I ordered birthday flowers this morning over the phone from PA to be delivered to my sister. Spoke with Brandon, he was extremely helpful. It’s just 10 minutes after noon and these beauties arrived ! She’s thrilled and so am I.!!!I asked for Stargazer lilies and roses and that’s exactly what I got!!Thank you Brandon. You are my go to Florist for my family down in GA.Excellent turn around time too. That’s how things get done!!!

Will definitely use them again. They were friendly and professional also very helpful as it is hard for me to make up my mind but Brandon took the time to explain to me what my wife might like and she was very happy with the flowers they delivered. Beautiful local florist shop in Downtown Lawrenceville. Impressed with the gift items in shop, but mostly, the beautiful floral designs and freshness and quality of their flowers. And...as the picture indicates...a wonderful variety as well! I always prefer to have the florist design the bouquet or arrangement (rather than order off a standard design) and they do such a lovely job! I will definitely be a regular customer.

The quality and look are 100% beautiful. I got flowers delivered for my moms birthday, and she was VERY impressed with the quality. 5 stars for how well done the flowers are.However, what loses a star for me is what we got compared to what was ordered. The website shows the picture I attached, vs the picture of the arrangement we got. I was expecting a little more color pop like with the stock photo showing red roses and lavender. Otherwise very well done. Recommend updating website if they dont depicte accurate portral of the final product.Edit: The response from the owner is understandable and a good comprimise that was made to make up for the lack of needed flower. It is such a nice arrangement I am putting my review to 5 star to reflect the quality rather than a small mishap.

Lovin florist delivery flowers for my son grave since 2006 with no problem ever..I wasnt aware of them selling the business until last week when the new owner contacted me about some outstanding bill.. I explain I was always contacted before the flower was delivered to the grave site as acourtesy...The new owners delivery flowers several time with no call. I didnt even receive a bill. He call months later about $300 I owe him. I try to explain to him.. I couldnt get a word in with him yelling ..He was very rude and hang the phone on me. No compassionwhat so ever..👎🏼

I even requested that they add some lilies that were not in the arrangement I had seen and they added several. I called today to order some flowers to be delivered to my mother this week for Mothers day. I asked for a fresh cut for around $50.00 and in addition to that I asked for two small corsages made of carnations to also be delivered with the flowers to wear to church for mothers day. I was told that the minimum for the fresh cut arrangement was $65.00. I went on to tell the woman on the phone that Lovin has delivered for me several times before and I was absolutely certain I had never spent $65.00 on an arrangement in the past. I then went on to say well maybe with the corsages it will put me over the $65.00 threshold. She said well it will, the corsages are $39.00 each. 2 small, carnation corsages, $39.00 each. I said are you kidding???? She said not at all. So I am asking, a fresh cut and two corsages are $143.00 without tax and delivery? yep. I said no thanks I will find someone else and hung up. I will never do business with Lovin Florist again and will make sure to tell others about this experience. Ridiculous gouging for mothers day. Shame on you.Slander and hate??? you people are nuts. I actually work for a grower in the horticultural industry. We too have delivery vans, drivers and gas costs and have had the most profitable season in our history. Maybe you are doing something wrong.The Lovin name was purchased without the same service, love and attention to back it and that is a shame. You had an opportunity THAT DAY to make things right and you chose not to and that was your choice then.

Great exceptional florist! I placed a last minute order online a few hours before they opened and they were able to have my order ready a hour after they opened. My order exceeded my expectations. My flower arrangements were exactly how pictured and they placed a nice bow and placed my flowers in a box with tissue. I was expecting just flowers in a vase and compared to their competitors, flowers were fresh and blooming. Their customer service was great as well as I was greeted and assisted immediately and the lady seemed pleased to help. Definitely will be back!

Placed an order Friday with Lovin Florist as I’ve seen their amazing work. Much to my surprise when I realized the flowers weren’t delivered as scheduled. I reached out to the owner and found out that a delivery truck for another business knocked out their electrical system! Even after all he had to go thru to get his business back up and running at NO fault of his own he still went above and beyond to deliver beautiful flowers and even upgraded my order at no charge. The flowers are pretty but i scheduled the delivery on a specific day and they came 3 days earlier which ruined the surprise and the flowers that were sent did not match the picture at all... originally i gave the business a bad review but after them reaching out and explaining the reason for the miscommunication which was that their store had been hit by a tractor I appreciate their effort in trying to please the customer, they have good customer service :)

I ordered flowers through the website. The order was delivered and the recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement. While it was a pretty arrangement, it looked nothing like the online photo of the arrangement I had selected. When I called, I got some standard messaging - sometimes we have to make substitutions. I explained that was fine, but the arrangements had different flowers and colors. Once Lovin Florist reviewed my order with the sent arrangement, they quickly apologized and created a customized arrangement- and delivered it. The manager of this location really worked to make sure I was happy 😊 I received my rose bear through delivery and it came relatively quick, however I noticed scuffs on the box. I was very disappointed and returned to the store. When I arrived the manager had a new bear in perfect condition for my moms birthday and even threw in an “early” birthday gift for her. This place clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. I emailed them asking if they would be willing to deliver a $70 arrangement of roses to my address that was 12.8 miles away and they said no because they only deliver within a 10 mile radius. As if 3 extra miles was too much of an inconvenience. The worst part was their employee emailed me saying they would consider exceptions based on the order. Apparently $70 is was not enough for them. Considering the current circumstances we are all dealing with, you would think a small business would want to please their potential customers, but not this place. If you’re considering ordering flowers from here, you should consider going somewhere else. I have been trying to find my wife a perfect arrangement for her first Mothers Day and they just didnt care to go the extra couple miles. Very disheartening. Last but not least, they had this same review taken down from Yelp, so they’re not allowing potential customers to leave reviews, what a joke.

Truly a horrible florist. Showed up at funeral and my flowers were missing something I paid extra for and were half wilted. They were ordered the day before . Not even 24hrs later. All of the flowers for this funeral that had this florist tag were looking horrible. I was very embarrassed.

The beautiful arrangement was received early in the day despite very rainy weather. The orchids were very fresh and in full bloom as if grown for that day. I was very pleased with the quality I received.My sister placed the order and was very impressed with the help and patience of the staff in particular, Brandon.

Krogers floral dept. has MUCH better customer service and a much friendlier staff. The ladies here were not friendly AT ALL and seem to have had a bit of an attitude when I came in to purchase flowers. They were very friendly over the phone, & even told me they had what I needed (later proved to be untrue). Not only did they lie to me over the phone to get me into the store, but they were rude as all outdoors. You cant possibly think that its okay to treat customers like that.. Its obvious that theyre used to dealing with a select few repeat customers, whom theyve probably dealt with over the years because they were not welcoming or courteous. That was my first and last time visiting.

I ordered flowers from here for my moms birthday and they looked like they were dying a bit when I picked them up but he told me that they would spruce up more. Two days later the flowers were already wilting and dying. Very disappointed considering the amount of money I spent on them.

Ordered flowers online and they were NOT delivered on time. Here we are on day 2 (AFTER my mothers birthday) and we STILL have not received the flowers. When I spoke to the manager tried to shift blame to SendFlowers and recommended I use a local florist instead next time. FIRST OF ALL there will NEVER be another time I go anywhere near this florist. SECOND even if SendFlowers is to blame I (the customer) have ABSOLUTELY NO SAY in what company Lovin Florist works with nor do I force them to take orders from SendFlowers. But once they accept the order they should at least have the decency to deliver the order as promised!!
