1 star because I have to. Horrible experience. This company came recommended by my real estate agent. I’m a first time home buyer. I had RG and crew replace my flooring before I moved in my home. Unfortunately the crew failed to turn off the valve to the toilet in my master bedroom, resulting in my Garage, master bedroom and master bathroom being flooded. ALL before I could even move in! My brand new flooring ruined! My home turned upside down! In addition, the water seeped through the walls to my neighbor (townhome). Speaking with RG his concern was lacking and said a “they” would come to dry me out the next day, asking me to not call my insurance company. Considering the amount of water that had flooded my home I was in a panic and called my insurance agent. I have to have recon company come in to gut my garage, pull up flooring, paint & dry me out. Long story short I HAD TO PAY THE $1000 deductible out of MY POCKET and make an insurance claim ALL BEFORE I COULD MOVE INTO MY HOME! A check was mailed to me from the flooring company and I was later told not to cash it because my insurance company was pursuing them company for reimbursement. Reimbursement that this company NEVER GAVE. My neighbor got a check for the inconvenience to her home. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED anything in regards to the damage they caused. Would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone unfortunately. The lack of concern to follow up or make things right with me financially is disheartening. During this time with COVID I couldn’t and still can’t afford what happened. As a single Mom $1000 is HUGE to me. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I used this company to refinish existing hardwoods and install new hardwoods. They also removed and installed new tile in our foyer. RG and his crew did an outstanding job matching the wood and color to the existing hardwoods in the house. RG always kept me update on scheduled work. If I tacked on something off the original estimate, RG gave me an accurate estimate of the changed cost. I would definitely use this company again! I highly recommend them.
