They are very professional and are amazing at what they do. They did an embroidery robe for my husband and it is more beautiful then I imagined. If your looking for to have any printed work done, do not hesitate to check them out. You will not be disappointed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called for a last minute job which I completely understand if they would have declined the job but instead they said they could help. I spoke with a guy name Joey who was sarcastic and rude. I am a first time customer so I wanted a clear understanding of what to expect and how the order would be completed/processed but instead he was rushing me and made me feel silly for reasonable questions that I was asking.I wouldnt recommend them for anything because the customer service I experienced was horrible. You should not be able to treat anyone like that. I dont know if he felt that he was doing me a favor by accepting a job later in the day, I am still a paying customer and expect to be treated as one.

I emailed them directly asking for a t-shirt with a specific picture on it that I provided myself & not only did they respond quickly, but they got it done in a little over an hour. I was blown away! Great place to order your custome tshirt!

We ordered shirts from Joey for our organization. We couldnt be happier with how the polos turned out. They had to digitize our design for it to be embroidered. The only picture we had of our logo was blurred when zoomed in, but they were able to work with it! After seeing the proof this morning, they were able to priortitize our order so my team and I had the polos for our event tomorrow! I have heard so many great reviews about Instant Imprints and after my experience I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Just walked in to surprise my husband with his own personal company T-shirts’. Since I’m not in the embroidery business and never have done this myself, I had questions. The owner or whoever the gentleman I was speaking to was EXTREMELY RUDE. He made it very clear he was too busy to assist me, answer any question or concerns I had and otherwise occupied for my business. He seemed annoyed and spoke to me as if I was brainless. Than when I addressed his demeanor, he stormed off. Very unprofessional. Do not do business here !!!

Great customer service, and terrific end product.Rather than just take my money for a project that was not going to be top quality, Joey, advised me that due to the size of my image (that I submitted) the quality of the finished product was going to be poor. So I ultimately did not do the direct to garment transfer. With this business, customer satisfaction supersedes a quick sale. I was very impressed with their honesty.

Owner extremely rude will not let you finish a sentence without interrupting with his oppinion of what happened, order 12 shirts, 6 mediums and 6 larges and they are shrinking almost a full size, sent them an email they said bring it back and we will take care of if, so I order an business sign and waited to take care of the shirts matter and I went to pick up the sign, dude is one drugs, was speaking to me very loud saying if my worker aint gonna take care of the shirts the proper way thats not his problem ...So he screams we dont have to do business anymore, so I said fine there is plenty of printing places ! Not the right way to do business, crazy ass guy !!!!
