...

I was notified when the item was ready. When I arrived the associate retrieved the item quickly and it was just as I ordered. Great Service!

Pick up orders usually take the full 2 hours to be ready. I do like that this location isn’t too packed when I need to make a quick visit, there are multiple self check out lanes in addition to lanes with cashiers.

UPDATE:They redid the entire store and it is so much more organized now. It is a much more pleasant shopping experience still struggle now and then and understand that people just dont seem to want to put clothes back where they belong but I see more employees doing their best to keep it organized.In general I like this store. But the one section that I mainly come for (baby/toddler clothing) is ALWAYS a mess. I can come in the morning or afternoon and it is always messy. I spent 15 minutes this afternoon trying to bring some order to the clothing that I was looking through just to be able to find something. Nothing is ever where it is supposed to be and everything looks like they just throw it over there. While I was there today most of the people that walked through were complaining about how messy it always is. I usually end up leaving with nothing and having to just shop online. I think if they can keep the older kids section organized they should be able to keep this section organized. Beyond that the staff doesnt really ever care to help, except this one old lady who is quite over zealous and always wants to touch your kids and talk about her grandchildren (it was endearing at first but it got to the point where I would run when I saw her because she would hold you there to talk forever and keep touching my baby).

I was very satisfied with the service. No hassles at all. Would definitely use it again.

Target has friendly staffs that greets you and ask if you need assistance. Things are usually very oganized making it easy to find, and very clean. Checkout wait time is decent, there are no long lines except around major holidays.

The staff here is so friendly and accommodating. I really enjoy shopping to this Target. The Starbucks bar is great as well. Nice way to begin or end a shopping trip.

Irritated... Went to pay my Target bill at the customer service desk. The young lady asked how much I was paying. I told her the amount. She repeated another amount, I told her no and repeated the correct amount again. I usually pay cash but I was using my debit card this time. Transaction was done.. I get home look at my drafts, the young lady did the amount she quoted. NOW I have to go back up to this store and complete the payment. Im so glad I was just paying my bill early. Grrrr.

I have been a Target shopper for well over 20 years. Selection of merchandise, pricing, quality, customer service...all reasons I am very satisfied.

Did a online order for pickup paid $2.99 for deodorant & why did they put a .35 oz in my bag?! Why is that small?! Im not happy with this product. Who so ever picked this up & placed it in my bag needs their head examined. I will return this!

Clean store with a Starbucks in it

My first time ordering online and picking up an item in store. I absolutely love this feature. I was unable to pick it up but they allowed you to put another name on the order for pick up. So my friend picked up the item and I had to pay no shipping and ordering fees.

Clean store, helpful employees, everyone is very friendly and always takes time to say hello.

The quality and the price is always on par. I particularly love the drive up service because I am currently unable to walk. I do all my shopping there that way now and the customer service is amazing. I love Target.

The absolute WORST customer service experience I have been a loyal red card holder since 2014 and never have I experienced such rude obnoxious treatment.. the front store manager Cynthia refused to help me because she said she was busy but she also tried to whisper to her cashier rude comments about me in my face.I am in the customer service field and her actions are a clear NO NO. she is a lawsuit waiting to happen I would advise better customer service training.. If Cynthia is the face of Target I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. Please do better..

Killed it with the notebooks while school shopping! They were only 17 cents a piece (got 4 regular notebooks and a Captain America: Civil War notebook) and I could always use some notebooks to keep my drawings in. I could grab like 10 of those if I could. And they even had lots of other nice school supplies at low prices. Did I mention they got erasers shaped like pencils? Yes I did. Worth every penny!

I can do all my shopping here and it’s more comfortable than Walmart is. Also I always leave with something not on my list and I love it.

I accidentally left the welcome mat that I purchased at the bottom of the cart, as soon as I reached home, I realised it. I called in to see if the cart was outside, and the lady said that they’ve already been cleared, sorry. They could have replaced it, it was a clearance mat, and I made a decent purchase.

Associate was helpful and quick to find my order. Online representative (Tony!) was the main reason for my purchase today and he was extremely helpful.

Considering it was the xmas holiday season...the store was busy but not crazy, staff was professional and helpful and i picked up my online order with ease. I also LOVE that this Lawrenceville/Suwanee store has self check-out!...unlike my usual store in Snellville, where the wait is ALWAYS long and theres no self check-out option.

Shopping at Target is so much more pleasant than other stores: such as Walmart. The checkout lady was very pleasant, as well.

My preference is the target at the Mall of Ga, but this one was ok. I was looking for sample sizes of a particular shampoo, but this location didnt have them. We did not have to wait long in the self check out line. Shortly after get in the line, we were directed to go to the customer service area. The rep was friendly and pretty efficient.

The Lawrenceville store is very quick! Employees are nice and they care. This is the go to drive up store.

The staff were super helpful with my online order pickup. In total, I bought not one, not two, but THREE bookshelves and each time I was awed by how helpful the staff were, especially when we were loading them into my small car. Thank you!!!
