We went to buy some nose pins and nose ring but the girl over there was soo rude. If we are paying for the stuff we buy then it’s their duty to answer our questions. She got sooo irritated and snatched all stuff from us and put In back without asking us. Because when we came last time she was busy on her phone and same thing happening again she wanted to use her phone that’s why she didn’t want to spend her time on her clients, which is very unprofessional.

Wanted to get my daughters nose pierced for Christmas, says open till 9 and they are closed at 7:30!!! Terrible wasted an hour and half!!! In the holiday season and you close at 7!! Not cool. Will tell all people I know to NOT come here!! Terrible just terrible!!

Do not EVER go here under any circumstance. every review on here is so right. I went at 10:20 and nobody was there so they had to get someone else to help me. The jewelry packaging says it’s “steel” and “safe material” and SAFE to say it’s not. my nose is currently having a terrible reaction but they told me that there’s no refunds no matter what. They’re literally lying about what they’re selling. Also, the guy who ended up helping me was insanely rude and barely wanted to speak to me.

I do not recommend Body Jewelry under any circumstance. I went here on Monday to get my nose pierced. The young lady Mia was very rude and brass when asked a question about the process. Need les to say, I proceeded with the piercing only to return a few days later with complications. When I arrived at the kiosk at 10:30 no one was there. The Pretzel shop called the young lady and old her she had a patron at the kiosk which prompted her to return to the booth. After explaining to her why I was there and asking her several times to call her manger she refused. When she did “text” the owner. He said he was busy and refused to speak with me. I was there for over an hour and a half until Mia finally decided to come in and correct an error she caused.Say yourself from bad customer service, drama, infections and headache. This place should not be in Business and they have no post care plan in place in the event you have to return after a piercing.

Don’t go over here for piercings. When I got my nose pierced over here the jewelry started sinking into my skin and my skin started healing over the nose piece.
