The place to shop for all your scout stuff, very helpful staff .If you are a new Scout parent or leader, the staff will guide you and help you find all that you need whether its uniform, books, insignia or camping stuff etc.

The staff here continues to be absolutely wonderful. The gentleman who helped me today (I believe hes the manager) was patient and helpful as always. Just a year ago, I remember how he helped me figure out what I needed as a new den leader and today, as I was shopping for many Scouts at once for some of my neighbors, he stood by ready to assist and make suggestions. I cant speak highly enough about the service at this location.

Im very disappointed with how our Advancement Coordinator has been treated at the Lawrenceville location on her past few visits.Every year, our Pack purchases neckerchiefs & slides to graduating Scouts as a gift upon completing the Scout year. Prior to the remodel she had purchased most of what we needed, including several yellow Wolf neckerchiefs. There was no signage, nor did anyone give her the courtesy of advising her that these would be discontinued.After the remodel, she needed to purchase an additional Wolf neckerchief, only to discover they had changed the color to red. Obviously, we want all the boys in a den together to match so she approached an employee to see what could be done. The employee was very uninterested in assisting. He refused to exchange the yellow neckerchiefs, even with a receipt, as they were discontinued. He did not offer to help her locate a yellow one from another location or a website.The end result is that our Pack had to repurchase all red neckerchiefs for our Scouts. Money that couldve been spent on our Scouts for a fun activity or to be put back into the community. This is yet another example of many where I love the program material from BSA, but the corporate aspect of BSA is completely broken that is only concerned with financial gain.

Helpful, honest people. Just what you would expect from Scouts.

I see how many people made a mistake rating this store with their troop or Boys Scouts in general. But my experience at this store is always wonderful, recently I purchased a pants and for some reason it tore so easily, so I call the store and spoke with the manager she told me to bring the receipt and the damage pants, she took a look at the pant’s damage and she replaced it immediately. Thank God she understood the situation and my son has he’s pants replaced. Also they are always there trying to help people to find exactly what they need, I highly recommend this store feel free to stop by and have a wonderful shopping. God bless!!!

Incredible customer service!There are typically Boy Scouts working in the store and they always go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need. Everyone is very kind and gracious. I am very pleased with how well the store is run. Great work!

Josh was an awesome help. My only issue is having to wear a mask to enter.

Think My son is done with scouts all together, not only was his troop this year so disorganized. We paid dues and his troop did nothing at all! Plus no one gave us any assistance on his derby car, but now they are getting politically involved. SMH.

I registered my son on August,they took my my money from my bank account on August. At the end of September I called because I didnt get any response.A guy who in charge that told me I would got call on October. But until they stared I still didnt got any response . I kept calling them and left my message . No body called me back all the time!!! Its ridiculous !!! Finally today I called the guy told me they will give me my money back. Thats it! What a horrible organization ! How they work there everyday??? Im so angry!!!
