On May 19th, I purchased a new laptop through school with financial aid. Im pretty sure the school gave me a used/refurbished laptop. Its so laggy, and my old laptop thats about 9 yrs old runs better. Ive tried everything. I emailed the school if they accept returns for electronics, and they said no unless it refused to turn on but mentioned a 1-year manufacturers warranty. Well, I checked Dells website for it. Lo and behold, the warranty ends on October 20, 2021. Yes, October 20, 2021, NOT May 19, 2022. I then tried to register the warranty, thinking it might help. Nope, Dell refuses to let me transfer it because I dont have the previous owners info. I cant contact Dells customer service either because I need to register my laptop first. I couldve used that money for something that works.

My daughter is taking dual enrollment classes so we have to visit the bookstore every semester. It’s ran by students so you can take that with a grain of salt. Some staff are nice and some are indifferent.They are usually helpful however so if you need help finding a book, they are a great resource. If you aren’t unsure of what books that you need, you can print a copy of your schedule right in the bookstore.They also sell snacks if you want to grab a quick bite or a quick drink before or during class.

Very friendly people I am friends with most of them. And they are super helpful. Best campus bookstore and the prices are very fair.

They had what I needed and if they didn’t they were able to order it as needed.

All the books that are new are supposed to have plastic wrapping over. Apparently that is no longer the case, it can have marks on it and still be considered new.Also, it is one thing to have friendly customer service; asking if I need help is very much appreciated. It is entirely different when you are forced to being helped. If I say No, thank you, that means I dont need help. Also, insulting me for not exactly memorizing the textbook title will not win you any points either!

Customer service is Good. Friendly staff.I had to give it 2 stars because the operational hours are terrible if you are a working adult. They close before i can get through rush hour traffic. They arent open on Saturday. How can i expect to get in here without taking time off work?

I go here at least once every week. It has plenty of items a student would need, allot of verity. It can get crowded quickly, but the staff are nice and do a great job with answering questions and helping find things.
